Papa John's Pizza in Portsmouth

Ordered online still had to wait half hour while they prioritised just eat before even preparing mine

Pizza was pretty good, service was efficient and polite

Garlic sticks are so good staff is good and the store is very clean

Highly preferred for pizza lover you get exactly what you crave for

The website says it closes at 3 am on Friday amd Saturday. I ordered at 2 20 am and after 20 minutes my order was cancelled. I tried calling but they dis not pick the phone and the message on the call said they are closed. I find it ridiculous and not porfessional not having the right timetable on their website. Never shopping from papajohns again.

Don't ask for the personal pizza lunchtime deal here. New staff member insists it has to be ordered on the app, where it has never been available. So basically refuses to give you the deal despite every other Papa John's I've ever been to doing this deal and it never appears on the app.

Delivery now done by Uber and it’s been awful. Tonight’s pizzas looked like they had been transported on their side/upside down. Delivery also takes a lot longer and pizza is not very hot.

Just finished a run and thought, pizza please! I sighted the papa and walked in. Very friendly staff and food didn't take long.

Popped in after a run, was pretty peckish. Called out to me so I obliged. With the enticement of lovely customer service, and some good food, grabbed a pizza. £8.99 large deal - smashing.

I regularly buy pizzas from here as I work nearby. They never fail to impress with the quality of their food. The price is also pretty low comparing to Dominos and pizza hut . I would definitely recommend this place. I'm sure you will become a regular.

Shockingly bad, we had to return our Pizzas due to having almost zero topping or cheese on. Very rude worker, didn't know who the manager was, all nonsense. We won't return.
