Best Asian food around in Hampshire. Amazing quality good just like in Malaysia. Amazing staff and great communication and service which ensure customer happiness and maximum satisfaction. The food is the most authentic and flavour tingling meals. Best dish is triple meat roast and the infamous laksa with a refreshing side of ice Bandung, and an absolute classic.

Park 27 is reminiscent of the local eateries seen in Asia, which gives it a feel of authenticity. There were a number of Asian customers during my visit, which is indicative of how good a restaurant this must be. The extensive menu had meals from across the region, including Japan and Malaysia. This would normally deter me, but the quality of the meal I had allayed any concerns I did have. The person serving us was able to answer questions about the food we were looking to order, and happily made an adjustment that was requested. I ordered the Penang Char Kway Teow, a stir fried noodle dish, which was full of flavour and very tasty. I would definitely return to try some of the other enticing looking meals on the menu.

Absolutely fantastic service, Portion sizes were really good and the everything tasted amazing. Undoubtedly the best restaurant in Portsmouth guaranteed at every level and every visit.

Passing and decided to go in. All the food tasted home made, fresh and I think it is authentic. The staff are really friendly and the place was spotlessly clean. Really enjoyed the food and intend on being a regular. Everything is cooked fresh. It’s only a small kitchen so it domes all arrive together but you won’t get fresher.

Wonderful service. Able to cater at short notice, reliable and delicious menu based on our budget. Well presented, and comes with Professional Heating buffet equipment. Extra sauce and condiments. Very good authentic Malaysian meals. The Curry Laksa is very good. Broth is from Chicken bones. Char Kuih Teow is well charred and had a beautiful colour. Took home the Nasi Lemak. Definitely a Game Changer for Portsmouth. Mrs Cheng

I used to eat here every weekend but not anymore I when in with a mate I order beef in black bean with fired chicken rice and got boiled rice and chicken in black bean my mate order a rice and chicken dish that we was told it was spicy and was nothing like the photo and had no voice at all The staff was to busy talk to 2 Chinese lads is a shame never again China kitchen next time

Me and my gf were looking for a cute local restaurant for dinner. And this did not disappoint! I ordered chicken gyoza ramen with miso soup. The portion was satisfactory. As the ramen touched my lips I ascended… I met god, he gazed at me and patted me on the shoulder… ‘not now my child’ he muttered with contempt as he was jealous he couldn’t try the ramen I was about to indulge myself in. After securing my place in hell I returned to the physical realm. I gobbled up my good as fast as I could, I’m not that accustomed to using chopsticks but this time it didn’t matter. *slurp* *chew* *smack* were the noises made as I devoured my prey that was of reasonable price. My gf stared in horror as I committed first degree homicide on the poor gyoza family that once inhabited my bowl. To finish it off I drank the soup as if it were the tears of a small child. My grandson insisted this was where he wanted to go to celebrate his 13th birthday. Having spent his first 7years in Malaysia he knew exactly what he wanted to eat. Splendid meal, great waitress, happy grandson. We'll be back.

Recommended Malaysian street foods, good service and good foods. Finally found it in Portsmouth UK. We will be back again.

Good place for a no fuss oriental food. Basic cafe type eatery, tasty food, good portion friendly staff and quick service.

1st visit yesterday with my daughter and granddaughter, was looking for something nice for last day of Eat Out To Help Out offer and came across this little gem. Absolutely stunning food and a brilliant, relaxing, clean atmosphere. Waitress was excellent in customer service and very happy, friendly and attentive to all customers, plus she wore a mask all the time. Food was sooooooo delicious we actually ordered more. There was no rushing customers to eat and vacate like a lot of places. The salt & chilli king prawns and the chilli shredded beef was too die for, we also had pork chow mein, beef curry, special curry and the bbq duck all with fried rice, plus cold drinks, would've been £46 but just £23 on the deal, although was worth every penny of the full price. Will visit again for sure. Thanks to all staff and management at Park 27 for an awesome meal experience, only wish we'd have known it was doing the offer before.x.

Visited here many times in the past but have used a lot recently due to a relaxing atmosphere to use for good food and a place away from work. Often order the ramen soup and the Singapore noodles or spicy fried rice. Been here with friends in the past and all enjoyed the food and lot. The service is very prompt and the waitress is very pleasant and attentive. Will continue using and so should others.

I have been recommended by some friends to come to Park 27 for a bit of a lunch after badminton. As this shop offers student discounts, each dish is student friendly in price with large portions aswell. The meal also comes with some hot jasmine tea which is nice in this cold weather.

I ordered crispy chili beef and it’s so sour!! Can’t even eat. Worst Chinese food ever I had in my whole life!!

Debo decir que lo que comí hoy solo puede describirse como la peor experiencia gastronómica posible que haya tenido.Mi esposa eligió sopa de fideos con carne picante. No era de ninguna manera picante, un sabroso pechuga en una sopa con fideos. Un par de pedazos de cebolleta y algunos palitos de alubias. Nunca antes habíamos visto una sopa de fideos desprovista de vegetales.Mi pollo chili rallado dulce con arroz frito con huevo no era comestible. La salsa era un intento de agridulce con malta en lugar de vinagre de arroz. Han pasado 5 horas desde que comimos y aún tengo ese sabor a vinagre en la lengua y la garganta. Debieron haber usado demasiado.El arroz frito con huevo parecía arroz pegajoso con pequeños fragmentos de huevo dentro. Estaba en pedazos y no parecía frito.El personal parecía realmente decepcionado y confirmó que lo que se sirvió fue lo que debería ser después de hablar con el chef.He comido en muchos restaurantes chinos y también he vivido allí, así que me gustaría pensar que sé a qué sabe.Con eso en mente y con tantas opciones mejores cerca, nunca volveré a comer aquí. Si está bajo nuevos propietarios, entonces realmente necesitan probar algo de la comida que se sirve.

¡Acabo de almorzar aquí y la comida fue increíble! Comí 3 sopa de fideos tailandeses, disfruté cada detalle. Si esperamos 15 minutos por comida, me sorprendería. El tipo que nos servía era genial, muy educado e hizo todo lo que necesitábamos.

He estado en Park 27 con mis amigos dos veces, y no me ha decepcionado, personalmente me encanta la comida tailandesa y he estado pidiendo el mismo plato en ambas visitas a este restaurante.El personal es muy amable y se asegurará de que obtenga lo que ha pedido.Este restaurante es fácil de encontrar, pero un poco pequeño.Es un restaurante que ofrece cocina fusión / china y tailandesa.Pedí un pad de carne tailandesa (no picante) y realmente me gustó. El pad Thai era fresco y condimentado perfectamente, nunca demasiado grasoso. La carne era masticable y cocinada:)Los precios de los platos son razonables y también tienen una bebida. (Solamente efectivo)

Escondido en una calle lateral de Commercial Rd, este lugar sirve la mejor comida china que he probado en el Reino Unido; no en vano, siempre se agita con las personas orientales que obviamente pueden decir de qué se trata la buena comida oriental. Los precios son razonables y las porciones son grandes. El personal siempre ha sido atento y amable. Es una pena que el lugar es pequeño y parece un poco cansado. Los baños están limpios y eso generalmente es una indicación de la limpieza general del lugar.

La comida fue increíble. Me enamoré de la falda de res y el arroz frito de pollo. El lugar generalmente está lleno de estudiantes, pero el servicio es bastante rápido. El propietario es bastante estricto, con personas que traen comida y bebidas al aire libre, pero ¡oigan, la comida y las bebidas son muy baratas! Recomendaría este lugar para un bocado.

The rice was superb it tasted like real boiled jasmine rice and I also liked the chips and they do a lot of noodle dishes.

Coming from Asia, this place definitely gives me my fix on a weekly basis! Have student discount as well which definitely suits a city filled with university students. Furthermore, price is very reasonable compared to other restaurants!

La carne es tierna pechuga, obtienes mucho carne es tan abundante, la sopa de fideos es bien podría ser insoportables así que si que han reducido un poco sería bueno. La pasta era increíble, me dieron a elegir entre 3 diferentes tipos y que quería el silken suave que dio en el clavo!

Bien aunque el plato que pedimos es una recomendación de un amigo, pero el sabor es simplemente era normalito. Yo simplemente no pude encontrar una palabra para describirlo. Hay sabores de la comida, pero el sabor no era lo que se suponía que era lo que pedí. Parece que no mencionan la calidad de la comida es todo dependiendo del humor del chef. Supongo que eso explica todo?

He vivido el peor servicio de todos en este restaurante. La camarera era tan grosero incluso me gritó cuando Vine. La comida estaba bien, pero nunca volver.

Hay un dirth de restaurantes decentes en el Commercial Rd zona comercial aparte de comida rápida. Esta cafetería pequeña y no discript es una excepción en esta zona. Si es perfecto para una comida rápida - su tiempo de almuerzo £7:50 fideos o plato de arroz con una bebida es una buena relación calidad-precio. Servicio amable de rápido por un personal muy amable. Recomendamos platos de fideos que son mejores que el arroz - las carnes asadas son no excepcional, pero las sopas de fideos están bien - wantan, mmm, ternera pechuga de Tom y fideos de bolas de carne en un caldo de carne fue excelente.

The food tastes fine except they keep finding ways to cut corners by skimping on quality. I stopped ordering anything with chicken since a year ago when I realized they use frozen processed chicken pieces and they tasted so artificial. I went there a few weeks ago and ordered a Thai curry beef. I was so disgusted by the taste of the frozen chips (the kind of you find in Iceland) in the curry since they are saving money by not cooking it with fresh potatoes. I got two pieces of these frozen chips in my curry and they were soggy and half way thawed. Absolutely ridiculous! If they feel like they aren't making any profit, either close the miserable restaurant down or raise prices.

Do not expect any wow . It's fast food and go.food quality is okay. It is steaming hot . Not cold.Chinese roast duck or crispy pork belly- disappointed.

Have lived in Singapore,eaten in the chinese districts in Sydney, Melbourne,London & Paris. This is up among the best.

My boyfriend and I visit this cafe regularly and it never disappoints! The menu is wide and the food is always very tasty. Service is prompt and the staff are lovely welcoming :)

I try to visit the cafe as often as possible. Lovely fresh food, cannot beat this place. I recommend the Tom yung soup, absolutely beautiful.

Came here to try out the food on a weekday. It was quiet and we were the only customers. The service was terrible as the lady ignored me when I wanted to order and as I was eating she kept on staring at me. The food came out quick but tasted like it had been microwaved. Had crispy belly pork here and it did not taste as good as other places. Will not be coming back here.

Discovered this place on a recommendation. The Chinese food is excellent, and wouldn't look out of place in China. Avoid the Thai food on the whole, it isn't authentic at all. Very good value, a decent meal, with good portions, and tea thrown in, for £7.20. Student discount of 10% available too.The cafe seems to be run by a family. The older woman and the daughter are very pleasant, but the middle-aged woman, take good care, she seems to take a like to some customers and not to others, the service suffering in the process. Don't ask for anything off-menu (as you can in any other Chinese restaurant in the world), not only will you not get it, you'll get sneered at in the process.All in all, recommended for the Chinese food, but not for the Thai food or the service. Still a good pitstop for lunch in an otherwise barren area of Portsmouth.

I eat at park 27 about once a month. Since eating here all other Chinese restaurants seem overpriced and not as good (with the exception of Hong Kong tea room!) I have tried a different dish every time and have never been disappointed. The spicy sauces on the table are delicious as well. £5 for a main course, rice and green tea. A bargain that would be hard to find anywhere else.

Nothing to complain about. Food is lovely, cheap and Mmm spicy! I eat here twice a month and ill always keep coming back.

We popped into this Chinese / Thai Cafe type establishment after trying to get a seat in the Hong Kong tea bar just around the corner ( Far superior! )What a mistake we made to put it lightly, it was a Saturday afternoon and looking in the cafe we spotted a couple of Chinese Students eating and thought good sign so popped in.My wife had a fish dish with rice, I went for Crispy belly Pork and rice, only to be encouraged to have a mixture of belly pork and two types of duck with special fried rice by the lady waiter. What came was horrendous the meat was at least two days old, dry, no taste and more alarming a funny smell!! ALARM BELLS!. I eat two mouth fulls then asked how long the meat had been cooked and was it fresh.To my utter amazement she said this morning, I told her that the belly pork was not crispy, the meat was dry and the rice not cooked properly. What happened next was the worst customer service i have experienced for a long time!.She made a sarcastic laugh and rye smile shook her head as if to say why are you complaining and said I will tell chef, only to then speak loudly in chinese to her other staff and laugh.I could not believe it, the bill came to £16.00 for two and to top it all my wife experienced stomach craps and nausea when we got home for an entire night.I can only say this place I would stay clear off, if you want bad customer service, dodgy food that was quiet clearly days old....
