Pepe's Piri Piri in Bracknell Forest

Terrible, sent my food with no main, took 45 minutes for the main to be sent, when it finally arrived it was freezing cold, then failed to send another for another 50 minutes, server was rude on the phone.

Been coming here on a Monday evening for the last 2 months. I order chicken and rice as a meal and normal have the extra chicken strips. One night I questioned where the extra strips were as they normally gave me another plate, they are in the box was the reply. Because I have chicken n rice everytime I come here, I know the portion quantity. So tonight I ordered chicken n rice with a side of chicken strips. Opened the box and had the usual amount of chicken as I normally get when I order the extra strips. Poor poor poor. To make it even more special tonight, there was a young child, obviously the son of the lady serving behind the counter. He was going through the cutlery tray on the counter where customers collect the cutlery from, touching all the clean plastic cutlery. I was horrified and I think the lady's daughter saw the look in my eyes and pulled the kid away. About 5 minutes later he was in the kitchen, no H&S here then. The food is not brilliant and looks nothing like in the pictures above the counter, but It was convenient for me and saved me having to cook. Notice the word 'was' in my previous paragraph, I will not be coming back here again, think I will get chicken from the kebab van at the other end of the street. At least it will taste better than the anaemic chicken I have just eaten. Do not order the chicken n rice with extra strips as part of the deal as they do not give them to you. Never again. Pity we cannot leave 0 rating.

Well I will not recommend this place unless you like the idea of being ripped off.. The staff are rude and nothing but crooks. Do not waste your money on sub standard food.. If you like the idea of paying more for less then this is the place..

Even for some reason if the food is not delivered the restaurant wouldn’t mind to inform the customer that food couldn’t be delivered even after paying for delivery. They also won’t cancel the order so the customer wouldn’t know that there is an issue in delivery. And the food will be kept in restaurant until the customer calls and will be asked to collect in restaurant. If at all the customer questions about this , the staffs will be rude and play purposeful scenarios in not handing over the food. There has been many reviews in google regarding the rude behaviour of the staff. They can even twist the stories saying food was delivered when it wasn’t delivered at all inspite of evidences. RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL AND UNETHICAL STAFF BEHAVIOUR .

chicken was bland and toastless and they microwave everything. there was dirty tables everywhere and the customer service is poor. i would not recommend going there ever. STAY AWAY !!!!

We used this place few times for delivery and takeaway always late on the delivery waiting times sometimes can be over 50 minutes collection missed items, stay away from this place food quality 0.

I've eaten here before lunch breaks from work no issues. Ordered a delivery today was not nice. Chips were rubbish, no seasoning and soggy. I ordered large and a standard portion was delivered. I paid for extra chicken in my wrap and there was no more than normal. No cheese, no salsa, I also ordered it hot but was tasteless.

Received our order but there were items missing. Phoned to try and sort out the missing nuggets and the fella tried to help but couldn't find our order... despite telling him it was placed online he repeatedly asked if we'd made it by phone or gone into the shop. Typical case of computer says no, maybe listen to what your customers are saying? Delivery fella was perfectly nice, food was warm and actually pretty good, shame we didn't get all if it.

Popped in as a last resort, but was pleasantly surprised, The food was hot very tasty and staff appeared pleasant. Good food for a good price, salad was fresh. Only down side was tables a little dirty, and not wiped.

I love pepes, we go frequently and I have always had a good experience here and the food is fantastic. The food isn’t expensive and everything is fresh and tasty. I couldn’t think of anything bad to say about it.

I have had Chicken Burger and Rice meal as well with chicken pieces. I liked the Lemon flavor. The dishes were nicely cooked and had great taste.

All the nasty greasiness of fast food combined with the longer waiting times you'd expect from a proper restaurant. Ill-mannered staff, dubious hygiene, and unsavoury clientele. Q: Is this restaurant a hidden gem? A: Not hidden enough.

ordered one burger which was delivered raw and then second one was the exact same - both uncooked and red

Eaten this takeaway twice now and it's very good and costs less than Nando's. Nando's is better in my opinion but when you want a quick BBQ Chicken meal for 6 midweek nando's comes up a bit pricey so this is a good alternative.

Succulent chicken, cooked to perfection. Staff very friendly and attentive. Tables are clean and seating comfortable. Rohan is a great ambassador for the chain and this location is highly recommended.

Popped in here on the fly for a quick lunch - chicken burger and peri chips with a drink (meal deal). Came to almost £7 so is more expensive than KFC but, as I love Nando's Peri chips, this would be worth it, right?Not really, burger was very skinny (not much chicken in there) and it just was not a good experience. Had it hit the spot, the higher prices could be justified, but this is sadly not the case....

Not good chicken had alot better i dont think halal as no signs up saying. Rip off prices avoid at all cost.

Quite simply the best chicken around. Better than Nandos and much cheaper. Youn can eat there but we always do take-away. Some lunchtimes it is too busy and so orders can take a while, but most of the time the service is prompt. We like all the flavours, but the Hot and the Mango/Lime are our favourites. If you like chicken you should love Pepe's. The spicy rice is good too.
