Had takeaway last night. As usual very nice food. I have a critism that the noodle dishes are smaller and the spring rolls have become 5 small instead of 5 proper sized . The promotion said a freebie over £20 spend. I spent £45+ and received a tiny bag of prawn crackers and the bag that I paid for is not worth the money. What has happened to portion sizes. I will have to think before ordering again.

Part of my order was missing. I called them and they wasn’t helpful at all. I won’t use them again

The only issue we had was that the chicken satay skewers were over cooked and took some chewing, The chicken and beef chow mein's we had were tasty, Chicken balls are always good and the steamed pork dumplings were a good new try for us, Always love a bit of Aromatic Crispy Duck just wished it had some more meat on it. Awful quality. I don’t know how Uber Eats sources their reviews because as far as I can see there’s no way to submit a restaurant review. Quarter crispy duck was 90% crisp and 10% meat. It also tasted terrible (a mix between body odour and lamb) and was very overcooked. They also provided the smallest portion of cucumber and spring onion I’ve ever seen. The hoisin sauce was also bitty, and god knows why. My drunken chicken dish was fine but quite bland considering it’s supposed to be a flavourful dish. The egg fried rice was cooked well, which is the only positive remark I can give. The worst thing? The price!! More expensive than any other Chinese I’ve ordered from recently. Absolutely will never order from here again. Worst Chinese I’ve had in years.

Made a big order, got home. My dinner was left out. We phoned them back. They admitted they forgot my order. We drove back where they didn't even offer an apology. Then as the boss was stuffing his own face in his own dinner in front of customers, he ignored me. Check your orders carefully. Enjoy your dinner mate.

Very prompt delivery. The special traditional prawn fried rice was tasty and the best I've had locally. The mixed pad Thai was good but did lack a little spice would have been 5 stars otherwise. (I do like hot and spicy food though). The prawns in both dishes were large and succulent. Will definitely be using again. Update 18/06/23. Had the Singapore mee goreng and Nasi goreng with stir fried veg, delivered on time and all were tasty. Currently our favourite takeaway on Bracknell.

Ordered via Uber eats, the food was warm when it arrived. Most of the dishes were inedible, ordered massaman curry was the was thin and watery with no substance and beef was chewy. The jungle curry was like watery dirty water and tasted awful and was inedible. The chips were cold and soggy and chicken balls were over cooked and rock solid and inedible. The horrid the restaurant could serve such inedible food and charge ridiculous amounts. Will never be using them again. Avoid at all costs.

This was the worst food I have ever had. The whole lot was put in the bin. The chicken was commercially chopped in square pieces and watery and no taste. The sweet and sour chicken did not reflect the pictures and was thin watery sauce. The rice was like stogge. We are re ordering from Ascot fish bar what a waste of money

Long time delivery, Horrible service from employees

I have ordered yesterday through Just Eat a portion of Vegetarian Somoza and Beef Noodle. The delivery was fast to be quite honest. Unfortunately Somozas were frozen inside and very oily and the noodles were cold. I had to throw everything in the bin. I understand that Saturday usually is busy but the chef should make sure that the food is properly prepared.

First try tonight with a takeaway delivered. Worse Chinese we’ve ever had. Really disappointed after looking at the other reviews. Food was cold, and didn’t look or taste fresh. Won’t be ordering again. Total waste of money.

Now went in this restaurant today and a Sign on counter card payment only the assistant would not accept Cash. So manager cash is still legal tender and you have KNOW RIGHT TO REFUSE I'm reporting you to TRADING STANDEREDS.

Guy on the phone was very rude and unhelpful. Customer service is not a strong point. Driver got sent to the wrong place but was very understanding and was very helpful. Won't be ordering from here again, food was sup par and service was out of order. Response: your driver admitted this happens on just eat all the time and if you look at the delivery notes it does have a ascot address, learn to read instructions then (just a suggestion). And for those looking at the response notice they never mentioned the rude customer service. Good thing to see they weren't going to lie

I usually get beef rice from here. It’s spicy and brilliant. I love the food here. I have tried and would recommend pad Thai, chicken balls and chowmein. 5 stars.

I placed an order through Uber eat, the order never arrived at home, however they charged me, I called the store and it tells me that they don't have any orders when I have receipts and so on, it tells me that the problem is with Uber eat to talk to them , I will never order from this place again.

Ordered from here via just eat at 7:15, was told the food would come at 8:30… waited until 9:30 and nothing. I called up the restaurant and they said that it had been dispatched and as far as they know had been delivered. I informed them it had not but they said they couldn’t check as that specific driver had clocked out… although they are redoing my order I am now going to have to eat past 10pm (if it even comes) and someone has now got my food… definitely will not be ordering here again, totally ruined my Saturday night.

Ordered on Deliveroo, spent 48£, I was not at all informed about the missing item. That’s fine. The food I received are absolutely disgusting, chicken was dry and hard, tofu looks straight out of freezer, the crispy duck, - honestly just pop it in the oven for 40 mins - was dry and feel re-cooked. I don’t know if the owner is Chinese, if so shame on you.

I had takeaway order here for the first time, stir fry noodles with prawns was really tasty.

The worst Chinese takeaway I have ever experienced. Everything was oily and greasy. The chicken cashew nut dish tasted chalky. Egg fried rice had no flavour. The beef in the chicken chow mein tasted funky and had a horrid texture. It mostly went in the bin.

Food late, took an hour and a half to arrive. Food was warm at best. Pad Thai tasted like lime juice was inedible, I was gagging. Chicken black bean just tasted like soy sauce. They say the restaurant is busy, I understand that but to wait that long for awful food is inexcusable. Wish I’d seen some of these reviews before ordering.

Ordered through Deliveroo. It arrived very quickly but was cold. The lemon chicken was soggy and had a sad leaf of lettuce with it but no lemon. Lots left over. Won’t be ordering from here again.

Ordered this a little while back and I have to say that I thought nothing could be as bad as my local but I was wrong. Beef in black bean sauce was cold and sauce was watery and tasteless. Lumps of undefined meat were chewy and fatty. I think I only managed to eat one piece. I don’t understand how with so much competition that such poor quality food can be accepted. The issue as usual is that the star ratings on the delivery apps focus on delivery rather than food quality and these robbers keep on plundering our pockets. AVOID!

Fine enough Chinese ordered through Just Eat. The food was nothing spectacular just the usual kind of chinese takeaway stuff but I have to say the chicken was so hot it nearly burned me on arrival, normally you expect it to be too cold then too hot so not a complaint. The delivery guy didnt read the note to not ring the doorbell which is a shame though otherwise u would have rated 4 stars

Food was actually very very tasty and I was enjoying it until I came across a little friend in my meal - massaman curry, pak choi and coconut rice. We immediately got on the phone to the restaurant who suggested the slug / beetle must have been on the delivery bag, though the food is well wrapped in containers and cellophane, so this is not possible. The creature was in one of the dishes!!! The restaurant said they would refund the meal in fairness to them, as well as offering a discount on a future purchase. I’m sorry to say there will be no further purchase! This is such a shame as the food tasted amazing and was by far one of the best Thai meals I’ve had in awhile. I don’t wish to sabotage anybody’s business as mistakes happen, and it’s possible the creature hitched a lift on the pak choi. The restaurant did their best to remedy the situation and couldn’t have done more. That said, there’s a bug in my food and I feel duty bound to leave a review. Such a shame as some of the best food I’ve tasted in a while!!!!!

Egg fried rice, a basic of the basics, was tasteless and barely contained any egg. It has a weird "floury" texture too. The chicken balls didn't fare any better. They were like rubber bullets encased in cardboard. Chow mein was just okay.

Awful, the fried rice was all stuck together, the satay prawns were uncooked, the sticky beef was edible, but because the taxi delivery could not find us, even that had lost its pleasure. Never again will I use Uber Eats for a Chinese meal.

The place has gone downhill Beef chow mean- unknown pieces of meat alongside dry beef pieces Chicken satay skeweres - nice tasty chicken but dry and hardly any sauce ...Maybe 1 spoon of very thin sauce Green Thai curry - so salty its inedible at least the chicken was moist but that ended up in the bin unfortunately Egg fried rice - more like sticky rice with absolutely no flavour Good thing there is other options

Sweet and sour balls size and hardness of rocks. Spring rolls are just miniatures and not the proper size you would expect. Chili chicken was so over chillied you couldn’t taste the rest of the Chinese. Batter was soft on everything, meat on ribs was mainly fat. Worst Chinese I have ever had from anywhere in Bracknell. £90 down the pan. Terrible

Super impressed with the depth of flavours that come out of bejing noodles food and how they sing on the taste buds. Much much better than the local Chinese takeaway.

1st time ordering for takeaway from here, it is 8.5 miles away from home. Food was delivered on time and driver was really friendly. Food was still hot. Chicken balls were huge and prawn toasts were thick and tasty. Udon noodles were packed full of taste and loads of chicken. Mussaman curry was again packed full of flavour and beef and thick cut too! The meals were great value but a little more expensive than my usual but worth it. I think the average of 2.5 stars is mean and unfair, deffo worth ordering again hence in my opinion 4 stars

Quite possibly the worst meal I have ever had in the local area. Singapore noodles saturated in oil, noodles were under done and so much curry powder it was simply not edible. Crispy Chilli beef was chewy and really salty. Only thing that was okay was the ribs but still below par especially with the prices charged per dish.

WORST TAKEAWAY EVER. The ribs were so inedible and overcooked they squeaked when you bit into them!!!!! Beef in black bean sooo overcooked, the meat was grey!! Noodles mushy and disgusting, absolutely fuming I wasted my money on this horrible food.

I had an order from Just eat from here . Driver was a bit early which was good . Crispy chicken - good - Christy beef - good - szechuan beef - truly awful ! So chewy it hurt my teeth . Inedible . I threw it away after a few mouthfuls . For £9.95 a portion I expected much better . Food generally was expensive for what it was - average rating is about right I feel for what I had .

Just ordered food for a Saturday night treat, and food was awefull! I would rate even lower if i could, waist of money, do not trust the good reviews from deliveroo. Food was old, meat wasn't freah in noodles. We received stone hard squid and 1 portion of tasteless noodles, another portion pure salt noodles. Even crispy seaweed was bad, bitter. The only thing that we ate from this order was vegtable dumplings and some of prawn crackers. Just so disappointed 😞 never again ordering from this place, so bad.

DO NOT ORDER HERE. Ordered through just eat at 7:30pm on a Saturday night. 1 and a half hours went by and still no food. It got to 9pm to be told that they had lost the order. They ensured me that they will be delivering the food within 15 minutes. At 10pm the driver arrived only to notify me of being in the wrong location despite having my full address. I then had to stay on the phone to driver for 10 minutes and talk him through step by step directions. Food was bang average.

Thought we would try somewhere new but wish we hadn’t. Quality of the food was poor and tasted like it had come out of a freeze dried packet. Food was not fresh at all.

First time of ordering as been recommended by a work colleague. Ordered at 620pm n got delivery time of 720pm .....20 mins later a knock on the door n the delivery driver, a friend from my grandsons school stood there with a big smile on his face n my take away. Possibly the worst chinese we've had, the noodles were dry, the spring rolls and the rice had a funny taste and the chicken satay was as dry as a bone, chicken with cashews was tasteless.Couldn't finish mine as I was too scared to eat for fear of being ill later.

I have ordered takeaway with ginger and onion chicken, chicken noodle, chicken balls. The noodle taste good, the ginger and onion chicken tasted healthy (if you are not a fans for deep fried food like me). I like it a lot. The chicken balls are delicious and it is a big piece of chicken inside unlike a lot of takeaway always give you fat, too much batter. But this place did it perfectly. May be I am lucky? But I think their food is pretty good. The only reason I took one star off is their sweet and chili sauce tasted too vinegary.

Food is delicious and the value for money is perfect,infact it was more than perfect. The only problem that I had was that it took just under 25 minutes for them to confirm my order, (this was due to the app I ordered off of),but that was solved quickly by a simple phone call and I then received my food 20 minutes after that phone call. I would definitely recommend !!! Really poor. Just ordered through Deliveroo. Spent £40 for a very modest-sized order for 2. Portions were tiny. Quality was awful. They also managed to completely switch one of the dishes we ordered for an inedible sweet & sour dish. Never again.

Least authentic Chinese we've ever tasted. Definitely not cooked by anyone trained in China. The Szechuan was a bottled chilli sauce and tasted NOTHING like any other. The chicken cashew was simply some soft cashews in a completely tasteless sauce. Will never use again.
