The food was amazing and the service was excellent. Both our boys discovered new foods and we all enjoyed every bite. I highly recommend it.

Great place to have dinner with a family. Food is halal, however, they do sell alcohol. The food was fresh and delicious, and at the end they served us baklava on the house. Recommend!

Excelente. Luego a los platos principales. Un montón de sabor, la cantidad correcta de especias. Todo ello con cervezas Efes. £ 143 para tres incluyendo servicio (excelente) y algunos trozos de cortesía. Nos fuimos llenos y muy contentos. Hay un montón de buenos lugares para comer en Camberwell. Este es uno de los mejores.

Recommended by son number two. Who's my favourite foodie. As usual he's right. The food is superb and the portions are generous. Had the hot and cold meze to start with. Excellent. Then onto the main courses. Loads of flavour, the right amount of spice. All washed down with Efes beers. £143 for three including service (excellent ) and a few complimentary bits and pieces. We left full and very happy. There are lots of good places to eat in Camberwell. This is one of the best.

Attentive and friendly staff, great food with smoky flavours cooked on coals. Two beers (bottled, even if "Efes Draft" suggests otherwise), mixed kebab with included bread and onion dip with complimentary amaretto and a piece of baklava and Turkish delight. With 11% tip £40

I do not recommend this restaurant I went there with a couple of friends, as soon as we walked in the staff seemed to be ok but later on we saw what it was actually like. We understand that they have a job to do and that this might be their policy however they kept on staying near our table looking at us excessively to the point where it got uncomfortable, even when the food came and we were eating they were just there looking excessively once again with their arms crossed while giving us weird looks, did not feel welcoming at all. They also kept on coming to the table to take stuff when we was not even done and we told them that we will let them know if we need anything/ when we are done, however this kept on repeating. The staff is unprofessional and it just did not feel welcoming at all. For the record we were all teens, behaved in a well manner and we would not recommend other teens to go there.

I do not recommend this restaurant. I went there with my friends but as the night went on, we saw what the staff was like. We understand that they have a job to do and that certain things might be their policy, but they kept standing near our table, staring at us excessively to the point where it became uncomfortable. Even when our food arrived, they continued hovering nearby with their arms crossed, giving us weird looks. It did not feel welcoming at all. On top of that, they kept coming to our table to take things when we weren’t even finished. We repeatedly told them we would let them know if we needed anything or when we were done, but they just kept doing it anyway. It felt rushed and unprofessional. To make matters worse, when we asked about the price of fries, the waiter told us one price, but when it was time to pay, we saw a completely different price on the bill. When we tried to pay, their energy was off—they couldn’t even properly calculate the money we gave them and acted like it was our fault. Instead of handling the situation professionally, they gave us attitude. The food itself was okay, but the portions were way too small for what they were charging. Overall, the experience was just uncomfortable, and we would not recommend other teens to go there.

Absolutamente hermosa comida y tanto que solo pude pasar por la mitad - y tengo un buen apetito! Me dieron pan y cebollas antes de mi comida principal - no sé cómo alguien puede hacer pan y cebollas sabor tan encantador - de este mundo sabroso! Ya estaba lleno y el camarero llegó a mi mesa con deliciosas golosinas dulces en la casa. Sin duda 20 de 10 experiencia y también el personal más encantador que he conocido en toda mi estancia. Sin duda volveré de nuevo la próxima vez que visite xxx

I'd eaten in the restaurant and received good service before. However on ordering from home the meal arrived without rice. Yet on the picture advertising it which I ordered from it had rice displayed. When speaking to the manager he took no responsibility, claiming I should take it up with uber eats. He then became threatening when persited on asking " what am you gonna do about it" and then hung up the phone. Do not order a home delivery from them. They are rude and take no responsibility for your order or the advertisement, promotion of theor product.

Always wanted to try here and glad we finally did! Friendly service and really tasty food. Tastes proper good quality too. Would def recommend and will be back soon!

Excellent mangal...charcoal grill..and delicious bread. But strangely stingy small salad served with it....most Turkish restaurants are lavish with that. But still good and the staff are cheerful and quick. I would go again and will order a better salad... If only restaurants would warm the plates...

El olor de la barbacoa es muy acogedor y el personal del restaurante trabaja duro para que su comida se sirva incluso cuando está sentado en el piso superior. Las opciones vegetarianas aquí son bastante promedio, pero si eres un consumidor de carne, te encantará la barbacoa turca.

I visited this restaurant for dinner, having checked the menu beforehand to ensure there were vegan options available. Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. When I asked for a vegan dish, I was told the chef who usually prepares it wasn’t available that day. The second dish I asked for was also not available. Instead, I was repeatedly offered falafel, which, while tasty, isn’t what I go out to a restaurant for when seeking variety. Overall, it felt like little effort was made to cater to vegan diets, and I left feeling quite unsatisfied. A bit more flexibility and creativity in the kitchen would go a long way, especially for diners with specific dietary needs.

The food was great. I had the Chicken Sis. It was perfectly cooked. You also get some complementary bites like garlic dip and baklava.

There is much much better Turkish food around the area for half the price we paid. Waited more than one hour for dry chicken beyti and cold chips. Cherry on top, if sitting at tables next to the toilet, the hand drier will cover 90% of the conversations you wanted to have.

Hands down my favourite restaurant. I love the bread, given free as starter. Mixed hot starter is really nice and I love the cop sis. Delicious and so tasty. Really great place, nice staff and always a treat. Bit pricey but worth it!

Used to be a gem. Completely overpriced now (£20 for a main) and the service was painfully slow. It took an hour before the bread arrived. Sadly, we won't be going back again. So disappointed.

Visited FM Mangal between Christmas and new year . A very busy restaurant . The food here is really fantastic , the bread starter and secret dip and onion was really delicious . We had the sharing platter which was more than enough for three of us . A bottle of house red and a couple of bottles of efes and the night was superb . Service was excellent and the long grill a fine sight . I recommend a visit to FM Mangal

My daughter and I visited this restaurant, and we were thoroughly impressed! The food was absolutely amazing, with generous portions that left us more than satisfied. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, and the staff were incredibly friendly, which added to the overall fantastic experience. We’ll definitely be coming back!

Went for a work Xmas meal. The service was very good - patient, pleasant and attentive. We had a enough space (rather than feeling squashed in), which made a change for a bunch of people. The food, as always, was good and plentiful, and the bread and onion dipping sauce (as always)... yummmmy (mind you don't fill up on that!). Somewhat on the pricey side, but worth it to have a filling, tasty meal in a down-to-earth, easygoing atmosphere. This is my go-to restaurant for a place which ticks the boxes for a diverse range of tastes and dietary requirements.

Great cuisine and very friendly staff! 😍👌 Very tasty barbecue, grilled vegetables, falafel, salad with olives, desserts 😋😋😋 We looked at more than 20 establishments along the entire street and successfully chose this one for dinner, today we will go here for lunch. 👍

Our main servers name was Sami or Samuel he was great. He was very attentive to our ever need with ,his excellent customer service I would recommend it 10 out of 10 as my self and my colleagues had a wonderful time

Ordered the lamb chops and didn’t realise it came with sauce and mostly fatty chewy lamb. I asked to change my rice to chips and they said I couldn’t. At the end when I was paying they offered a Turkish tea so I said yes and they gave me the bill charging me 2 pound for each tea. This is the first time I’ve actually been charged for a Turkish tea and for 2 quid for something that small and simple. Lamb was chewy and the chicken was dry and chewy, seems like they just cook the meat no marinating and try to make it taste better when it hits the plate. Over priced meat and definitely better actual Turkish food elsewhere. I would give this so called Turkish restaurant a wide birth to be honest. Starters were shocking too, burnt calamari and the falafel was like someone has cooked them the night before then reheated them in the microwave to serve. The baklava was dry and tasted like it’s been in a cupboard for a while. Maybe I am being too harsh but I’d rather go to the Morley’s next door next time and save my money.
