It always a pleasure to visit this very friendly tea room and enjoy some of the wonderful cakes, as well as the well cooked breakfasts and lunches that are on offer. Ben’s lemon drizzle and poppy seed cake that I enjoyed yesterday was food for the gods. I know of no other such business that when they make a hot chocolate that you get a cup of it, and alongside it a jug of the same; both for a very reasonable price. Brilliant customer service and I can’t wait to go back for another visit. The venue can also be hired for private functions and I often notice as I drive past in the evenings that such events are taking place. Dennis Usher

Royal Pier RoadLovely place and I really liked the Royal Clarendon, the staff were lovely and it was in a great location .

45 Shrubbery RoadReally fantastic food with amazing crackling and the portions were giant!! We had the mixed meat roast and each meat was cooked to perfection. The pub has a really nice atmosphere and is really child friendly, my daughter never wants meat but she ate everything! Will definitely be back with my husband who massively missed out not making it this time!
