Great pub nice outdoor area for beverages. Pool table is of a quality standard. However, it only takes card which is convenient but makes it slightly more expensive. Overall well priced beer shall visit again.

Really good craft selection, although some of the draught beers were out. Burgers were 10/10 so good! Shame about the staff being very stand offish and making it feel as though we were inconveniencing them to order.

Staff were a bit dismissive. We ordered drinks and food. Food came 1hr later, no one bothered to at least inform us it was taking that long. Average food.

Thought there would be a larger range of draft beers. Hoff was nice and all the better served in a tankard. The food was fine. Nothing to dislike or get too excited about. Worth going to if you’re in the locality and fancy a casual venue.

Called for a pint at last hours on a Sunday night, place was buzzing. Not as many craft beers as I'd hoped for but the atmosphere was great.

A human and dog friendly bar with a good range of drinks and mid week entertainment. There is a resident dj on a Saturday night which leaves alot left to be desired. Otherwise a great place to grab a pint.

Went boxing day as a group of 11 & from the outside, the place didn't look much, but as we went in, found our reserved area & found the service was really good, very friendly & attentive - we were pleasantly surprised. We ordered some popcorn chicken, chicken wings & fries too for all of us to share, and honestly - it was absolutely delicious!! Would absolutely return.

It's ok. Bit dark and dingy feeling. Burgers were VERY good, however the chips came pre salted instead of just cooked. This wouldn't have been an issue for us, however since if the chips where smothered and a bit inedible. This wasn't a huge issue however. We would certainly recommend the waffle fries though as they were really tasty. Service was ok. Nothing special, but not terrible. I think the atmosphere is what let's the place down. I'd this was improved it could make a big difference to the rest of the experience. However, the food is cracking. Just needs a coat of light paint or better decor. Will visit again though.

Dive bars rule. This is a local secret one. I've been to few, in a couple different countries, and this one ain't bad. Good people and cheap booze. That's all you need.

I've been at Off the Tap quite a few times and I was gutted to find they've replaced their jackfruit burger with a Portobello mushroom one. I gave it a try, but it was literally just a slice of mushroom between two buns, with a sauce that was actively not good. Please, bring back the jackfruit 🙏🏻

I have gone several times to this pub and have never been disappointed.

Soooo happy to have discovered this place!! Chloe was so helpful navigating the menu for an amazing Notorious PIG burger on a GF bun with vegan cheese, which was phenomenal. I think this is the first GF bun I've been able to find so I was ecstatic!! She also helped find the one GF beer they had available and was extremely pleasant and accommodating!! They don't have a separate GF fryer, so the fries aren't GF and Chloe made a note to point that out to me. Like other places they have the allergy sheets which makes everything so much easier and when there was a doubt Chole didn't hesitate to go and ask. I will come here again for sure!!

Good place to hang out, staff are always friendly and theres never been any big problems with chavs while I've been in there (that i remember). Couple of village bicycles hanging about but what would we do without them. What I’m trying to say is, can I have a Punk IPA please?

As a family we pre booked a table - there were 6 of us including our 4, 6 and 8 year olds. We’d travelled up to visit Lego Land and were stopping at a nearby premier inn. The football was on the TVs so there was a lively atmosphere, which was fine. The food was great and it ticked all the boxes; the kids ate the lot! However, unbeknown to us, the lady behind the bar, had asked some of the more passionate arsenal fans not to swear, as there were children in the pub. This was amazing of her and we were really grateful, but totally didn’t expect it. Thank you so much!

This is the second time we held our staff party here. Food is great and service is quick. Toilets are clean. The place is also dog friendly and overall has a good atmosphere.

Went here for a few drinks, quite a bit of selection on tap which was good. They also have a food offering of burgers although didn't try any of these. Seemed very likely for a Friday night which was really good.

It's not a bad atmosphere, the staff were friendly, with good music and sports on show, and also an interesting menu. However, the pricing of food does not reflect the portion sizes. Overall good, it wasn't too bad though, I'd be inclined to return at some point

Service was alright but the food an wine were rather poor. We all had burgers and sides and for the money I wouldn't expect it to he delivered in a tin foil takeaway tray. This place isn't for me but clearly had a good amount of loyal locals.

Welcoming and professional staff, sport events on TV and live events. A pub that maximise location (into Maidenhead heart) and available space. Highly recommended

I have frequently been here with my work colleagues and it generally is a nice place to hang out. However I felt really discriminated against by the front security last night and it's been a long time since I've felt treated like this. We had a big group of around 10 people and I was the only person of colour. As I entered I was the only one pulled aside because I was wearing 'tracksuit bottoms' and it didn't fit the "dress code". I was wearing outdoor trekking trousers which I usually wear for work. Some of my colleagues were wearing hoodies, cargo pants, women entering with leggings and I saw a guy enter with shorts to the premise no questions asked. Talking to the security guys felt useless as I could tell they were stuck in their mindset and I didn't want to waste my energy or ruin the evening for my colleagues. I was allowed to sit outside in the cold and luckily I have a great work team who got drinks and came and joined me outside - but this should never have been the case. Racial discrimination in this day and age is ridiculous but if you don't want to feel this towards you or see others be treated this way this is not the place to spend your evening. I am disappointed with the management for allowing security staff with no respect for diversity and inclusion to work for them.

Only area for improvement is Guinness should always be in a Guinness glass 🤣 Love the atmosphere in this place its always good crowd and with brilliant music. This place is awesome. Great Marlow and windsor ales is the perfect start. The staff were amazing and so friendly and welcoming. Kids allowed in to eat on a Saturday evening, a real result. Food was superb with an excellent vegan selection. First song on juke box after the football was Frank, closely followed by Bruce. What an amazing place.

What I love most about this place is the friendly and relaxed staff. A Great ambience is created through their smiles and helpfulness. Their menu is genuinely intriguing as far a bar menus go. Their food is well presented and deliciously fresh. They had an open mic night when we went there. Can not remember which night though. It was helpful to see someone in a wheelchair manoeuvring his way through the crowds, which is something you don't often see. I took my son there to watch to football. There is a pool table as well. Will be back many times x
