No 38 Bistro & Bar in Carlisle

Been in this store a few times now and never actually left with anything, they never have any of the items on the menu they don’t take cash, they’re never open in the morning so a breakfast sub is off the cards, no drinks last time I was In only the one type of bread, the manager of this store is a terrible business owner and I guess subway doesn’t actually know how this store is ran, I’ve been to a lot of subways and this is definitely one I would never return to its pretty much put me off getting a subway from anywhere again

Excellent Sunday lunch. Served piping hot and plenty of it. Almost didn't have room for dessert. But I managed it. All of it. Too good to leave.

Drop into the orton grange farm shop and gift shop cafe . Both parts very clean and staff extremely pleasant. Had lunch at the cafe scampi and chip which included salad, coleslaw and tartare sauce, finished off with pot of tea very nice but slightly expensive.

The food was great and we accidentally turned up for the quiz which was a nice surprise! I was impressed with the selection of 0% alcohol options too.

Called in for Sunday dinner Lovely Sunday lunch great choice and Rebecca brought our drinks and took payment lovely girl really helpful great service.
