5 stars worth of awfull food. Well done! Liars....hash browns not brown...... not cooked...pale, cold,.....you said pots....baked pots.....really! Thank you for my 6 slices of pepperoni on my medium pizza....LOL...feeling grateful....not. Go local we thought....not again.....you are competing with big chains ie Domino's....not like this your not. Domino's it is then. Sooooo disappointed. Bye

It's was random stop when I passed by saw the great deal on take away. Mohamad I hope I spelled right.. Was absolutely magnificent the way he touched that dough and spinning it around was absolutely incredible didn't expect it.. Finally that pizza was delicious.. Much appreciated the effort and love.. Bleesss so tasty

Never been more disappointed. I usually order dominos and they are stunning. My mate said to get papa johns (not in the local area so probably why they recommended) but this place is diabolical. My food was delivered 30 mins late. The box looked as if it had been sat on and then kicked down the street for half a mile prior to arriving. Which would’ve made sense because the pizza was cold and the ice cream was hot?? And to top that off. They’d shoved the pizza into the box with sauce pots squashed on top and to my surprise and a nice long strand of hair to accompany the now freezing cold pizza. Refund has been requested. Pizza is straight it the bin. Waste.

Lovely staff, helpful and good food.

What a shame. Website and Google says it opens till 3, ordered a pizza at 2:45, paid and drove to pick it up, only to find that the turn the tool off at quarter to 3. No refund offered, told me I had to phone back in the morning. If you shut at 2:45, say that and don’t let me order. Poor service and just demonstrates how big businesses get away with what small businesses never would. Shame.

Took delivery of the buy one get one free offer, not very impressed. 1st time I’ve ordered and clearly you get what you pay for. Two pizzas and very little topping. If all toppings were on one of the pizzas it still would have looked vacant.

I orderd medium pizza , bbq chicken wings & garlic bread with cheese , The pizza was dry and looked like it was just re heated . Chicken wings were just about cooked , , the garlic bread was also to dry ! No where near worth £23. 🤬I will not be going there again & I live around corner !

Very disappointed with this shop particularly. I ordered a pizza a few days ago and they forgot to bring the dessert... Stating that they will return next time I'm ordering, Then I opened the box, and I was disappointed about the pizza too as I had the same pizza(same customized toppings *Orig XXL GPTY +Black olives +f cheese +tuna) not so long ago from Papa John's Great Barr (Birmingham), and it was nothing like it. The tuna was not presentable nor tasty. I couldn't taste it to be honest. Now, I just received the second order, yet no dessert was delivered (even though I've left a note) .Sorry Papa John's Southsea. You've lost a customer
