This was my favourite takeaway but they have increased the prices so much I won’t go back until they reduce them again. Such a shame as one of my favourite places to eat

Whilst I love the food here, unfortunately they are pricing themselves out the market. The cost has gone up incredibly over the last couple years. Used to pay £5 for regular and now it’s £8.50 and £11.70 for large Really is too expensive for what it is, so won’t be rushing back until prices come down.

Put in an order and they didn’t even bother to send me anything or let me know after accepting my order. Called the restaurant about a thousand times Don’t bother with these useless people.

Excellent fresh food.. Full of flavour. I love the place .

Tasty food, good size portions, arrived 10 minutes early and was piping hot.

We like hot food but the medium was too hot. Actually couldn’t eat it. Which is a shame as it was delicious flavour

Food was horrible!! They got my order wrong (I ordered rice not the noodles..) the food was bland and so dry. Chicken was rank and honestly tasted awful. Would never order from here again!!! Poor food, poor service. Delivery man was lovely though and on time.

Food was disgusting, dry and burnt, tried contacting the restaurant several times to resolve this but no answer, only positive is that it was ready on time to collect this lovely burnt food

I ordered a pork stir fry but received a prawn one instead. Disappointed

Order was wrong and one was missing and couldn’t even get a awnser when it arrived it was freezing cold complete let down would rather of eaten the cardboard box it came in

Starters absolutely awful totally over done The chicken satay was so over cooked and dry would not come off the sticks, the sauce was just peanuts with a splash of sauce The main dishes were stodgy and not pleasant to eat This place has gone seriously down hill Will not order from here again

Starters were tasteless. Anything marked mild will melt your face. Unbelievably spicy.

I expected noodles with the Stir fry meal, but there were none so I had to cook my own at home. Why was there no option with this meal?

Very bland, all sauce dropping at bottom of container. Noodles look very unappetising and pale. Like eating albino worms with less taste.

The food was boiling hot and delivered earlier than estimated, I'll give them that. However, lacked flavour all around and everything from the meat, veg and noodles were overcooked. Personally for the price I wouldn't try again :-\

Lovely food, (full disclosure,) was not the first place to come to mind but wow! Very fresh tasting and delivered really quickly! We will be back, that is a promise!

Food was exceptional as always, tried some new accompaniments today which were as good as the noodles! Delivery was delayed slightly but definitely worth it with the quality of the food. Everything was hot, well cooked, well packaged and tasted amazing

Lovely food but having a 5 pound delivery charge added to my order after I had selected more than the minimum spend of £22.00 was not expected

Sorry but food really wasn’t great, the lady on the phone was lovely and did help but, food was wrong food so had re delivered but noodles tasted like tescos make your own and steak was chewy and over cooked, was no flavour :(( very disappointed

So much food packed into a small box it's always full and so yummy 😋

Although double bagged all the sauces had leaked out into bag & fully soaked all 3 of the cardboard cartons. Chicken was plain tasting & some looked like it was Tofu not chicken

Took 2 hours to deliver (said 40 mins) and food was greasy and tepid when it arrived. Won’t be returning.

Very nice but was extremely spicy 🥵 ridiculously hot barely edible and I like hot food! But this was only a no.3 hot that should be medium not the cause of a future stomach ulcer

My medium spicy mixed meat udon noodles were way too spicy (burned my mouth off)and also too wet (noodles with a bit of soup on it. I didn't ask for noodle soup)

Eaten from plenty of noodle places. Noodle factory is one of the top. Excellent home made food. Unbelievable choice plus extras. Great value.

My noodles were entirely bland expect for spice. There seemed to be no sauce besides oil. I was quite disappointed.

Very tasty, and lots of choice.

Food was 1 hour late. Ordered in advance requesting a certain time, food was warm, not as hot as usual. Restaurant turned off their phones so couldn't even chase the delivery. Was a minute close to cancelling the order as it was so late, then the delivery driver turned up. Not up to their usual standard. Shame.

Was a sent the wrong noodle type And they gave me chicken which I didn’t ask for.

Fantastic food, good sized portions and delivered nice and hot!

The food wasn’t of great quality tbh and we were disappointed . Chicken skewers were very tough and chewy, the beef in oyster sauce was not flavoursome, the vegetable noodles appeared to be cooked in the same sauce as the beef and oyster sauce, the baby ribs were supposed to have been served dry, but came in some dark sticky sauce.

Asked to medium spice and couldn’t eat it

Absolutely gross. Watery rubbish. We got chicken and ginger. Watery and flavourless. Sweet and sour. Horrendous. Noodles were flavourless and rubbery. I can't believe you can make food this poor. Also one eater has a dodgy tummy today. Really poor food and an embarrassment to Asian cuisine.

The food is great, large portions. But we waited 25 mins later than the time given and without communication or response from the restaurant. Also, Thai curry, was fab and we love spicy, the medium spice level was very hot… we’d order mild next time. Not a complaint just an observation!

Absolutely the worst noodles I have ever put in my mouth. No flavour dry and completely disappointing. Chicken was pink as well to top it off!

Unfortunately our meal was dripping in oil, which leaked into the bags. Tried calling 30+ times as food didn’t have any sauce, just oil. Finally got through today, asked to speak to manager, told he wasn’t in, drove past and he was. Loyal customers who tried to resolve issue, no longer ordering from here.

Not good. Noodles overcooked and tasteless although I requested spicy, rice dish so overcooked that it was stuck together in a lump. Ribs were just small chunks of bone with barely any meat. Won’t be ordering from them again.

Really delicious food and the portions are HUGE (the regular ones are big, and the large ones are enough to share). The dishes were clearly labelled which was really helpful, and the delivery driver was super friendly. Would highly recommend and we'll definitely be ordering again!

Excellent food. So recommend this take away and deliver noodle restaurant.

The best noodles we have so far. Excellent selections and plates full of flavour. I appreciated the taste of the fresh prawn and yummy noodles. Excellency service and happy friendly staff. Really big portions. There was almost too much choices, hard to decide what we want. ❤️ You can mix and match to your own taste. I would and have recommended. We will without a doubt go back to the noodle factory and work our way through the menu word of warning. SPICE = SPICE!!

Food was good as always! Delivery 45 minutes late made us late for our evening plans

Ordered Not Spicy and received very spicy took a mouthful and caused me to have an asthma attack

These are easily the best noodles in town, I love them! This was also my first time trying their ribs and they were absolutely delicious. A word of warning though: if you ask for spicy, you'll get spicy!

Worst Thai food I’ve ever had. The “Dry” ribs came with a disgusting sauce on them which was like marmite with a ton of added salt. They were like a box of bones, zero meat on them at all. The mild yellow curry was so spicy we couldn’t eat it & the green curry inedible. We threw most of it in the bin. Very disappointing & won’t order from there again.

Wife has mushroom allergy Her order had mushrooms so she could not eat it “Clearly” the restaurant do not read the notes left when ordering

The noodles were lovely (not too spicy). Unfortunately, the tub with the sauce for the chicken satay, the lid had come off in transit, and everything was a right old mess - the chicken satays were ok, but there was no sauce left in the container - maybe need to look at packaging/containers used?

Hubby likes spice and kids don’t so to have everyone happy can be a rarity Most dishes can be spiced to your taste Hot/ delivered on time and covid friendly

The food from this place is just UNREAL I could live on it everyday! Never fails😍 Delivery on the other hand was awful, 2 hours I waited, not the restaurants fault, it was just Eats fault.

Not great value, vegetables a little under cooked, ordered rice noodles but got something like tagliatelle. Tom yam soup very bland. Ribs nice

Really tasty Thai food and good size portions. I particularly liked that I could choose how spicy to have the noodles as my wife loves pad Thai but can't stomach chilli. Will defo buy again

In every order I leave a note for restaurant about a mushroom allergy And nobody reads this it seems My wife cannot eat her meal and has to have mine It’s important that you read notes Allergy’s are a very serious matter Not at all impressed

Terrible. No communication. Misinformation from Just Eat. Eventually food turned up over 2 hours after ordering it. Has put me off using Just Eat again.

After an app notification to say the food was on its way, we received a call to say they were just about to start cooking. The food was average quality and very late delivery after a long predicted delivery as ordered.

With regards to food its average , slow and very unpolite customer service. They rush you and close earlier than the time stated.

Disgusting. Chicken was pink and tasted as if the spring rolls had been in the fridge for a week.

For something that took over an hour to come, you would expect some level of quality. This was the worst knock off Chinese i have ever had. Dry, overcooked satay chicken, teriyaki noodles that were basically boiled plain noodles with very chunky broccoli, “tempura” prawns that were deep fried prawn balls with extra batter and prawn toast that included no prawn what so ever. The highlight of the meal was the Fanta, but offering only Pepsi instead of Coke, I should have known! Never again!!!

Never ordered through a real noodle factory before so ordered and was very happy with our food definitely order again from here . So tasty and big portions.

Food was very disappointing. Tempura is nothing like it just doughy balls of batter, chicken tough and Tom yum soup was weak dishwater. Plus there was meant to be 20% which didn’t come off so expensive too
