Went for a hen do . Absolutely amazing service even though we were so late. Much love to Jonah who served us as soon as we got in. Music was fantastic . Food was lovely and entertainment 10/10😛😍. I will deffo be returning

Would not recommend, I visited here with a group of 7 people for Brunch and we had significant issues with the food and service. It’s been 7 weeks since I contacted O Windsor, I have followed up but have still not heard anything, unfortunately there is clearly a lack of care.

I have been twice, and today was for my 30th! And each time it has been incredible. They are so accommodating, fantastic atmosphere and great food and service. This is an amazing place to come for a birthday, hen or just a day out. I always highly recommend O Windsor, it is one of my favourite places!

What an incredible afternoon!! Good surprisingly delicious, music was spot on and the atmosphere was electric! Genuinely really really impressed with the whole event and I’m still shocked how cheap it is! If your thinking of it or even if your not, go!! You won’t be disappointed

Really like this place, but star lost for music being too loud so you cannot talk, another star gone for how hot it was today, and thirst star lost for waiter dropping food left overs on my, trousers going to bin now. Good club, just avoid during heatwave.

Had a great bottomless brunch.(12 lunchtime sitting)The era was 90s the DJ was fab.Our waiters Claudia & Martin were super attentive and on the ball.If I'm honest the food wasn't all that, the squid was terrible, garlic bread stone cold...the burger & pizza was ok.....but none of us were really bothered about the food anyway....personally I think an option of do you want food or not reflected in the price of a ticket would be better.A great atmosphere, friendly staff would highly recommend.

I’ve been here twice over the last month. Both for events. Was absolutely fantastic night both times service was amazing especially from Emily, she was attentive and a wonderful person.

The best time, Jonah hands down was the best waiter/server. Been 3 times now and can’t wait to come again.

Had my first visit to O Windsor today for bottomless Brunch 90's. It was soooo good! I loved it! Food and drink were fab but the dj was the best bit. Mixed all the 90's tunes brilliantly. Couldn't stop dancing! Atmosphere was great, staff friendly. Couldn't ask for more! Thanks! 😊

Came for bottomless brunch on the 5th May with a group of friends! We had a fantastic day. Food was lovely, atmosphere was amazing, no attitude, music was great! Our server Claudio was so lovely, very professional and looked after us well! Will definitely be back!

Nice venue and good atmosphere but it’s not a bottomless brunch if you have to start paying for drinks after an hour. The food is horrific, I wouldn’t class one piece of garlic bread a main course! No wonder they can make a profit with high ticket prices and terrible food!

Went here last night for my friends birthday, what a brilliant venue for a girls night out. All of the staff including management, the DJ and the security on the door were attentive and so friendly. The food was lovely, nice choice of cocktails too! Great music from start to finish, got everyone up dancing! All round good venue who have their customers best interests at heart which is really important. Will definitely be back.

22/03/2024. Food and staff was ok , but we came because of 80s, 90s and 00s night, but the Dj did not even know what it is. Most of the time he was playing Rnb music . Me and my few friends asked him to play something else, but had to wait almost an hour for a song. Staff couldn’t help it either. The answer was: “ This is his style “ hm , if the Dj are not going to play old school music , so please do not lie and do not post that you are having 90s night. Wouldn’t recommend this place. Our night in this place was a very big disappointment…

Went here with some friends for a bottomless brunch on Good Friday and loved every second! Amazing staff, service and atmosphere! I made sure to get every name that i could! Thank you to the managers Kevin and Emily, the DJ Jack Smith, sax player V, bouncer Collins, and the bar staff and waiters Marley, Kai M and Kai J, Sylwia, Mo, Jonah, Oli and Grace! Sorry if i missed anyone but the day was absolutely fantastic, could not have been better☺️☺️

The O Bar staff are what make this bar such an immense experience. From the minute we arrived on Sunday 3 December to the minute we left, nothing was too much trouble for them and we were so looked after. Not only that, they were all friendly and approachable, which goes a long way to creating the type of atmosphere you feel comfortable and welcome in. Food was gorgeous and they even did me a little takeaway tub when I couldn't finish my main course. Big shout out to Emily, Kai, Sylvia and Kai J whose customer service stood out to me so much, I asked for their names. Make sure you hang onto these guys as good hospitality staff can be hard to find! Would highly recommend The O Bar and will be making plans to visit again.

What a great venue! Came here for Bottomless Brunch Beyoncé Bingo & what a blast! The DJ was fantastic and took us down memory lane with some a garage classics, the food was lovely and the drinks flowed. Staff were super quick & brilliant! A great afternoon out for all!

What a great afternoon! We were a group of 6 girls living their best life at the brunch. Our waitress Claudia K was so attentive and friendly. It was great value for money as a bottomless brunch 60 mins of bottles drink good selection of drinks on offer. Food was served promptly and was lovely! The music and vibe was on point! We were living our best 90s life.

Staff were absolutely phenomenal during the brunch tonight! A ginger girl who worked there for 2/3 weeks was subpar and genuinely made the night! If I had her name I’d mention her! The gentleman who plans the nights is great is really good and genuinely great at his job! Great brunch, fantastic staff and great atmosphere! Really impressed!

We visited for the 00s brunch on 22nd july 12pm, Have been to O a few times now, atmosphere fun as always! Brilliant service from Nathan, always ready to take our drinks order when our drinks were newly empty.a mention to Kai behind the bar too, service with a smile. Would recommend 0 bar to anyone looking for a fun afternoon out! We will be back!

Great food / lovely drinks / brilliant service and atmosphere was so much fun Our food waiter Ben was so seamless in his role of delivering the food amidst a room full of singing and dancing women that I couldn’t help admire his calm and professional manner. Our Drinks waiter Jonah was also there ready to take our order when our glasses were near empty during the bottomless drinks hour - polite, calm and professional. Nathan also deserves a mention - it’s not easy serving drinks and food in a room full of customers and the staff did it seamlessly Lovely venue , great music and atmosphere- I would recommend this to anyone who wants an afternoon of dancing, drinks and nice food. We had a brilliant time. I can’t add pics cos I didn’t take any ! Always a sign of a good time

Absolutely disgusting customer service from these rude people. If you want to watch male staff eyeing up girls dressed like drag queens, be my guest! We didn't receive our food and was told the kitchen was closed, yet when we complained later on we were told the kitchen was always open and had spare food leftover. SO unprofessional and when complained later on about our experience which we had every right to, Dean (no idea who he was but very rude) just shut us down and didn't offer anything or an apology. For the amount of money we paid, I would not return here, nor recommend this place. There was about 4 options of drink which is poor choice in my opinion. RUDE staff, BAD atmosphere and UNPROFESSIONAL on all levels. Will NOT be returning nor recommending.

Went to go for one of their themed brunches yesterday with my friend to arrive and find out it was cancelled. Had no email saying it was cancelled and travelled a distance to get there.

Went 4pm til7pm for bottomless brunch and got served 4 drinks each... if you do go, don't sit at the end near the DJ otherwise you will get told that is because we arent drinking quick enough. I've had an empty glass for over 10 minutes each round..

Been to a few brunches at o-bar and they are always good vibes. Emily is fantastic and very attentive and friendly always making sure we had drinks and then great table service from her once the bottomless hour was over. Great service from a couple of the waiters in our area by the bar too. Can’t say the same for all bar staff, female behind the bar is always unfriendly and comes across as rude. Good music and food was nice

Food was very small and slow to come out. Definitely not unlimited. In fact, not enough to constitute a meal. Drinks only run for a hour. Definitely not enough for the price. Avoid!!

O Windsor is an absolute must! We decided to book a midday brunch, and to date O Windsor is the best by far we have experienced. The food was fantastic, the drinks were great, and the music and vibe on point! Everyone, and everything at O Windsor is brilliant. Organised fantastic, music was brilliant , cheers to the DJ! Was here yesterday for the halloween/90’s bottomless brunch and it was the best day I’ve had in ages! Well worth the money and myself and my friends had a great time, will definitely book another one 😃

We went for supper club and had a great night! James behind the bar and Sylwia the waitress were especially fab! Nothing was too much for them and they genuinely made our evening, along with the mc…. I never caught his name but he was a whole vibe!! The food was a bit off…. (Dry chicken and not as special as we had hoped) but over all we had a great night and will definitely be returning!

A group of 9 wild ladies went to the magic mike themed bottomless brunch yesterday. While things started a bit slowly - took a while to get going with drinks, we were soon enjoying the afternoon. Our waitress Claudia was simply amazing. She made sure there were no empty glasses and all our requests were met with a smile and nothing was too much! The DJ was brilliant and the the entertainment guy really got the whole place going before the main event. We all had the best time and looking at out next visit already! Olivia went above and beyond to make me and my party feel comfortable! With that being said, she even went out of the way to get us ‘lady of the month’ wear without hesitation! We went there for a Friends themed brunch. The food was okay but I was expecting more because of the theme of the brunch, which was not incorporated into the food menu.The service was relatively fast. There were a few boards with catch phrases from the series and cardboard cutouts. The music was from early 00s and the played Friends theme song and that was about it. Overall it was a dun experience.

We have a fantastic time at the Mamma Mia brunch. Great atmosphere and really friendly staff. Olivia was particularly friendly and welcoming and it didn’t go unnoticed. We will definitely be returning. Just one thing to comment is that air con would be amazing and it was so hot!

We went for the UB40 bottomless brunch. The music was good although not many UB40songs were played. Food was great and with plenty of it. The staff were really lovely everyone was super friendly especially Sienna who really looked after us.

This place is amazing!!!!!! 6 girls last night.... 3 course meal, (the salmon fishcake was absolutely amazing!!!!! ) music amazing, great mix of everything, service amazing and the best vibe!!! 100% be going back!!!!!!!! Wanted to add our thoughts on this afternoons brunch. The positives great atmosphere and the drinks we had we enjoyed. Negatives were we only got 3 out of 4 starter's stated and then one slider no pizza even though we saw some going to the other side of the room. Also drinks we had a reasonable amount but was not offered a last order and was waiting for ten minutes before the hour was up to order. Did ask to speak to manager but he told me as we'd had 6 drinks each there was nothing he could do. We excepted this but felt alongside the lack of food we'd had and we hadn't been told drink orders were finishing it was a little disappointing. So can only give three out of five which is a shame as we enjoyed the atmosphere.

We went in a very large group on Saturday and as usual the atmosphere was amazing however we noticed the service was slower and it emerged the 'bottomless' element has changed and there is now a restriction to 5 drinks.. although it didn't change how much of a great time we had overall this change to drink limits should be made clear at the time of booking as should not be advertised as bottomless as this is no longer the case

Marley was the life and soul of the establishment. James Ellie-May, there was another female member of staff with dark hair to, also the bouncer and the manager, Kevin were all such lovely people. Attentive, friendly, fun. The food looked amazing. To be honest I didn't eat as I was to busy drinking and dancing with all the fabulous guests and staff. We attended the Dream Girls Brunch. My only constructive criticism would be to play more songs of the theme. I understand the DJ likes to break up the songs with other music although I think the majority of attendees would agree with me. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. I think this is a great business. I look forward to returning in May 👌🏻

Visited from Cheltenham and Birmingham with my best friend Josh for his Birthday. Was recommended this place by a friend and we booked it in the morning. As soon as we arrived we we’re greeted by Kev who was so lovely, inside is amazing great decor and the DJ played so many classics mix of dance and RnB. James the waiter looked after us and was very friendly and professional and we were even lucky enough to meet Dean the owner. The food was so tasty and great value, we shall definitely return and recommend.

quite possibly the worst bottomless brunch ever !!!!! only half the food came despite asking severall staff. As for topping up the drinks this was equally as lacking and ended up just getting served at the bar. Typical scenario of "holding back on everything". Would never recommend this place or revisit. Complete rip off and shocking service.

A fantastic experience and night out and the best place in the Windsor Arches for me. Went for food first which was really good particularly for the price, there was quite a variety on the drinks menu and all the staff were really friendly and attentive. Brunches here are really yum, good value for money and very organised! Saturday night was a vibe! Kevin was really helpful in changing our booking - we cannot wait to attend the next brunch in November.

Nice drinks but deal maker for us was the DJ and atmosphere. Always avoided the places down this street but will definitely be back here!
