Dreadful! Ordered ahead as wanted gluten free option. Staff very unfriendly and had shocking attitudes! Staff incorrectly labelled my food - despite my gluten intolerance. Spent entire weekend violently throwing up as a result of their lack lustre approach. Avoid at all costs!!

Awful chips were pale and hard in the middle battered sausage tasted like it had been there a while. Won’t be back such a shame

Great food, horrible service. Always have to wait, whilst staff chat amongst themselves.Grumpy/miserable, its not a nice customer experience.

Ordered food for a family of 4. When it arrived and opened, the steak pie and chips would feed a 9 year old maximum....this was ordered for an adult. The fish was a good size but lacked chips so we had to share other portions out. The time for delivery was in accurate and the size of the sauce ordered was ridiculously small. All in all, expensive and very disappointing. They never use to be like this!!!! It's a shame as always tastes good

Ordered: chips with a cheese and onion patty, cheesy chips, chicken bites and a carton of chip sauce curry sauce. Received someone else’s order of: fish and chips x2, 2 fish on its own, chips on its own , chips with two sausages a battered marsbar. The food was not great. The chips were okay but that’s about it. The battered marsbar definitely looked battered. Would not eat from here again.

Had fish chips mushy peas, chips fish swiming in oil, peas devoid of any flavour, ended up in the bin. Wont be back.

Brilliant gluten free fish and chips. Lots of other gluten free options just need to ring ahead to order. All cooked in a completely separate fryer. Always great service and food.

Ordered haddock and chips ,got it home the chips where hard, and the fish tasted funny don’t think it was haddock, very disappointed as paid nearly 10 quid for them ,ended up in the bin !

Just been for chippy tea ..chose cheese patty and smoky sausage! It’s ended up in the bin !! Burnt batter and tasteless cheese mash which looked days old ..sausage was cold !

Food was poor, waited 10min after collection tine . Not good.

Service was fantastic girls who served were a* the food was 10/10 couldn't fault it in any way. Fresh and flavoursome. Food was ready bang on time. We'll done guys will be back again
