Great value for money. Relatively cheap beer and.wine and bottomless coke and sprite. Nice architecture in the arches under therailroad. You must like chicken, not much else on the menu.

Had some great food but FANTASTIC service from Emmanuel. Made my friends and I feel incredibly welcome and well looked after. Haven’t had service like this in a while.

Great location, fast service, and very friendly. We visited as we were at a local hotel.

The manager on the night was great he works well under pressure very attentive to the customers. I'm big on service provided and he delivered.

We had an amazing waiter named Emanuel! Food came very fast and the chicken was nice and moist. The dessert is superb (chocolate+ice cream). Great place for large groups.

Cool place very busy but good food

After hearing so much about Nando’s chicken, I was VERY disappointed. My Peri-Peri chicken was Veri-Veri dry. The seasoning flavor was crusted over the top. Maybe the cook had a bad day…

Food is ok…it’s Nandos, it’s pretty standard. The sevice however was absolutely atrocious. We waited for someone to clear the table for us, which they never did, despite saying it would be cleared for us…So we asked an individual who appeared to be clearing the table before we arrived if she could clear the table. She said ok. Then disappeared leaving us waiting around. Eventually we cleared the drinks and plates that were left there ourselves. When she finally arrived after about 10 mins, she saw we had cleared the table and just disappeared again, didn’t bother giving it a wipedown cos why would she do her job?? We ordered via the app (3 separate orders) for 5 people on our table. One of the orders was obviously just ignored and never started as by the time 3 of us were finishing up our meals, the other 2 still didn’t have theirs. So they had to go over to the counter and ask where it was…and wait around for another 15-20 mins or so. It was an absolute shambles, it wasn’t even particularly busy and yet the service was absolutely abysmal. It was legitimately the least competent service I have ever encountered in any restaurant. It was as if all of the staff were on their first day, but also had a bad hangover…totally incompetent and entirely aloof to customers (at least us). Avoid. Go to the Nandos on Stamford Street instead. Or anywhere else.

Bit of a walk as the Waterloo restaurant was closed, but a welcome change of Vue. Service and were great, as you would expect.

Amazing African influenced food ! This is the second time we visited and the food was just as fabulous as the first visit. However, as the picture dictates try something other than the french fries. Coleslaw, garlic bread as sides. All styles of chicken were just simply wonderful! Oh! Last but not least, the service is super friendly. Top notch just wonderful!

My food was served cold, i was out for a birthday meal & did not want to cause a fuss infront of loved ones otherwise i would have raised the issue with staff. Staff not so friendly either…

Only marked the service down because all they do is bring your food that you have ordered and paid for online.

The nicest Nandos I’ve been to! This branch was spotless, cosy and the staff were incredible. We were seated quickly, and I went to order at the till. The staff member, Jobaer, was incredibly professional, patient and helpful with regards to the Nandos reward scheme as I wasn’t sure what menu items I could get with my reward. Please pass on our thanks to Jobaer for their outstanding service. Their colleagues were also very nice and ensured our food was OK. I visit Nandos often but this was by far the best experience (and nicest decor) I’ve had. Thank you!

Food is just perfect. The restaurant looks just like a Portuguese classic kitchen. Even the toilet looks like it. For me it’s 10/10. Just perfect.

Very average, had to send my Halloumi Fries back as they were old/warmed up and the chips were cold and arrived without peri peri spice on them-think they are reheating some of the food! Health inspector please visit 😳

Gluten-free dishes with chicken breast are very tasty. You can choose the spiciness level from mild to very spicy. They do not serve hot drinks. I recommend.

There are also Italians who work there and are available to help you but the remaining staff are also friendly

Highly recommended! At the beginning the waitress accompanied us to the table and presented us with the menu. You order at the counter and then the dishes will be brought to the table by the waiters. All the dishes are based on chicken and there is the possibility to choose the degree of spiciness of the meat (I chose medium but it was really very spicy). The drinks (coca-cola, fanta and sprite) are free-refillable. I would definitely come back!

Exceptional service. On 2/8 we brought 36 students from the airport here to eat. They opened early to allow us to sit and then food was brought out promptly. They accommodated such a large group at late notice without a hassle.

Fabulous food and great service. my last time was 20 years ago in Cape of good hope Nando's I really enjoyed.

The food came out super quick and was hot. They kept coming round to ask if we were okay which was something new to me at a Nando’s. The chips were nice and crispy. Definitely recommend

The layout is fashionable and cozy. You can choose the level of spiciness for your food. The wrap is tasty, but overall, it's a bit expensive.

A success for lunches and dinners!!! Very good food, very attentive service and super easy to order with the app or the website itself, and the restaurant very well decorated. Ideal for children, no one dislikes a good chicken accompanied with rice, potatoes, etc. but very well served. The drink is refilled in case you overdo it!!! ;-).

Nice. Different layout to a normal Nandos. Really liked the booths with their quirky design. Used the app for the first time. Actually quite easy to use with the paper menu as a guide. Staff were pleasant and helpful. Definitely felt it was better Nandos than others I have eaten at. A bit more space for diners.

Nice wraps, tasty grilled chicken. You can meet Polish-speaking staff. I recommend. Fast and you won't be full.

My daughters and I enjoyed this Nandos immensely this evening! Our host was accommodating and very welcoming which makes us want to return. This branch has a lovely vibe and is very clean. We sat in the nest tables which enhanced our experience very much!!!! One of the best Nando’s I have been to!!!!!!

Came here two nights on the trot with the kids as it was conveniently located close to our hotel. First night we had one of the booths in the centre of the restaurant which was good as it was a bit quieter than other tables. Service was a bit slower on the second night but it was a busy Friday night so to be expected. I am not sure where else in central London you would get an evening meal for a family of four with drinks, and get change from £50 - cracking value for money.

First night in London and Nando's was walking distance from our place. My family and I got to sit in the special nest seating so that was fun. Food was good and prices were reasonable. My husband liked the chimichurri sauce...reminded him of Bengal BBQ at Disneyland.

As far as nandos go the inside of the one at Southwark being built under the arches has a real nice look to it. Would go again for sure.

I had a great time at nandos. At first the seating wasn’t ideal but I spoke to a lovely staff member called Sai, he was very helpful and kind. He made sure we were sat in excellent seats and offered a speedy and 5 star service. I am happy to have had him as ny waiter and will definetely be coming back! The food was seasoned well I asked frederica for extra peritamer on my order and that was tasty. Thankyou team!!

It’s good restaurant with good chiken and a lot of choice for the spicy. But for me the service is too much, we need to ask cut and fork for eating.

First time visiting this restaurant. The decor in this restaurant is pretty cool and the staff are really friendly, however, it does seem a little chaotic in their organisation. One girl had her seat, went to the toilet, came back and someone else had been sat there. I've read that happens a few times on reviews for this restaurant. We ordered the food and drinks via the QR Code and everything was brought to us swiftly. Food tasted delicious! Would definitely visit again.

The customer service from Martin was first class. I asked for a quiet table because of my hearing loss and he suggested it may help if he turned the music down. This meant I could chat to my family during my meal. He also attended to my husband's needs as he cannot eat gluten. Nothing was too much trouble for him and it was a joy to receive such amazing customer service. Thank you

The interior of this nandos was so unique and really nice, our waitress was cold, we went to order and our table was given to someone else despite it having the sign, we did get an apology . Food took long and chips were cold, they did redo the chips. Our waitress had really bad body odour so it was not nice (hate that I wrote that as it’s not nice) but I have to be true to the experience.

Visited while on a visit to my sisters. Never been to Nando's before. Brilliant food, quick service and not badly priced for London either. Staff were friendly.

We walked here after visiting the Tate Modern, about 10 mins through back streets. It was quiet at nearly 3pm. It's got an interesting interior, under spacious railway arches. The staff were friendly and efficient and the food delicious. I had spicy chicken livers (which really were spicy hot, as requested) with spicy rice and rainbow slaw. That was a really tasty meal, washed down by some red wine. My wife had ¼ chicken with chips and rainbow slaw plus some red wine. I don't know why anyone would go near a KFC when Nando's is so much better. When we left, Southwark tube was across the road, giving us a choice of mainline from Waterloo, District or Piccadilly Lines to get us home.

I had chicken, corn, salad and garlic bread all of which were tasty and well presented. I had a soft drink and these are self-service but you can have as many refills as you like. The layout and atmosphere were really nice.
