Absolutely terrific restaurant in Carbis Bay very close to St Ives. Visited tonight with my wife and 3 year old son. First impressions were great, they have a lovely outside seating area, and inside the place is adorned with stuff to nail down the fact that you are in a Spanish restaurant. Really nicely done. Service was brilliant, very chatty and friendly, and fast. Food wise: We had bread plate and some anchovies to start, then the lad had chicken strips, chips and salad. Loved it. Well - not the salad but that’s not the fault of the restaurant, he isn’t a fan of green food unless it’s peas or grapes. Then we have various Tapas dishes. Patatas Bravas, Chargrilled Steak, Chicken Panko, Tomato Salad, fried squid. Then we all shared some Churros and that very typical Spanish dessert….Eton Mess! Not that we were complaining, it’s my wife’s favourite dessert. All the food was superb. Brilliant meal. Really enjoyed it.

Enjoyed the mackerel pate and risotto, both dishes were delicious. Only point of note was the size of the tiny tables in comparison to the enormous plates. Eating was challenging with limited elbow room!

Oh WoW, what a gem of a find. To be honest not a difficult find ;-) as it opens onto the street with plenty of tables outside to draw you in. However, it would be very easy to stroll right past and not stop to sample the gorgeous Tapas plates. The calamari is the best I have ever tasted. Service was excellent and the location is entertaining as you watch the world go by. We met a friend here. Proof of a good meal and restaurant was the fact we were the first to sit down and the last to leave the restaurant after lunch. Lovely.

A small lively place to eat. Great staff and lots of choice of yummy food. The pirates Brava were great. Cold manzanilla sherry!
