Always have a great time at this fabulous restaurant. Staff and food are the best and you always feel special. Thanks for making our daughter’s graduation meal one to remember.

Joined friends for a special day, so large party which was pre booked....unfortunately service was slow. we arrived at 12.30, meals didnt start arriving to the table till 2.20pm. I understand it can be difficult but come on guys get your act together ( some of our party had to go to work and or back to car parks to change tickets)..maybe ask customers to preorder when it's a large group, or get the menus on the table straight away along with taking drink orders. Will say food was lovely, good size from main menu and staff friendly, restaurant decor fabulous. This wont put me off going again , but with a smaller group. Also would prefer either more veggie meals or a vegan meal on menu.

Had a lovely birthday lunch with my daughter. Food was excellent and portions very generous. All staff were helpful and friendly. We had the two course lunch special which was very good value for money! A very good experience and we can’t wait to come here for lunch again. I would highly recommend 😊

Went here last night with family and had an excellent meal served by the really great serving staff for who nothing was too much trouble. The only down side was the way in which they sell and prepare steaks. Basically they only cook steaks up to medium if you want anything more, then it's at your own risk! or you finish it yourself on a hot stone. What a load of nonsense. Crikey you expect more from a great quality restaurant. Even a Beefeater will cook a steak to your liking! Come on Chef start remembering that the customer is paying your wages and you should be doing your job properly, serving them. How difficult is it to grill a steak, though maybe that sort of thing is beneath you! Anyway a great meal with only one wrinkle!

We had a bit of a nightmare at a local spa and needed to make a swift exit, so abandoned ship there and found this gorgeous gem of a place. We decided to treat ourselves to the whole hog, ordering a la carte and 3 courses. It was especially nice to see white rioja by the glass, as well a crisp and refreshing New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc. The food was delicious - broccoli and stilton soup was divine, and the tempura prawns were light fluffy and fresh. The sea bass and Caesar salad were both excellent. We rounded it off by sharing a cheeseboard. The ladies who looked after us were all so charming and delightful; they really lifted our spirits after a disappointing morning. Thankyou for the cute little tray with limoncello and strawberries! We'll be back, now we've discovered you.

Food was very average for what we paid

My new gluten free place to go. Fairly new to eating gluten free and havnt had the best experiences so far but wow Panache are fantastic. Great menu choices and amazing tasty food. The staff all seem very clued up when it comes to gluten intolerances and conscious about ensuring there’s no cross contamination. Chef even made up some white wine vinegar for my side chips. Great atmosphere, great staff and service and very well priced food. Second time this past month I’ve eaten here and it’s been consistent on both occasion's. Thanks for some great evenings, keep up the fab work.

Both visits for birthday meals and not been disappointed

We popped in for a midweek meal. We utilised the midweek set menu which was delicious, good range of options to pick from and good value. As always, friendly and efficient service. Thank you again. We will be back!

Met here last week for lunch with a couple of friends I’ve not seen for a long time as I live so far away. Have eaten here before and we thought it would be nice to go again. Love the building and the atmosphere when you walk in. We really like the style of the place. The service was the best. Had a really funny guy looking after us he was great, an asset to the place. We had a lovely meal we chose a starter and a main off the lunch menu. Had a glass of Prosecco each. The bill was reasonable for such a wonderful lunch, in a great place with amazing old friends. Came in at around £90. Highly recommend this place and will be visiting again in the future.

I've read some bad reviews and honestly can't understand why?. We went on Saturday for my wife's surprise birthday meal and it was very busy when we arrived. We had the room upstairs to ourselves as downstairs was full. Tbh i wasn't expecting much as the staff were rushed off their feet but we were welcomed by some of the staff at the top of the stairs. Greeted by smiling staff who throughout the evening couldn't do enough for us, nothing was too much trouble. The food was second to none and haven't had one complaint from all who attended ( probably 20+ of us) hats off to the manager and all the staff for a birthday meal we shall never forget. We will be back that's a promise.

Had an amazing evening last night for a friend's 40th. The team were more than happy to accommodate our own balloons and cake, and at realisation of a special occasion sparklers were added to our drinks. Service was attentive but not rushed and Diane especially made sure everything was just right! Food was delicious, a slight mix up made with one dish that was immediately rectified with huge apologies. Wish I was local, I would be a regular. Thank You!

Lovely food, it’s just a shame that the chips and sauce are extra, adding £8.45 to the price of £22.95. The sharer is £35.95 which is double the amount of meat and comes with a double portion of chips and a sauce.

We came here following a couple of rave reviews from friends. We booked via email. First impressions were great. We were created by a nice lady who seated us and gave us menus. It’s very well decorated and the atmosphere is lovely it’s quite dark but cosy. The food was perfect a good selection with something for everyone. Very hot and tasty food not overly expensive with good portion sizes. Good choice of wines too. My only complaint would be where we were sat, we were sat next to the wine rack and entrance to the kitchen. Albeit separated by glass. There was a lot of passing staff and shouting from the pot wash area. A little disappointing as we had asked for a romantic table as we were celebrating. Overall it was a great experience and would return maybe just sit somewhere else. Great food, great wine, great service 10/10/10

Absolutely stunning! From the setting, to all the friendly staff, and the sharing steak for 2! I love steak and this has to be the best! I took my 12 year old daughter and she loved cooking on the hot stone! The mushroom sauce was delicious. Very reasonably priced. I checked out the Tapas menu and I shall definitely be visiting again and ordering everything!

Nothing but terrible!! Manager is very unprofessional and rude. Food was just awful and very overpriced. Don’t go here. Nothing was good. Such a shame. The manager should be embarrassed how she went about us and our complaints she received. Not handled professionally at all. She resulted in avoiding us and didn’t even apologise.

Hosted a baby shower for my best friend here today. The staff were wonderful! Nothing was too much trouble and they were so friendly and genuine. We brought our own decorations and they were so supportive of us getting everything setup. The food was delightful and there wasn’t a scrap left. Thank you so much!

Came for my nans 90th. Was amazed at how good the food was. Honestly didnt anticipate the quality. The portions were huge so the pricing wasn't too bad. Lovely atmosphere and we got shots for booking. She had a lovely lovely time.

I had a lovely sunday lunch here, i came about a month ago. the great experience has left a warm feeling in my stomach so much so i decided to write this review. firstly i was greeted by a lovely host who showed me to my table in the central area of the restaurant. we were pleasantly surprised by the understandable price of the two-course sunday lunch menu. I ordered the steak frites and my husband ordered the lamb dinner. our waiter, Tom, was a delight and was very attentive! we will definitely be visiting again!!🤩

Terrible, we were there with an old gentleman who ordered a filet stake. I doubt it was a filet, it was tough and grisly. He wouldn’t send it back and didn’t want to make a fuss.

I dont like writing bad reviews but last night I had the worst meal I have ever had in over 50 year of eating out. The starter was vile, it was the worst food I had eaten (and it burnt my throut). Worse still all that Panache did was not charge use for the starter. Looks flash but food is terrible. TERRIBLE WORST DINING EXPERIENCE WITH NO APOLOGY OR SERVICE RECOVERY

Been in here lots but very disappointed on this occasions. Bought two rounds of aperol spritz which were full of soda and very little aperol and Prosecco. Complained and more Prosecco was put in an already full glass and still not right. The manager refused responsibility. £8.95 for soda is excessive…… avoid….. expensive for soda water

Beautiful food, great atmosphere, service was perfect. A really lovely place to go for food. We had the sharing starter which was gorgeous and there was plenty. For main we had the sharing steak which you cook yourself on the hot stone.... absolutely amazing steak! We couldn't manage dessert.

My family visited on a mid week evening in November. We had all been here last year and enjoyed a lovely meal, so we’re expecting similar this time. The setting is lovely, all twinkly lights and our waiter, Tom, was polite and friendly. Unfortunately that’s where the good comments finish. The wine and Prosecco we ordered (£25 per bottle) tasted like a cheap £5 option from the supermarket. The food was very disappointing. The chicken had a very strange sweet sauce with it that I could not identify or eat (most of it was left on the plate), oven chips, chewy steak and microwaved lasagne. It’s such a shame as it’s a really lovely setting and was once very good. However, we will not be visiting again.

Absolutely loved it here! Right from walking up to the restaurant to sitting at the table, it looked amazing. The atmosphere and lighting were just right with smiling faces all around. Festive decor was tastefully done, which added to the ambience. Greeted with a smile and a warm hello, we were taken to our table where the server was fantastic. The food was to die for, and the steaks were cooked perfectly and exactly how we asked them to be. They were also very accommodating with the birthday cakes we brought in, and nothing was too much trouble. Overall, great service, fantastic food in wonderful surroundings, I highly recommend Panache One and will be back for sure. Thank you 😊

Possibly the best Martini Expreso I have had for sometime

I think we had quantity over quality. We had fish and chips - it should have said Chips and fish!!!! The chips we’re oven chips which is ok in a pub but in a restaurant I would have expected proper chips. One of our party had Chicken Cacciatore which was really poor and we weren’t charged for it. The staff were attentive and friendly though. I probably wouldn’t go again as there are plenty of places to eat in this area.

Just called in for a drink on Friday. Was greeted at the door by a very pretty and helpful lady who showed me to a table as there was no room at the bar. Had a couple of drinks, and actually stayed longer then expected. Great atmosphere and service. Will definitely be going again.

We visited on Saturday night and were greeted by a lovely host & served by very friendly waiters. The food was great quality and atmosphere was flawless would recommend to any of my friends and/or family.

We have been coming to Panache as they have an extensive gluten free menu. As a coeliac I have to be careful where I chose to eat out. When I placed my order I was explicit with the gluten free requirement and I was ordering from the gluten free menu. However a dish came and I was told that the bread was not gluten free, I said I can’t have that and the server just took the bread off the plate. There were crumbs on the salad and left on the plate. So I couldn’t eat the salad. Despite my requests and my caution I have had a terrible night and continue to have stomach gripes the following day. Im glad at this point we lost total confidence, so we did not order desserts, I dread to think how ill I could be if I’d have had more gluten. I had requested on our booking to bring a dessert with a candle in for us as we were celebrating a birthday. So that didn’t happen. But it was galling to see all the tables getting shots with sparklers in to either celebrate a birthday or for the large table we sat next to, they were brought with the comment we thought you’d like these. Just as a side note if you are going to spoil your guests at least spoil all of them. Or those in ear shot. We were glad to leave. Ordering drinks had become tiresome as the service was not very good. Such a shame. We had high hopes of this becoming our new local-ish eatery.

Whenever I visit Poynton this is normally where I come for food with friends and family. The food is always really tasty and well priced. The staff are always attentive and polite.

The building is pleasant but the food and the ambiance was poor. We went on the Saturday 9 September and the food is not inexpensive. Half way through our meal a large stag party was sat next to us. The noise and interference was awful....

Gary and his team were very helpful in organising a "celebration of life" function held at Panache. All our food requirements were met and nothing was too much trouble for them. The exclusive area provided to us was perfect for what we wanted and all that attended were very impressed with the staff, food and ambience. Eloquent place, food superb generous portions

I would avoid for any type of events especially corporate. Been such a headache to deal with from start to finish. In the end I’ve had to cancel my event with them and find a new venue because they are so ridiculously inept.

Very disappointing visit after previous enjoyable meals. Steak Frites served on bed of large ‘house’ chips and not frites as on menu. Staff did not accept our reason for disappointment and argued their point which did not feel like good customer service. Poor fish and...

Booked for my partners 30th birthday meal. Food was great however the clientele is horrendous. We were sat in the right hand of the restaurant where the roof is open, it was a very hot day and we was sat with the sun beaming on us which was very uncomfortable, we had complained a couple of times and we were told the manager said to keep it open even though they had air con situated in that area too. We had our 3 month old baby with us which we had to strip down to his vest because he was too hot! Definitely all about image rather than making customers comfortable. We ended up rushing our meals just to get out of there.

Great food and service Visited on a Monday evening with friends. We were sat outside but under cover (rain). It was still warm (heaters) and provided for a very pleasant atmosphere. We all ordered from the set menu - a good selection of options. Garlic Mushrooms followed by Steak Frites. All of our food was delicious. Great service Would definitely return! There is limited parking in the vicinity. We parked in the free parking (ensure you park in the free area and not the 2-hour shopping area) behind Waitrose and walked down (about 5 minutes)

Absolutely disgusting food Mushroom starter in gloopy sauce probably heated up in a microwave. "Steak frites" turned out to be a small strip of gristle meat on a bed of super soggy chips

5* 6 Adults and 1 child....spotlessly clean, attentive, friendly staff food was ordered and arrived without delay hot, fresh and well presented my only criticism the plates were cold and the pea puree with the fish and chips was far to small. But a minor issue compared to the overall experience would definitely return 👍

I had my 60th birthday as a private event at Panache. The whole event was excellent. Booking was easy and Gary kept in touch to ensure all the details for my party were correct. The food and ambience were excellent, we were in the terrace...

Had the loveliest time here for my mum finishing work! We had a lovely dinner, my mum had steak, my sister had pasta and I had the vegan burger which were all very nice - my mum commented that her steak was cooked to perfection. The owner is a lovely man and organised a little surprise for my mums celebration. Wonderful time at Panache as usual! See you guys again soon

Unpleasant experience arrived and wanted to eat from the set menu the two pasta dishes that were on the set menu were both cream sauce we asked if it would be possible to have the tomato based pasta dish that is usually on the set menu as it was the same price but no this was not the case. Decided to order the pasta anyway and it was burnt and tasteless!! Have zero desire to return.

Visited Panache on a Monday night with my girlfriend and it was brilliant. The service was fast and all of our servers were very professional and friendly. The restaurant has a classy feel to it and had a nice relaxed atmosphere We both had fillet...

Overall a really lovely place. I had the Mushrooms to start, which were nicely cooked and flavourful with garlic. I then had the Steak Frites which was well seasoned and cooked nicely. I finished with the Sticky toffee which was lovely. Good service and polite staff. Well worth a visit.
