Pantry Barn Cafe in New Forest

Found the Pantry Barn Cafe by chance after seeing the signs on the main road as we were heading for Bournemouth - and what a find - what a gem. Had a light lunch and it was the best Ham & Cheese toastie on sourdough that I had ever tasted. The tea and coffee was delicious as well and my wife said it was the best soup she had ever had. The cakes are lovely as well. although we took this with us. Well done and we will be back when the house is open next year.

I have visited this tearoom on 2 separate occasions and both occasions I found they did the best toasted sandwiches. The portions are generous and delicious. A pot of tea which gives you ample cups of tea. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend a detour to this hidden away gem .

Stopped here for lunch and didn't want to leave! Lovely setting and the food was really nice. The team were so friendly with us and our nervous rescue dog.

Friendly reception for the 40 cyclist who you hosted in small groups over brunch-time during our cycle touring event. Many positive comments about the cafe and it's beautiful surroundings.

I’ve already put this on google reviews but I’ll put it on here too just to be sure it’s seen. On Saturday the 25th of March, I came in to get a coffee and cake. The girl who served me had airpods in and was quite rude. Not long after, I saw her inject her stomach by the cakes, and not even wash her hands after. This pains me to say because I’ve been in before and everyone else has been super friendly, I love the coffee here. I just feel like the hygiene levels were really poor on this day, and to be handling medication around open food is very dangerous. I do feel bad leaving a review like this because normally the standard of the pantry is very high. Hopefully, this review will help things change.

Lovely cafe. Lots of choice, all freshly prepared. Really good atmosphere with nice furnishings and background music. Friendly helpful staff. A great place for a lunch for all ages and some fine looking cakes too!

Why havent we been before? Just down the road, very friendly, exceptionaly reasonable and the most amazing hot chocolate and salt beef bagel! And the snowdrops were out in the church. Vemry well situated for walk to miz maize.

After a nice walk around woodlands of Breamore house the Pantry Barn is just the place to relax Great food, from an excellent menu Wonderfully professional staff Lovely ambience Really nice wood burner to warm you up. Lots of parking Just a must

Went to this absolutely beautiful spot for a light lunch. The service and food was amazing and nothing was too much trouble for the staff. The food was well presented and high quality and the surrounding were beautiful. Excellent value for money and a lovely place to eat.

Great place we found whilst visiting new forest. Stopped in for light lunch. Was pleased at the prices as everywhere else in The New Forest we could not get a sandwich for less than a tenner! The ladies who own/work here really lovely and friendly and helpful. Only reason for not giving it a 5 out of 5 was because we felt the nostalgic background music set a certain vibe and wasn’t our cup of tea. also the air circulation in the kitchen was either non-existent or on low because we left there and our clothes smell of cooking and so did the café , hope they can get this sorted. But a good place to meet friends and catch up would recommend

This lovely place is in Breamore, near Breamore House and the Countryside museum. Visited today after a nice walk to see the Miz Maze. Had the salted beef bagel, chicken sandwich, the prosciutto blue sandwich, an outstanding salad with avocado, and a couple of cakes. Everything was fresh and very tasty. The owners were charming, Our party of five really enjoyed our lunch, and insisted I write this well-earned review.
