New Dynasty in Basingstoke and Deane

I’ve ordered usually good but as of late disappointed not fresh and runny curry that looks like water no consistency in their orders and I struggle to get good orders but lately beef has been chewy and tough it’s usually fresh and easy to easy and curry’s changed. Whether they have a new chef the foods not nice. They don’t deliver that’s a disappointment since they are local. Last spend was £38 it was for 4 of us compared to chopsticks I spend around the same the quality of food needs to be looked at.

Had chicken curry and, well it wasn’t chicken. It was soft and jelly like and taste disgusting. Tried to salvage whatever rice I could to eat. Wouldn’t recommend. Save your money and go elsewhere.

This place has been on the decline for quite some time. Now it’s really hot rock bottom. Charging the prices they do you’d think the food was of a high standard. They are now serving ‘crinkle cut’ frozen chips!

Ordered food by phone. Ready for pick up in 15 mins. Food ready and waiting for me when I arrived after 15 mins. Tasty food and reasonably priced.

I've been coming to this Chinese for over 8 years and in that time: Portions remain the same size... Large! Food quality remains the same... Delicious! Service remains the same... Fast! And what's most surprising is the price has also remained the same. In 8 years!!! Can't fault it.

This evening I spent over £50 on a takeout😡 In all honesty, I am now writing this comment. Fuming and starving hungry. The WORST chinese I have ever come across. Everything either came swimming in sauce, or dryer than the Sahara dessert. The most horrendous after taste left after even trying to eat this food. The curry sauce, just was tasteless and runnier than you could imagine!! and finally the noodles, my goodness. Were they even noodles!?! Will definitely not be returning and I physically cannot even stomach to even eat a little bit. Note to self. Never try a new chinese. Especially on a tuesday when they are all closed for a reason!!!!

The food is always very good, the service is fast and cheerfully provided. Good amount of food for the price too.

Had a meal from New Dynasty this evening and was duly impressed. Decent portion sizes, hot upon collection, very tasty. Well worth the visit. They don’t do delivery as an option, but they do take cash and card payments.

Love the Chinese here. Not an oily meal like some places but I understand that everyone has their favorite!

The chicken curry was tasteless,never buy from there again.

Excellent choice of plants, shrubs and trees. Very clean snd friendly. Small coffee shop. Enjoyable visit.

Food was nice and hot, a little expensive, cost £3 more than my local Chinese but it was nice and tasty.

Gluten-free options are brilliant and the food is delicious. The sizes are good and quality great…. But the gluten-free options set this place far above everything and everyone else… It is our go to now even if does mean driving a bit further to get it…

Having gone over the menu, my partner and I made note of the numbers next to the dishes we wanted to order. I telephoned the restaurant only to be told I could not use the numbers at all and I had to read out the full names of the dishes. I said , ‘OK, hold on, I’ll open the menu...’ at that point the phone was put down on me. Suffice it to say, we will not be dining, or attempting to, with New Dynasty ever again.

Good food, good staff, quick service

It has a large menu which might explain why the food is poor, full of onions and tasteless. If they did less and put real ingredients in it would be better.

Best Chinese in tadley! Always fresh food and always greeted when I come :)

I have two observations that would if acted on would raise my rating. The first is that they should deliver - there too little choice of delivery outlets in Tadley. whenever I have wanted to place an order by phone, there is a ridiculous delay and on most occasions have been forced to give up. Tadley is ridiculously expensive for a place that caters for an undemanding and unsophisticated populace - so if better value for money could be offered and loyalty rewarded - this could merit a five star rating.

Very good service, quick even though they were only 15 minutes from closing and had started clearing down. Got to choose lemon chicken without broccoli which is always good :)

Best Chinese in Tadley certainly, maybe a bit further afield. Has more taste and authentic ingredients I think .

Food is usually good but ordered on nye which I understand is a busy time waited an hour and a half for food with no complaints, then when we didn’t receive everything we had ordered and paid for we were told WE WERE WRONG and we had received everything. Which we definitely hadn’t. Won’t be using this Chinese again after how rudely we were treated.

I have avoided Chinese take away food like the plague, as I have always found them a poor imitation of what Chinese food is all about when done properly. Unfortunately my wife talked me into trying this place, a decision she was soon to regret. The BBQ ribs came in a horrendous gloopy sauce. The kitchen (I wont say chef) overdosed on cornflour so that the sauce wouldn't fall off cutlery. The Cantonese style sweet and sour chicken was mostly batter with another overly gloopy sauce. The real low point was the BBQ roast pork. Half of the container was a watery stock, the other a dollop of bbq sauce. They couldn't even be bothered to mix the two! The accompanying vegetables were swimming in the stock and become mush. Now I have eaten in everything front street vendors to fine dining establishments throughout the world and I can honestly say that I haven't had a worse meal. Sure I have had my fair share of ok meals and one's that I wouldn't order again, but to actually throw away the vast majority I bought here, shows just how bad it was.

We have not had a takeaway for some time from this establishment and we were very pleasantly surprised at how large portions are now and the quality was absolutely excellent would be highly recommended and will go back very soon for another takeaway

Went here just over a year ago. All you can eat cooked to order food. Great friendly staff. Good atmosphere.

I think this is one of the best Chinese takeaways i have been to, the food has been good every time that i have ordered from here. Although the waiting time can sometimes be awful.

Been going for about 2 years. Out of maybe 100 visits had a couple of problems. The food can be slow so order over the phone first.

Generous portions of good food - would recommend

Read rave reviews on Facebook, but found it to be overpriced, overrated and over charged!! Collected a takeaway, only to find once I had driven the 25 mins home that one of the meals was missing. When my wife called the takeaway, they at first argued that we had not be charged for it, then realised that we had once we read back the order we had. They wanted me to go back to the shop to collect the missing item, yeah right, 25 mins each way for an £8 meal, get real. Won’t be using it again and will make sure all social media gets the same review!

I don't know if he was a manager or what but when HIS staff messed up my order, he blamed my boyfriend.. we order the same thing every time we get a Chinese and this time ended up with a dish I'd never even heard of, that also included ingredients I'm allergic to. When I explained that to the guy on the phone and told him that the dish we got wouldn't of been ordered at all he laughed, told me to tell me boyfriend to 'Order correctly' next time and we ended the call. Food ain't all that either. Garish colours, rude staff.

He estado de compras para mi llevar de la tienda por muchos años y la comida siempre ha sido excelente. El propietario pegado la repisa de gestionar la tienda a un inquilino que, en mi opinión, ha dejado el tobogán de calidad. Un ejemplo flagrante son las patatas fritas, patatas fritas previamente grandes macizos recién ahora uso cook, patatas al horno. No es el mismo.

Our favourite Chinese restaurant & takeaway. Had many romantic evenings there. Food is amazing & definitely the best quality in the area & at a reasonable price. There always welcoming & patient.
