I just want to take the time out to thank the management for the brunch I had gone to this weekend. The manager at the front was extremely kind and friendly which is the perfect way to welcome guests. Emma/Emily (sorry I had forgotten) was absolutely brilliant with allergies. She knew the menu so well it was light work for her to list all the allergens and to let me know what I could/couldn’t have. For any one with food allergies, it’s unlikely you can eat at a brunch because food options are limited, but here there was vegan, vegetarian, gluten, nut free and egg free possibilities, which someone like me is so grateful for. So thank you for your help and also providing me with my food directly. I had a mix up with what I could eat with another waiter so I would highly recommend if moving forward, the bar would have one person like Emma/emily who knows the menu so well and is so cautious with allergies to serve the allergy guests. I will defo come back!

Went to Supper Club on a Friday night in Feb. It was a great evening out! 2 course dinner plus some drinks, yum! We really enjoyed the music too, it was rnb & garage tunes! Would recommend for a good night out, probably great for a group celebrating an occasion too. Only negative was the loo's - they were tiny (had to really squeeze in and queue)... but all in all a great night!

Wing Wednesday was lovely especially with the discounted offer they had. Really enjoyed the meal, the service and presentation was behold my expectations. Well done!

Came here for my sisters hen do on May 11th. There was 21 of us roughly and our waitress Emily was absolutely amazing, we never had an empty glass, she was always smiling and seems to really enjoy her job which is really rare. Truly lovely lady and has made our experience very positive. Will definitely be coming back xxx

I went to the country bottomless brunch. The music was 10/10! However there were a couple of negatives to this experience sadly.., I would highly recommend booking the earliest Bottomless possible as we chose the one in the evening and after them having 2 bottomless brunches through the day you can imagine how gross the toilets where, there are only two toilets and they was vile! Sick and toilet roll everywhere! No one had bothered to clean it up in between services. The food was very very basic and not very tasty. The biggest complaint I have is you where not allowed another drink until the whole table finished theirs - the server Claudia was extremely rude and hostile and refused to serve me a drink, I was sat looking around for about 10 mins to make a complaint but they was understaffed and by the time we was ready to order another drink it was impossible to get their attention still! Shame because I went for a good girls night and who wants to come home from a bottomless session only to have drunk 3 drinks!! Won’t be returning but such a shame as music was 10/10! Not cheesy country music but some proper classics in there!

First time visiting here and had tickets for The Supper Club, £30 For a 3 course dinner which I thought was a fair price. Great atmosphere and I like the fact it doesn’t get overcrowded as you need tickets for entry. Food was lovely, service was great, owner greeted us in arrival. There was a guy playing a saxophone along with the DJ which added a nice touch. Only downside was ladies toilets were very small, and shots were a bit pricey

Came here for new years event, the ticket included 3 course dinner and after party . The food was disgusting, the pasta was horrible, drenched in sauce which was extremely watery, the mushrooms were rubbery and made the stomach hurt, the dessert was horrendous as well. The only good thing was the music.

The food was dreadful what a waste of money. All overcooked! There for a Birthday celebration but so disappointed with the food. Over cooked chicken, lasagne that was burnt so throw more sauce over it to cover it up. No offer of a refund or gesture of good will. DJ sat having his lunch for an hour with a girl playing the music of covers. All very armature and not worth the £35 At least I took the food home for the dogs. They were happy!

Had a great time for a bottomless brunch. The music was great! We had to drink fast as only had an hour and they will only serve the next round of drinks when everyone at the table had finished. Not a problem for my friends 😃 but did cause us all to get drunk very quickly. Charlie our waiter was very polite and friendly and kept the drinks flowing. He is an asset to your team. Only complaint is the food. It said 90 minutes of limitless food but we were just brought out one of everything. Then for the pizza sharing board, 1 tiny triangle of pizza each doesn’t cut it when your drinking! Especially as we were a table of 6 and the table of two next to us had exactly the same amount.

We went for a friends birthday celebration bottomless bruch 4pm till 7pm 30th September2023. Avoid It is not worth the money we had one round of drinks and because all 8 of us hadn't finish our drinks they would not serve the ones that didn't. The manager and waitress said it is against the law to have more than one drink in front of you at any one time. This is a lie as you can purchase more than one at the bar and pay for it which we had to do as they would not serve us until all of us had finished we had a total of 2 rounds of drinks included in our brunch the others we purchase at bar. Our waitress Claudia seemed on another planet and was very rude and argumentative. The food was a set menu which consisted of one sping roll one piece of garlic bread 3 pieces of fried squid and a slice of pizza . We really did not get value for money and the manager who was on shift who we made our complaint to about the quality of the service basically told us you are being annoying now. What he should have done was give the people in our party drinks who didn't have drink No people skills would not recommend for a special occasion as wouldn't want you to ruin it total waste of money.

Best brunch I’ve ever been to with amazing music and a brilliant crowd. Just need to serve more drinks in the happy hour. Claudie was our great waitress. Thank you.

Great food / lovely drinks / brilliant service and atmosphere was so much fun Our food waiter Ben was so seamless in his role of delivering the food amidst a room full of singing and dancing women that I couldn’t help admire his calm and professional manner. Drinks waiter Jonah was also there ready to take our order when our glasses were near empty during the bottomless drinks hour. Lovely venue , great music and atmosphere- I would recommend this to anyone who wants an afternoon of dancing, drinks and nice food. We had a brilliant time.

So bad it was actually funny.Saturday night, looking forward to a fun night out, barely anyone there, atmosphere uncomfortable. Ordered 1 bottle Pinot Grigio and 1 bottle savignion blanc. Told only Pinot Grigio available on wine menu. Had a busy bottomless brunch and all sold out. Asked if we could go buy some wine told no. Asked if they could buy some wine fr om local shop and sell at their prices again a no. On top of this the Pinot Grigio we did get was served warm 😩 plenty of money to spend no customer service to help us spend it. James the manager was out of his depth with no management support. Crap night but next door was great!!

I went to a hen brunch party at O Windsor. They had a 90s themed brunch and they played a great selection of music. Everyone enjoyed themselves and were dancing until the very end and wanted more!

Thoroughly enjoyable time last night Saturday 4 March at O Windsor! A family group of 7, we went to celebrate an 18th birthday and had a real blast! A fun and friendly environment, good music, great food and good service too - a special shout-out for our server Claudia! A truly unforgettable evening!

I have been to 4-5 brunches here and all I can say is it is AMAZING. All my friends love it too. Such a fun night out! Food is lovely, always hot and great portion sizes The staff are amazing, always chatty and smiley! "Big One" aka Mr Bigs is an absolute gem, he makes the party!!! All I would say would be to add a few more cocktails to the bottomless brunch menu. Only as I am not a fan of the drinks on the menu and I am sure other people can be a bit fussy like me! The only downside is that some people believe it is OK to follow waiters/waitresses to the bar or pull them away mid-conversation to order their drinks, but this of course is no fault of O windsor. Maybe set in place a rule for bottomless drinks can ONLY be ordered at the table?

This is my 2nd time to there and both times have been brilliant. You couldn’t ask for anything more great food, fab cocktails and amazing entertainment. The staff are so friendly and hardworking. Looking forward to my next visit.
