I loved it! The restaurant decorating, the friendly staff and THE FOOD!!!

Gluten-free dishes with chicken breast are very tasty. You can choose the spiciness level from mild to very spicy. They do not serve hot drinks. I recommend.

There are also Italians who work there and are available to help you but the remaining staff are also friendly

Highly recommended! At the beginning the waitress accompanied us to the table and presented us with the menu. You order at the counter and then the dishes will be brought to the table by the waiters. All the dishes are based on chicken and there is the possibility to choose the degree of spiciness of the meat (I chose medium but it was really very spicy). The drinks (coca-cola, fanta and sprite) are free-refillable. I would definitely come back!

Exceptional service. On 2/8 we brought 36 students from the airport here to eat. They opened early to allow us to sit and then food was brought out promptly. They accommodated such a large group at late notice without a hassle.

Fabulous food and great service. my last time was 20 years ago in Cape of good hope Nando's I really enjoyed.

The food came out super quick and was hot. They kept coming round to ask if we were okay which was something new to me at a Nando’s. The chips were nice and crispy. Definitely recommend

A success for lunches and dinners!!! Very good food, very attentive service and super easy to order with the app or the website itself, and the restaurant very well decorated. Ideal for children, no one dislikes a good chicken accompanied with rice, potatoes, etc. but very well served. The drink is refilled in case you overdo it!!! ;-).

Nice. Different layout to a normal Nandos. Really liked the booths with their quirky design. Used the app for the first time. Actually quite easy to use with the paper menu as a guide. Staff were pleasant and helpful. Definitely felt it was better Nandos than others I have eaten at. A bit more space for diners.

Nice wraps, tasty grilled chicken. You can meet Polish-speaking staff. I recommend. Fast and you won't be full.

My daughters and I enjoyed this Nandos immensely this evening! Our host was accommodating and very welcoming which makes us want to return. This branch has a lovely vibe and is very clean. Came here two nights on the trot with the kids as it was conveniently located close to our hotel. First night we had one of the booths in the centre of the restaurant which was good as it was a bit quieter than other tables. Service was a bit slower on the second night but it was a busy Friday night so to be expected. I am not sure where else in central London you would get an evening meal for a family of four with drinks, and get change from £50 - cracking value for money.

First night in London and Nando's was walking distance from our place. My family and I got to sit in the special nest seating so that was fun. Food was good and prices were reasonable. My husband liked the chimichurri sauce...reminded him of Bengal BBQ at Disneyland.

As far as nandos go the inside of the one at Southwark being built under the arches has a real nice look to it. Would go again for sure.

I had a great time at nandos. At first the seating wasn’t ideal but I spoke to a lovely staff member called Sai, he was very helpful and kind. He made sure we were sat in excellent seats and offered a speedy and 5 star service. I am happy to have had him as ny waiter and will definetely be coming back! The food was seasoned well I asked frederica for extra peritamer on my order and that was tasty. Thankyou team!!

First time visiting this restaurant. The decor in this restaurant is pretty cool and the staff are really friendly, however, it does seem a little chaotic in their organisation. One girl had her seat, went to the toilet, came back and someone else had been sat there. I've read that happens a few times on reviews for this restaurant. We ordered the food and drinks via the QR Code and everything was brought to us swiftly. Food tasted delicious! Would definitely visit again.

The customer service from Martin was first class. I asked for a quiet table because of my hearing loss and he suggested it may help if he turned the music down. This meant I could chat to my family during my meal. He also attended to my husband's needs as he cannot eat gluten. Nothing was too much trouble for him and it was a joy to receive such amazing customer service. Thank you

The interior of this nandos was so unique and really nice, our waitress was cold, we went to order and our table was given to someone else despite it having the sign, we did get an apology . Food took long and chips were cold, they did redo the chips. Our waitress had really bad body odour so it was not nice (hate that I wrote that as it’s not nice) but I have to be true to the experience.

Visited while on a visit to my sisters. Never been to Nando's before. Brilliant food, quick service and not badly priced for London either. Staff were friendly.

We walked here after visiting the Tate Modern, about 10 mins through back streets. It was quiet at nearly 3pm. It's got an interesting interior, under spacious railway arches. The staff were friendly and efficient and the food delicious. I had spicy chicken livers (which really were spicy hot, as requested) with spicy rice and rainbow slaw. That was a really tasty meal, washed down by some red wine. My wife had ¼ chicken with chips and rainbow slaw plus some red wine. I don't know why anyone would go near a KFC when Nando's is so much better. When we left, Southwark tube was across the road, giving us a choice of mainline from Waterloo, District or Piccadilly Lines to get us home.

I had chicken, corn, salad and garlic bread all of which were tasty and well presented. I had a soft drink and these are self-service but you can have as many refills as you like. The layout and atmosphere were really nice.

I had been there on 9/01/2024 at 15:39 At table 12. I had order some chips and cheese for take away . And when I left I had forgotten my AirPods generation 2 personalizated with the name Dalinda with heart. The staff told me is nothing there , I would like the manager of the restaurant to check the camera by that time and see who has taken from the staff . I am 100% sure I have left them on the sofa ! I can see the location of them opened there after I had left. Is unbelievable.

Waren an 2 verschiedene Abende in diesem Lokal, essen war echt lecker und preislich auch ok. Bestellen kann man einmal an der Theke oder was viel einfacher ist, alles schön über einen Warenkorb auf dem Handy, alles gut und selbst erklärend mit Bildern von den Speisen. Softgetränk kann mN selbst immer wieder nachfüllen. Was sehr geil war, qaren die ganzen soßen die man in Flaschen zu sich auf den Tisch holen konnten, top. Vom Service wurden wir leider an beiden Tagen enttäuscht, beim ersten mal haben wir (trotz mehrmaliger Nachfrage) nochmal eine dreiviertel stunde auf den Nachtisch gewartet und beim zweiten mal hat auch was von der Bestellung gefehlt und ist erst gekommen als alles andere schon gegessen war (nicht so geil). Und ein Tipp an den Besitzer, kauft euch eine Kaffeemaschine. Leider gab es keinen espresso nach dem Essen.

What a cool place, this Nando's here must be one of the best. Great building, cool atmosphere, lovely staff, beautiful tasty peri peri chicken and nice drinks and even coffee will be served soon - so I've been told 👍 Handy location if you're staying at nearby hotels, passing through, or just visiting the area and just a short walk from Southwark tube. Great food in a real nice place, that won't Rob the bank - Recommend...

We had a fabulous dinner at Nando’s and while the restaurant chain has hundreds of locations in the England and Europe and a few locations in the United States, unfortunately they don’t have any in the New York Metropolitan area, which might make me consider moving!

We went for my sons birthday. The safe were excellent as they really went the extra mile. They helped with the preparation of the cake and since we were a large group we were able to pre-order so the food came really quickly. Special thanks to Jo who completed the experience with top tier customer service.

Enjoyed having lunch here. The space was nice and had some unique furniture. The food was good, came during lunch time and the wait wasn’t too long. The food tasted fresh too.

The meal i ordered was wrong .,And when returned the roll was cold and brittle ,like it had just been defrosted.portion sizes were quiet poor, three of us had quiet different amount of fries.also seemed excessively salty.

The location under the arches makes this a unique nandos. The design is like no other , very spacious and trendy. The staff where superb in their customers service. And the food was good as usual

Excellent Nando’s location. The server was very friendly and helpful. We asked to be seated in one of the “nests” and the host was glad to seat us there. Bathrooms were up a flight of stairs and clean.

Our experience there today was terrible. Spent 5 days in London and both me and my wife was about to ask for a refund after we waited 45 mins for our order. Terrible and sloppy service, kitchen taking too long to get the food ready and the manager eating himself while customers waiting for their food. This happend after lunch time approx 13:40 so there was no rush, super suprised over the service, especially as a tourist coming in with big bags of luggage you expect to be treated a surtain way but this was by far super low standard. Will never ever go back to that Nandos again. Also worth mentioning about 4 boys going in and out of the restaurant with a back pack making it feeling very unsecure for me and my wife.

Initially the food was served cold to the table with 2 parts of the order missing which didn’t arrive. We had to reorder the food and the meals this time came out separately with one cold meal, one cold side, and a mix of warm and hot meals and sides. The manager Waqar came over whilst we were still eating and spent 5 minutes trying to resolve the situation by debating he had tried to fix the food. He repeatedly spoke over us and said he could refund the table at his discretion but didn’t want to as he felt there was nothing wrong. Wasn’t the most pleasant experience for a spontaneous dinner after work.

Not quite like South African Nandos (no chicken livers) but nice venue under the bridge arches and food was reasonable.

The food as always was nandos quality, well priced decent peri peri chicken and sides. Venus is cool in the arches. Service was just slow, which resulted in a bit of a dead atmosphere.

We were staying in the Premier Inn and wanted somewhere to eat close by - we had walked all day! They were able to find us a table for 7 on a Saturday night which was great. It's a scan and order but it was explained to us and it went smoothly. Food was lovely, and we really enjoyed it.

I get pickup from here regularly - normally fairly large group orders. I wish the app ordering was more accurate in terms of timing and didn't give unrealistic pickup times, I still ended up waiting an extra 30 mins after arriving because it was a big order and most of the food was cold by the time I got home... However, I wanted to acknowledge and thank Suali for the fantastic welcome and help she gave - when an item was left out of my order she even came running after me in the street to tell me. She was great.

If I could give 0 stars I would give every aspect of today's experience several zero's! Waited about 10 minutes to be attended to and seated. Plenty of seats, no one to welcome and attend to the guests. The place was not really pack considering how big it is. As soon as I walked in I see corn on the cob rolling on the floor with speed towards my feet. There were several empty tables with food left over from previous diners. The table we were taken to had dirty plates, cups and bones as well as food and drink spillages. We had to ask a member of staff to pack away the table and clean it. There was slippery liquid (i think melted icecream) and bits of food all over the floor and chairs, we asked for this to also be cleaned as we were slipping all over the place and one of the people I was with was on crutches after a fall in a similar situation, very dangerous. In the end we had to clean it up ourselves because no one came to clean it. Waited over an hour to be served only for our food to be extremely cold. I let staff know my food was very cold and they said they will bring me another plate. I waited so long for them to bring me another plate the people I was with had already finished eating. During this time I asked staff to kindly check on my order 2 times and was told it was coming. After over 30mins of waiting I had to ask for a refund and left. AVOID THIS PLACE! Very unsanitary. After seeing what a mess the kitchen was and food all over the kitchen floor, I think they need another food hygiene and safety inspection. Honestly I feel sorry for the staff. There were a lot of unhappy customers and they were short staffed. Nandos need to do better for both staff and customers. Luckily for nandos I didn't take pictures!

This nandos looks really good inside compared to others and close to the station. The staff at this branch also seem to be extra friendly wilhich is a plus. Not the biggest fan of nandos the food was as good as any other branch. If your a nandos fan its a must go. Kids and the rest of the group enjoyed the meal. Also cant go wrong with the sauces

Coming to our favourite Nando's in London tomorrow for lunch, been coming here for year's and it's the best chicken 🐔 and service around keep it up Nando's clink Street.

When service at its worst ambience looks bad as well. Ordered 20 min back still drinks cups not given kids asking for drinks..... No ice cubes. 🤣 Nandos card given before ordering to be scanned. Says already ordered, cannot scan now. They literally got my card in their hands while ordering, asked as well to scan. Basically, dont care about company policy or brand. All the best to get maintenance and rent for this store with this staff.

Salad size is ridiculous, you pay for a large but it is not even a small size. Food was OK, portions are smaller than average restaurants in London.

This Nando’s branch is definitely one of the best. Due to its location, it tends to be less frequented. We had a relaxed meal in one of the cocoons/bird nests, which is a nice design touch. The loaded fries are a must try. Friendly service and very clean.

Customer service was great as soon as we walked in. I absolutely have to commend the manager, as he was truly amazing. Their exceptional customer service skills and attentive nature made our experience here unforgettable. He went above and beyond to ensure that all our needs were met, consistently displaying professionalism and a genuine interest in our satisfaction.

Well... we went in the restaurant with a lot of hunger and there was no service people who came to bring us a menu, ask us for drinks or anything else. After 20 minutes (!!!) of just sitting there we left again. Very sad because we heard a lot of good stuff about Nando's but this location really disappointed...

How can a restaurant refuse customers at lunch when I saw tables open? Not offered any explanation. No other people queuing either.

TERRIBLE TERRIBLE SERVICE. Asked for a table for 1 and was told to sit down for 10 minutes. Being made to wait 45 mins for a single table and staff forgot about me and let other people in before i had to say something. It also took them 30 minutes to clear one single table. ONE TABLE whilst all the other tables were DIRTY, unclean and not suitable for service. WILL NEVER GO AGAIN
