Oasis Cafe in Medway

OASIS CAFE in gillingham is The place to avoid. This is not Sunday roast is a frozen slobber trying to get covered by gravy, which I have specifically requested to be added on the side But the cook decided he was not in the mood. Extremely rude staff that do not care about any dietary requirements, and are extremely rude , actually raising their voice to The Customer and second One putting The Phone down when you complain. Just Eat UK should remove this nonsence of Cafe from their platform P.S Even my Dog refused to Eat it

I have ordered from this café many times, but I could not believe how rude and offensive they are when they mess up an order. After we had food delivered, they had left out many items, which thinking back must have been intentional as we had collected stamps to get a discount. My partner called them to complain and was told the missing items would be sent out. This was not ideal, but we agreed. The manager then phoned up and was very disrespectful to my girlfriend, buy saying “you are wrong baby, you need to check the order darling” I then took the phone and told him that after the dozens of orders we have made with them, how can they treat people like this. He replied that we were wrong, and he was right and then hung up on me. Avoid this café they are disrespectful to their customers and the quality of food that we received had declined drastically. Furthermore, a manager should not talk to women like this. There are many cafes in Gillingham, I suggest that people do not choose Oasis Café.

Ordered through Uber eats and it’s was awful, not even worth the 1 star rating, wish I’d checked trip advisor first, triple mega burger came with nothing but a bit of tomato and lettuce, no cheese no onions and was cold, plain and tasteless, steak was like leather and the mushrooms has nearly shrivelled away. Chips were cold and looked and tasted reheated, and drinks were warm - not nice considering I ordered a yazoo milkshake. AVOID!!!

I ordered a full English online and when it was delivered it came incorrect so I called the owner and he was swearing at me belittling me for being a woman and physically threatened me all while I was being polite up until he said he was going to physically harm me! I would not recommend the staff are hostile and rude no food is worth that kind of treatment

I used just eat to order from here they told us our delivery would be one hour which seemed fair, the hour flew past with pure excitement and eagerness for some fine dining, however there was no sign of the food we had ordered after 1 hour of waiting so i rang and politely asked if the delivery was out and on its way. I was greeted with a rude and aggressive manner with a tone of voice even Hitler would have winced at, i was told that they was very busy and my food would be a further 20 mins. Furthermore, i was lucky they was not charging me extra for the food to be delivered considering i was outside of the 5 mile radius. It seemed a bit harsh for a simple question but who I am to judge? 20 mins of pure excitement flew past and there was still no sign of our food I then rung continually 45 times it seemed they had taken their phone off the hook. The food FINNALLY arrived at our house I was greeted with a angry looking delivery driver who spoke very little English “food” he said as he put it on the floor and walked away. I went indoors ecstatic at the thought of finally eating the food 2 hours after ordering it. I opened up the food box to find it was cold. This was an absolutely heart-breaking day for my partner and I. To summarise, if you enjoy the following emotions I would highly recommend this cafe; Anger, Heartache, Hunger, Anger & Disappointment. I do not enjoy these emotions so the 1 star review is a very generous. Unfortunately if I gave a true reflection of my thoughts of this café I would be banned from ever sharing a review again!

Waited over 2 hours for freezing cold food and a rude driver asking for £1.50 as over 5 miles. I live 4.9 miles away as per the screenshot Called and spoke to the manager who was extremely rude and aggressive Luckily I used just eat to order and got a refund Will never use again and will be letting all my friends and family know to never use this awful restaurant if you can even call it a restaurant

Confirmed our Uber Eats order, then they waited half an hour before they cancelled it. If they couldn't do it, they should've declined to begin with. Avoid.

I ordered food from here through Uber eats and they messed my delivery time around for 4 hours. So long in fact that they shut! They didn’t mind taking my money though did they? Disgusting behaviour. I can’t comment on the food because I never even got it. Con artists in my opinion

Food was awful, greasy sloppy just nasty.. will never go back and certainly will not recommend the place

My mate and I decided to have a couple of late breakfasts here and were not disappointed! I was a little apprehensive about canned tomato but it tasted really good. Polite, fast service too.

Friendly staff and good food. Very clean and service with a smile.You wont find a better cafe in Gillingham.

I had metal bits like from a metal scrubbing pad in my sausage will never use again and would advise against anyone else using them. Luckily I got it stuck in my throat and managed to get it back out,if i had swallowed them god only knows.no stars

I’ve been going to oasis cafe for as long as I can remember. Never fails to disappoint. Food was well cooked and the staff are incredibly friendly. They now deliver with Just eat too!

Just eat Delivery - Always ahead of schedule, piping hot food and drinks. Great value. Can’t fault these guys. Even had a World Cup message on the box on the England match day. Nice touch. Thanks guys, you’re great. Will always order from these time and time again. Food lovely, not usual cafe cheap fatty bacon. Great service and friendly delivery staff.

I was stranded in Gillingham town centre for a few hours while my car was having a service so thought I would take a walk around to find somewhere for breakfast there was a few possibilities but I finally settled on trying this place out and I’m certainly glad I did when I went in it felt like a true cafe the prices where very reasonable portions where generous I can genuinely recommend this place to you all for a good fry up and a coffee if I’m being really picky the only recommendation I can make to this establishment is add a Turkish breakfast to the menu as when I arrived the staff where sitting in the dining area eating what appeared to be a Turkish breakfast but this was clearly their own food as I excitedly searched the menu for it but it was not there so I settled for a set breakfast which was just as satisfying

Had a very nice reasonably priced filter coffee in this quirky cafe . Pleasant waitress and though we didn't it the establishment had a large menu . Seemed very clean .

A very nice cafe with additional seating outside. The cafe is in the Britton Farm Mall adjacent to the supermarket. A wide range of meals is available at very reasonable prices. Also discounts at specified times.

Seis de nosotros a visitantes de Gales encontré el café mientras estábamos buscando el desayuno. Un poco de "debemos, Sha no nos" y decidimos darle una oportunidad. No nos decepcionó. Bien cuidado y un Estupendo desayuno para todos nosotros. Fue sólo después de la segunda mañana, que se me ocurrió que el personal espera en probablemente no eran sordos en absoluto, pero quizás no podía entender nuestros acentos!!

Reheated beans from the day before. Paid extra for beans and didn't receive. When I politely mentioned to the rude owner about the small error, he practically told me I was lying. Tiny portions and expensive.
