Fast and friendly service, very helpful and genuine in picking out the best and cheapest deal. The pizza was excellent served fresh and hot. 10/10 would go back. Shoutout to Ben for making my day

Second time ordering and just as disappointing as the first. First time ordering a delivery, the food did not arrive for nearly 90 minutes. Received a phonecall to say they were going to remake my food. Not two minutes later pizza arrived at the door. Someone was lying. The pizzas were very light on the toppings. Roll forward a few months I ordered a delivery again to see if they had improved. The pizza did arrive within 30 minutes this time but again hardly any toppings. One slice had no toppings at all except for one piece of tomato. Absolutely awful.

Pizza ordered on the App at 18:25 on 14/02/2024, paid by card. Papa Johns App changed status at 18:48 to 'checking and cutting', so 20 minutes after the order. I phoned the store at 19:13 and chased up my food; starving hungry now both my teenage son and I, they said "the drivers coming now'. My pizza arrived, COLD at 19:45. 1 hour and 20 minutes after I ordered and paid. The driver stated he had to deliver 2 orders, Crabble Hill and mine at Chaucer Crescent, he didn't have any reasonable explanation for the dire service. I phoned again and spoke to the same woman, i was told they had one driver and he had a puncture. I explained that if she'd told me that at 19:13, if it was even true as he didn't look wet enough to have handled a wheel change, I would have collected my pizza in my own car. Dire service, and cold food which wasn't worth the waste of money it turned out to be.

68 Cornwallis AvenueWe order from them regularly. Usually once a week. But my husband has been on the toilet already and has been after 5 mins of eating their food tonight and I don’t feel well either. This isn’t the first time it’s happened either, but have refrained from commenting. Can’t believe their customer service or the delivery driver but seriously this isn’t right! He is in so much pain! Most recent use - 8th March 2025! Decided to use them again. After two hours of no update and no delivery and money pending, we chased our order, they apparently didn’t receive it.. absolute cowboys. Have apparently refunded us money! Will never use again! Stay clear!

24 Pencester RoadAfter a long 12 hours driving, decided to meet my girlfriend at a hotel for a relaxed night before getting another ferry early in the morning. Decided to ordered a dominos, after the latest delivery time and still no pizza. I call the restaurant, to be told it was my fault because they came and called and I apparently didn’t answer. I had zero missed calls, they never updated the tracking app (still says ‘being prepped) and they didn’t even bother to go into reception after I gave my full name and room number. After arguing with the woman on the phone she passed me onto their cocky driver who put the phone down on me. After over 1.5 hours of this ordeal we had to go and drive to get a McDonalds. Last time I’ll be choosing dominos

61 Maison Dieu RoadMy partner and i decided to choose this restaurant as our usual one was closed. The food was good value for money at buy one get one free. However i ordered a deep pain and got a thin crust. I also ordered a veggie pizza and a piece of pepporani was in the box (luckily not on the pizza). The pizza was sliced inconsistently as well. Overall it was a okay pizza but will not choose them again or recommend to use.

24-26 Queen StreetDelivered wrong pizza then argued about replacing. Give downhill and seems to be under new owners. Use local pizza place not here
