Me and my family come regularly for their Wednesday night deal. The price is so reasonable, and the food is top notch. The men that serve us are always friendly and provide quick service even when busy.

Order turned up 30 mins early (lucky we were in), missing the naan, but fair play, quick to bring that over, polite apologetic courier and no messing about sorting. Main thing though especially when issues were due to being really busy, the food absolutley TOP NOTCH. Best Indian takeaway about and always consistent.

Top notch curries, chef should be proud!

My dhansak and mushroom rice were ok and the peshwari naan wasn't bad. However, the kids found the korma too spicy and the biryani was a bit too hot as well.

Had to contact them twice to chase order. Came over an hour later than first said amd food was no longer hot. Asked for some money back but they refused just saying they were busier than they thought. Not good enough.

Kingswood's " Ruby" in the crown Warm, welcoming staff 🤩 Tikka mango lamb was unctuous and tender 😋 A sizzling " slay the dragon" chicken and vegetables delicately spiced in a delicious pineappley sauce ( my favourite) 🤗 Kingswood is very lucky to have the New Rupali indeed 🌟

Came to visit tonight to celebrate our late Mum’s 80th. Service as always was outstanding, food was great and our waiter was extremely friendly and polite.

Tuvimos una entrega desde aquí el fin de semana pasado y básicamente pagamos por verduras sobrepreciosas. Pedido 3 platos de pollo, bajis de cebolla y arroz, nan, etc. En primer lugar, los bajis de cebolla se cocinaron demasiado y 1 se quemó. Teníamos 3 platos de pollo diferentes y cada uno de ellos contenía una cantidad muy mínima de pollo y luego abultado con tanta cebolla, pimienta y tomate cuando habíamos recogido el pollo todavía parecía que teníamos una comida completa en nuestros platos. Les envié un correo electrónico con fotos de nuestras comidas y no han tenido la decencia de responder. Evitar a toda costa, estafa total

Cliente que regresa como una familia de 4 Increíble auténtica comida fresca sabrosa, no puede culpar al lugar. Los camareros encantadores y el personal, un verdadero placer comer fuera. Muy recomendable cualquier día de la semana, especialmente la noche de banquetes de los miércoles.

Food is great quality and for a good price

This is the go to place for your Friday night take Away. Good tasting food, portions are large. Always hot! And on time. No complaints only praise for this place. Can’t wait for Fridays.

Order over £50 worth of food delivered to wrong address we Received food about 40minutes late stone cold and all they could say is when you come in restaurant we give you free starters wot a joke never going to restaurant again or order food again absolutely disgusting

Food was delivered late and was cold. the raita was not nice. Popodams lacked flavour.

Don’t often have a takeaway but always use New Rupali when we do and they never disappoint. Excellent food, delivered promptly, fresh and really hot. Last night was particularly delicious, chicken in both curries was very tender and tasty. Spot on!

Collected my order perfectly on time and it stayed nice and hot for the journey back home. Food was fantastic and extremely well priced, and the staff there were very kind and friendly. I'll definitely be coming back for more!

Absolutely disgusting meal, the sheek kebab just fell apart no meat substance at all! The chicken was rubbery. Only sent one vindaloo and I ordered two. The chicken pakora was hard and the batter was sloppy. Popadoms were stale. Just awful.

We ordered and estimated delivery was 7.50 pm - 8.10 pm and I called restaurant twice to find out where the food was and it wasn’t delivered until 9.10 pm which was extremely late to eat.

Best tasting food we've had for a while

Cold rice, cold naan, cold bhajis, lamb vindaloo full of gristle and my husband left his and had cheese and crackers. Complete waste of money

It was never delivered, I had to collect as it was sat in the kitchen but was told after waiting 2 hours it was out for delivery. I had no refund of delivery fee and no apologies. Totally disgusting as food was cold!

Everything nice, just a shame the chuckney trays are no longer fresh . Mango chutney is shop brought.

The website said my food was delivered but in fact wasn’t, turned up 30 plus mins later and all food was barely warm if not cold.

Said it was delivered at 5.30pm. Rang the place and he couldn’t understand what we were saying, unfortunately a language barrier. Our food arrived 45 minuets later after saying it had been delivered. It’s all cold. Not happy. Won’t be coming back.

Food was amazing, the lamb Bhuna was one of the best I’ve had. Will be going here again! For how first experiences go, this was 10/10.

Had many meals from different restaurants across Bristol this one deserves ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ what an experience the food was piping hot. Each individual order in the bag tasted outstanding and the meats so soft tender and carefully cooked. Full of flavour nicely spiced. And not a shred of grease could be found. Cooked to perfection. I'll be staying with the new Rupali from now on great chef great restaurant. Great staff. Quick speedy delivery 👍

Food was due between 7.20 & 7.40 Called the restaurant at 7.50 to ask for an update and was told delivery had left and he refused to find out where food was It arrived at 8 & was cold

Great flavours and the lamb and chicken were cooked really well. Lamb fell apart and the chicken was really juicy. Would definitely recommend.

Awful customer service. When food was 10 minutes late I called and asked for a delivery time, I was told 5-10 minutes. 15 minutes later I called again and they told me that the van had broken down and deliveries are slow. Valid reason but I did ask why I wasn’t informed our food would be late they didn’t respond. So I asked for another delivery time to which they told me the delivery driver was still with them and couldn’t give me an estimated delivery time and they hung the phone up on me. Food arrived nearly an hour late and the deliver driver had a go at me because my neighbour told him where to deliver the food instead of calling me. My number was included in customer information and in the delivery information. There was no cheese in the sag paneer. Food overall was okay but not worth an overall (order to delivery) 2 hour wait. Would never order again

Good quality, tasty food and decent portion sizes, delivered hot, though 15 minutes earlier than requested.

We’ve ordered from here am fair few times now and time and time again it’s lovely. Very tasty, good portion sizes, always hot on arrival, good prices and all round good Indian. Highly highly recommend. We tried a few in the area and this has to be our favourite. Well done 🙌🏼

An hour late, food cold and had to be re heated, phoned to ask where food was and staff was very rude. Avoid.

Eaten in and had delivery. Delivery is always quite lengthy, I suppose they like to accumulate a few orders so to hopefully deliver in the same area, being that the area covered is small, it shouldn’t be a problem. To dine in. They do need some heating on in there, can be chilly. Generally the waiters are very good, if you say about any allergies, intolerances and/or dietary restrictions, they will assist with the menu and say what is not ideal.

Chicken tikka dhansak was like vindaloo ! I couldn’t eat it

Order took 2 hours to arrive. When it arrived curry was exploded in the bag, rang the restaurant he told me he would give a free one next time I said and eat nothing tonight? He then told me a hour wait for replacement after waiting 2 hours already!!

Ordered take out online. Food was very good and superb value for money. I was pinged saying that food was ready to collect....it was not. A miscommunication between online portal and restaurant....need to get that sorted.

We booked a table for Wednesday evening but arrived 15 minutes late, however, our table was still available even though the place was packed. The service was excellent. Overall the food was good, however, my onion bhaji starter was over cooked.

Order was lost and never turned up!! Phoned numerous times and told with delivery driver. Won’t be using this restaurant again
