If I could give a 20 out of 20 I would fantastic . We arrived after being let down by cafe de Paris also in nantwich to be accommodated very well infect the whole experience from arriving to leaving staff went above and beyond to make us welcome. Fab breakfast and experience 😋 highly recommended thanks again for making our daughters day very special which is what it should have been x 😀 😊

The Lounges are always excellent for us. Love the atmosphere - easy-going, dogs, buggies, families, friends. Food and staff are excellent

Hadn't been to Nantwich for some time and just noticed this new place right in the centre. Just wanted a lunchtime snack and it was perfect. Great atmosphere and really friendly staff-lunchtime deal is brilliant . Mug of soup and panini £6.75-we had French onion soup and tomato and mozzarella panini. Definitely call again.

Andy is an absolute credit to Navio, he couldn’t do more for our family there were 10 of us plus 2 baby’s and even went to the effort to secretly sort a birthday cake for one of our party, such a great guy and epitomises customer service. Would come again if only for Andy

First time visiting the area and decided to pop into Navio Lounge for lunch. Simply perfect, great food, service & price. We both had the flat breads 10/10!

Had a lounge bacon cheeseburger which was amazing Staff very friendly and nice ambiance in the place Had a free pudding as it was a cheeky Monday reward for any mains you got a free pudding The banoffee was divine This place is highly recommended

Visited recently…… dog friendly, indeed it is so very welcoming that a very large dog was stool on its hind legs with its paws on the table, whilst the people with it ate. I’d sat on a seat on a previous occasion and when I got up was covered in white dog hairs, I could not have gone anywhere else from there. There are two particular team members who excel at what they do and are very friendly and always busy. Their hospitality experience shows in every way. I think the prices are on the steep side for a venue possibly pretending to be something far better and trendier than it actually is. I wouldn’t say the cleanliness is of a high standard either. There are so many venues to choose from and people are choosy as to where they would wish to spend their money,, I would have thought everyone tried to be at the top of their game!

Disappointing service. I'd heard the food wasn't that great from other people who have been here so wanted to try it for ourselves. Can't comment on the food as didn't get as far as eating anything. Stood just inside the door next to a sign saying 'please wait here to be seated'. After 4-5 minutes and several staff simply glancing over and then ignoring us eventually someone came over. We were shown to a table that needed clearing & cleaning. It was cleared but not cleaned. The staff didn't return to give us a menu despite walking past us several times. My husband suggested that we leave as that's not what we call service. Went to a lovely Cafe around the corner. We were welcomed in straight away and shown to a table.

We went to Navio Lounge this morning for a coffee and toast, hoping it had improved since our last visit a few weeks ago (for which I did a review). Unfortunately it hasn't and we won't be in a rush to go back any time soon. We only wanted a coffee and toast/marmalade. It took ages for the toast to arrive and it was virtually cold when it did. We were still waiting for our drinks at this point and I asked one of the waitresses about them. 'They're next to be served' she said, they weren't. So another 10 minutes later they arrived by which time we had eaten our cold toast. There was an apology for the delay saying how busy they were and they were short staffed. One of the coffees was so weak it looked like tea, we're not sure what happened with it. It was obvious just by looking at it and the waiter should have taken it back. However by this point we were past caring so we drank what we could and left. So disappointing but I'm afraid there are plenty of other places to go in Nantwich and have a much better time. Looking at the reviews we're not the only ones having these experiences. We won't be back until we can see a consistent improvement in the reviews.

Visited the Navio lounge on a quiet Thursday night. Food was ok and the lady serving the food was polite and friendly. However it’s really disappointing when the staff are poorly trained and don’t remove empty glasses from the table. We had 3 drinks each and at the end of the evening the table was full of empties! It’s a simple thing to do, but clearly beyond them. As a regular pub goer, I visited the Weatherspoons in Market Drayton the next night and their bar team were impeccable, polite, friendly and they removed the empty glasses!

We went for an evening meal around 8pm which, having read other reviews, seems a good time to go as it wasn't too crowded and we didn't have to wait long for the food. I think it gets very busy for morning coffees and lunches. This is a very personal point of view as I found the menu very limiting - for me! I don't eat cheese and I have an allergy to spice. 99% of the menu had either cheese, spice or cheese and spice as main components. I went for the steak which was fine - well cooked and fairly tasty - the "salad" was covered in slivers of cheese though (why??). My other half had a burger which he rated as OK. The prices were reasonable (these days!) and the wine was excellent. The tables all had candles - again why? The lighting was so bright (too bright for evenings) rendering them totally superfluous. So I don't think we'll be back BUT I admit we are not the target customers for this chain. I saw people having a good time and seemingly enjoying their meals plus a good place for families. Being so big it totally lacked atmosphere but I think their core business is breakfasts/coffees/lunches as it always seems busy at these times.

Popped in for a spot of lunch after a shopping trip. We hadn’t booked, but there was plenty of space available and we were allocated a nice corner setting. We decided to use the QR code booking option where you can scan and order at your table. This was very easy to load and navigate.The food and drinks order went through fairly rapidly and I have to say we weren’t kept waiting very long. Price wise it was quite reasonable too. The servers all seemed very friendly and helpful. We went down the burger route and we have to say, the burgers were amazing. For myself personally it was one of the best burgers I have ever had. I chose the Lounge Bacon Cheeseburger with onion rings and extra cheese. It was divine. Well cooked, well presented and most definitely very delicious. There is a new lounge opening in Macclesfield soon called Panadero. If this Navio lounge experience is anything to go by I can’t wait to try the new place out in my home town.

Busy atmosphere, staff were lovely and friendly, but food was cold. I felt it was too busy to mention and it would put me off visiting again. Breakfast option wasn't available, so accepted substitute. £28 for two, food was edible, if hot, it would have been 4 stars.

Oh dear !!!! This wasn’t my first time here as I keep thinking it will get better !!! I ordered two breakfast muffins for myself and my daughter. We also had two soft drinks. The drinks were very flat and had a horrible taste and as for the food….. we waited over 30 mins for the muffins to come and when they did they we definitely weren’t edible !!! The muffins were covered in cheese which was dried out and the sausage was cremated !!! I think there are far too many tables crammed in and the focus is on getting as many people through the door and not on quality of food etc !!! It’s worth mentioning too that the tables were sticky although had been wiped and the paper menus were covered in food. It’s a shame as there’s no reason this place shouldn’t be amazing but unfortunately for now we won’t be rushing back !!

We visited Navio Lounge this morning for a coffee and a toasted teacake. We really want this place to work but there are a few improvements that need to made immediately to keep people going back. There were only 3 staff in the cafe, 2 guys and a young woman. This meant a VERY long wait to place an order. The guys in particular were working REALLY hard to serve everyone, they were literally running around trying to take orders, serve drinks, serve food when it was ready, get the cutlery, get milk jugs from tables as they had run out. They were super polite so this is not a criticism of them at all, quite the opposite. However they needed at least 2 more people helping serve, clear up, wash up, take orders etc. The other thing that could be done is to ensure that tables have cutlery already on the table (they could be replenished when the table is cleared). There is a lot of time wasted going back to get cutlery as food is getting cold. I had to get up and get the knives off the tray that the waitress was carrying (whilst trying to serve other tables) so that our toasted teacakes weren't completely cold. It is my pet hate to spend money on hot food and then see it getting cold just because cutlery isn't readily available. We will come again but we expect it to improve otherwise we will just find somewhere else. This would be a real shame as the staff that were there today were working their socks off and it must have been very stressful for them. Management take note - get it sorted.

Absolutely loved this place! Friendly and great atmosphere. Staff were attentive and polite. Had the Vegan burgers which were excellent and very impressed with the menu choices. Will definitely be returning! Highly recommend.

Popped in for brunch, seated quickly even though it was quite busy. Ordered via the QR code - very easy, a simple scan and the details from the pepper menus are all there ready to select. Service was quick, coffee was nice and food good. The place had a nice relaxed atmosphere, the servers were friendly and cheerful. Overall a good find. Will return to sample other foods on the menu.

First visit with friends for lunch lunch , we were slightly confused by order system but once explained we were fine. We are a bit older so not so tech savy. Staff were very helpful and friendly, food was amazing and something a bit different. Atmosphere was great, a bit eclectic and different in a great way. Even the soft drinks menu had unusual things on it, I had sherbet lemonade 😋 amazing. Highly recommend the tapas board's, we shared 2 and added some sweet potato fries. Definitely going back to try something else new. Exactly what Nantwich needs. Can't recommend Highly enough. Staff, service, food 10/10.x

Went here for the first time for lunch ordered two burgers both were cheap and taste was ok. The drinks were more expensive than most places around which offer better selections. Staff friendly and place was relatively clean. Wouldn’t recommend and won’t be back.
