Food was awful since covid it has gone down hill , salad look old and discoloured , the mains wasn't very nice , it was a Monday and it wasn't busy at all

I've eaten in here all week and all food was amazing. Can't fault the place worked away for years and this is by far the best I've been to. Sammie was amazing her service was 1000% spot on.

Good food, excellent friendly people! We popped in here on our way back to London and were so pleasantly surprised by how lovely it was here. Special shout out to Sam and Graham who were both so kind and attentive and just absolutely lovely. Food was good and speedy too! Couldn’t be happier :)

For someone training Graham was absolutely amazing. The way he treated me and served me and then kept checking was 1st class, all I can say is what a great teacher he has in Sammy.

It's a shame that the male manager was so miserable, otherwise this would have been a much better experience. We visited on the evening of Thursday 24th an were "welcomed" by who we assume was the manager, he seemed almost annoyed seating us. Fortunately the other staff were friendly and welcoming. Food wise standard harvester offering, salad bar was full and had all the options (unlike our local).

Our first time here and we loved it. Excellent food at a good price and service was marvellous.

Very busy both nights over the weekend. Venue chosen as it was across the car park from our hotel. Easy table booking, by phone and talking to staff, no luck with the automatic machine. No problem once talking to a person. Arrived early one night a bit late the other, no trouble same efficient welcome both times. Despite being very busy, orders were taken by friendly and attentive staff. The food arrived in a decent time and was as anticipated. Lively atmosphere on both occasions.

Called in this morning 10/10/24. 2 Classic Breakfast served by the lovely Teresa, Nice and hot and very well cooked. The place was nice and clean Well worth the visit. See you again soon

Staff super friendly. New menu fabulous. Salad bar well stocked and bread rolls. Restaurant was lovely bright and welcoming.

This is our ‘go to’ steak house. I did notice however, that my portion of fries had shrunk considerably compared to previous visits 😩 I hope this isn’t a sign of things to come 🤞

It is a long time since I visited a Harvester, so I can report a big improvement in all areas. Very attentive and helpful staff, good quality food, reasonably priced. And Guinness Zero at lunchtime, so what is not to like?

Same as every other harvester you have been in.

I’ve always loved the concept of Harvester, However, the menu change and the removal of the barbecue sauce was a shock to the system. The food didn’t taste like it used to and the ice cream was basically melted on the plate. Service was good

We had a lovely lady Liz looking after us. She was AMAZING, exactly what great customer service represents, which is sadly so rare these days. We found her to be: - Welcoming - friendly - helpful - attentive - pro active by picking up on things first - smiley - positive

Good food, great prices. Would have been better if they had spread the tables out a bit more. We had some very noisy neighbours, and bearing in mind the covid situation it wasn't comfortable.

Went to have a family meal. The restaurant was very busy so we had our meal in the pub part. We had a wonderful time and what made it very special was the lady that served us, Sammy. Super star, she was so helpful. Thank you ❤️

Ok let's get this right it's a harvester, however best harvester we have visited, our waitress was Ruby and let me tell you harvester managers you have an absolute diamond in this young lady , attentive and polite and new what she was talking about with menu , harvester you can be proud of this team, the steak was brilliant and food was 100% thank you Ruby and thank you harvester

Amy was great, served us quickly but with no pressure to hurry. Food was really good half roasted chicken was really tasty and added bonus of watching it on the rotisserie. Kids were tired and being given the packs for them to keep distracted even if it's only a little time really made a difference. Service was really good and so nice to see staff actually happy to be there

Had a lovely breakfast here. The decor and ambience were inviting and have improved since I was last here. Food was hot and fresh and refillable tea and coffee was great value. Service was excellent and Tricia was very personable and accommodating and didn't just serve us but also took time to talk to us. We weren't rushed out as soon as we'd finished eating which was nice. We had a lovely experience and will definitely be returning.

One of the best Harvesters we've been to, little hard for my ancient sat nav to find but otherwise couldn't fault the place, lovely decor, food & service. Will definitely visit again.

Very well presented harvester restaurant seating very well spaced apart and didn't feel to close to other diners the staff are very happy and appeare to really enjoy there jobs couldn't find fault the salad bar was constantly being restocked food cooked to almost perfection and even offered to help when my young daughter became ill (nothing havester had done) if i was asked if i would go to this harvester again it would be a massive yes if I could give more stars i would defo worth a visit

I don’t usually frequent Harvesters as I don’t like them , but as this one was rated so highly (and we had kids with us) I thought, let’s give it a try! And I was pleasantly surprised! It’s a nice modern, well kept restaurant. The staff were very kind and helpful - but a little slow on the night for drinks and clearing up, but I genuinely think that’s bcos it was so busy. Good atmosphere. The unlimited salad is of same standard to other harvesters. I had the ribs and chicken combo and had to say the chicken stole the show as it was really tasty, so highly recommend that! One thing that would make it great is just some simple colouring for the kids, lots of other chain restaurants do this and it really helps. All in all I’d recommend!

VERY GOOD ATMOSPHERE AND GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICES

Six of our family ate here for Father's Day. The parking was getting crowded by 5.30 pm, but that's expected. The young waiter, Harry, who was new to the job, was very attentive and carefully noted any allergies and got the orders perfectly right. He arranged for all starters to come along with mains as we requested. Other than the service, there were a few issues with the quality of the food. This fell below the high standards we experienced on my birthday with the same family eating together. In particular, the rack of ribs was disgusting being barely coated in BBQ sauce, being mostly bone and gristle, puzzle "find the meat." The nacho small plate was inedible as the nacho tortilla chips were soggy, and the cheese and jalapeño peppers were revolting. Unfortunately the Eastlake Harvester has now dropped from family favourite restaurant to being far down the list and never again for my husband.

This one is tucked away on a sort-of industrial park, there is also a hotel on the site. Wasn't too busy, nice building, nice and helpful staff. Food was good.

This Harvester provided an outstanding dining experience! Our server, Anya, was brilliant with my boys, making them feel welcome and entertained. Her exceptional service and friendly demeanor made such a positive impression that we returned the next night for dinner as well. The food was delicious, and the atmosphere was warm and inviting. The unlimited salad bar was always topped up and had a good selection. Highly recommend this place for a family-friendly meal with excellent service!

Went for a birthday lunch with my mum and cousin. Felt at ease and very comfortable in surroundings. The menu was varied for different tastes- note the names the dirty bird and the Mediterranean tart 🤣 which we found funny and the servers shared the joke with us. Plenty of parking to side, garden seating area. Will be back again for sure 😃

Looks like a nice place but when i went in for a drink i was told the bar stops serving at 10pm, thought this was a bit strange because there website says there open till 11pm on Friday and Saturdays.

Was rudely told to move from a restaurant table but it was the only place to sit. Food average, too expensive for what it is, and served in a silly way. service good, salad bar very boring and unimaginative.

I don't post negative reviews but I had to here. seriously awful food. Tasted like it was in old oil. Awful starters, disgusting onion rings, cold corn on cob and mains were pretty bad too. Staff friendly but felt a little short staffed. Quite expensive as well so you do expect a little better!

It was my Granddaughters 18th birthday, I'd asked the restaurant if they would mind decorating the table with some Dec's I took over earlier, nothing that would need sweeping up, they were brilliant! When we walked in the birthday girl was well pleased! Thank you Harvester Eastlake and thank you to Imogen our lovely waitress. XX

Great Harvester, we had a new starter serving us. She was such a lovely girl, very helpful. Good was great.

Firstly, I am not an easy person to please, I look at it that, i am an ordinary person who can cook a roast dinner easily for 30 eaople,. Therefore, i expect a chef to turn out a great meal. So my review: The service from our waitress was nothing less than excellent. One waitress to our table serving 13 people for a birthday party and we all had our food within minutes of each other. I was also informed by the guests who ordered it that the steak was great and cooked to perfection. So, very well done, and thank you.

Love the refurb it's looking lovely. Great sevuce from Sam, he was quite new but still really efficient and really polite and friendly. Food was yummy and coffee nice and fresh!

Lovely meal this afternoon, food was cooked well and service was great from Amy. We were a very large table, all meals came out promptly and all was present and correct straight away.

Sunday breakfast, Liz was our server, friendly and full of smiles. Helped with the menu choices and was very attentive throughout.
