Pausa Coffee Shop in Sefton

Nipped in for coffee, stood at counter for a long while. Three members of staff there and all three were walking past me and never acknowledged me once although they obviously saw me! I wasn’t expecting instant service, but since I was obviously there, a “hello”, or “be with you in a minute” or any such acknowledgment would have been polite. I left agin and went somewhere with better service. I won’t be returning. It’s basic manners to acknowledge that a customer is waiting, especially since I was the only one at the counter! Training on customer service and manners very much needed there. Shameful!

Lovely cappuccino coffee ,spur of the moment will revisit definitely ! Food looked very appetizing ,we had just had lunch so we we will be back to try the food soon !

Always pop in for a coffee and cake when shopping. Staff are really friendly and the cafe is well laid out.

Nice Saturday afternoon chill was enjoyed here. Fab cup of tea, friendly staff and a lovely piece of cake. Even a small soft play area that kept my daughter entertained.

I went to have some coffee with my uncle and as we ordered Carol was so nice even though the place was full of people, she managed to be so nices. So did The other blond ladie I believe her name was also Carol, or I may have gotten confused but, It felt like hanging out with friends. I enjoyed it very much , try the mince pays they are delicious and the bacon lettuce and tomato sandwich, and a Large capuchino, it was heaven. Thanks!

Found a couple of pictures on line for our new Kitchen so decided to check them out and decided to go to Pause Cafe for a bite to eat We selected a bowl of mushroom soup each and a ciabatta to share. I don’t usually like mushroom soup but food it very tasty Service was quick and staff very friendly
