Had a cheeky Nandos. Excellent as always even for us Veggie folk!

Great experience there was 16 of us, we were seated all together as requested and the food arrived on time. The staff especially (Matt)was very pleasant and went out his way to make sure we had everything and that we was happy with all the food we received. The kids were kept entertained with all the crayons and colouring in which was excellent. Probably one of the best Nando’s experience all my family has experienced thanks again guys.

Food's great, but personally I don't like ordering on the app. I think it's less welcoming and so spoilt the atmosphere.

My half chicken was cooked to my taste - very well done. And it was served in good time. Liked the blends of music to create a calming environment. Enjoyed my lunch on a sunny afternoon. Worth stopping by for a quick affordable bite.

Everything was fine but service was pathetic. The table was not even dried and they made us sit. Our first experience was bad because they did not even informed us to place order using QR code

A perfectly good nandos - just what you exoect

Had a family of 10, 3 kids. Initially sat separately due to space. Asked once the table near us clears if we could move the family together. Staff were all difficult and just would not let us sit in the same space. No customer service skills whatsoever.

Standard Nandos fare in the middle of Nottingham, would go back again.

Very busy Sunday afternoon, quickly seated, table for two, bit of a mix up with which chicken should have been with which sides, but soon sorted, food not as hot as I would have liked, but otherwise excellent.

We only tried this Nando's because of our Halal diet it was a disappointment the food wasn't great and expensive £40 for 2 and still wasn't full

Can't ever beat a cheeky Nandos, it's South African so you know it's amazing

Food was spot on, but the service was very strange. For a place that has the table number ON the table and you use the same table number to order the food online, we were interrupted on 3 separate occasions with different waiters bringing food to our table and placing it in front of us when it wasn’t our order. One of them said something about being confused between table 23 and 3 but it was a bit of a baffling experience…

The food is always good at Nando's and you know exactly what you going to get. The service however has always been outstanding at the Cornerhouse branch every time we have been there.

Very disappointed, normally nando’s is the best for fresh meals, for whatever reason this time, food was cold, bread was not cooked properly to, and lack of availability on sauces by the desk to not sure what’s happening :(

Got over charged on my food food was lukewarm when arrived long waiting time and the drink machine was broken very disappointing as it was my first time at nandos

Chicken was very dry, drinks fountain was out of order, food was luke warm. Was the mrs first time at nandos, and she was very dissapointed and was sick afterwards.

Food was amazing as with any Nandos restaurant, but the bottomless drinks weren’t working. And the service wasn’t great. We were sat at a dirty table and the employees didn’t look bothered to clean it either. Having said that, food made up for it.

We were a group of 10 and thus given a table upstairs to my comfort as the downstairs seating area seemed quite busy throughout our visit. Placing an order is simple enough with friendly service and you can pay with cash or card. Luckily there is an unlimited drinks dispenser on the upstairs level but no ice machine or sauce station with these only being on the ground level; likely due to spacial constraints. I ordered the 4 boneless chicken breasts in the smoky churrasco flavour which is a mildly tasty spicy bbq taste but can be slightly overwhelming, and my sides were peri-salted chips and broccoli stems. Overall, a good filling meal for okay value per head. Great selection of sauce and drink options to accompany the meal.

Food was of of normal decent quality although my mash was cold on arrival (and the guy serving knew what I was going to say so probably not the first time!) We were seated by the door and although there was a glass partition the breeze was cold and didn't make for comfortable dining really!!!

Was a busy weekend especially with people out Christmas shopping. Had a 20 minute wait to be seated which isn't ideal when with five children but once seated service was fairly quick. Our waiter was helpful and cheery keeping the children entertained and helped them with the refillable frozen yoghurt machine. Food was delicious and our first visit to nandos was a success so we plan to visit again in the new year. The children's meal choice is good and good portions for the price. I ordered the share platter of fries with extra hot sauce and chicken it was delicious and I'm greedy so I ate the whole thing. My friend ordered the halloumi with butternut squash and grains and that was also delicious. All in all great food good price but expect a wait for seats and service.

It's been a bit of a let down the last couple times we have been. I ordered a Fino Pitta and there was just way way too much chutney on it so was really overpowering. The next visit I waited ages for my order, the money had left my account but as it transpired the order had not gone through, so by the time my food came my friend had already finished her meal and my portion size was pathetic. Left hungry.

We arrived just before the rush on a day where it was bucketing down with rain, we were fortunate enough to be seated really quickly. The restaurant was clean and well decorated and had an upstairs seating area to the rear of the restaurant, though at the time this didn't seem that it was being utilised. We had a longer than usual wait for the food to arrive after ordering, but when it was brought to the table it was piping hot which is what you need on a cold and wet day. The food was as tasty as you would expect to find at any Nando's and we tried the new Mac 'n' cheese which was flavoursome and creamy. The only real complaint I could have is the roll for my wife's chicken burger was nigh on impossible to cut and chew unless it had been softened with Nando's sauce.

My husband and I went here for a date and overall we had a really good time. We ordered via the app but the staff were still attentive and regularly checked in with us. The food was delicious! I definately recommend this as a place to go for a tasty lunch 😋

First time ever in a Nando's. Service was very good and thoroughly enjoyed the butterfly burger. The chicken was nicely chargrilled whilst still being moist. All in all very impressed.

Fantastic food and staff. 🍗 I tend to visit during lunch time and the service is quick and polite. Clean and organized restaurant, in a busy food area of Nottingham. Highly recommended. 👍🏼

very busy ,the lady found us a table upstairs, menu lot's to choice from we had chicken platter came was delicious pity all the cutlery was down stairs ,with all the bottles ,(why not leave some upstairs) otherwise very good service girls on the service point are very good .

Great service from Chole, unfortunately they had sold out of boned chicken and peas, but Chole offered alternatives and was very pleasant

The service was shocking. We went with 6 of us and each of us had something missing at one point in our meal. Having to wave down a waitress more then once for basic things that should have been served already.

My friend and I visited for a pre theatre lunch. I'm not vegetarian but I love chickpeas so I had the beanie in a pitta with a mixed salad and I think it was called rainbow slaw. Absolutely loved it!!! My friend had a chicken burger and chips and was pleased with hers too. Would have given 5 🌟 but was disappointed there was no tea or coffee.

Very good service and restaurant!

Its a very busy restaurant and for a Sunday, it was packed. They may need an extra staff on in the kitchen as the food did take awhile to come out, but it was delicious and grilled to perfection. No music, atmosphere was a bit flat. Would still recommend eating here

Ordered on the Nados ap they sent via deliveroo who left the food in someone’s garden apparently!!!! Did we get the food ?? No !!!!! We got a refund we had to wait 5 days for !!!! No apology shocking customer service will never use again.

Leaving a first Nandos review. The staff were welcoming, food served (hot), and the chicken was proper grilled. Excellent service overall.

Not too much to said but the food came late. Nevertheless, they said it would come late.. on the end good meal and delicious side.

Myself & family have always been big fans of Nandos in the Cornerhouse up until today. How standards & value for money has slipped. Came with my daughter & grandchildren as a birthday treat. Portion sizes have halfed, hardly any fries in the small poxy dish on the kids meal plate. Had run out of coleslaw! The wine menu now very limited for the prices charged. Staff not interested in customer service. This place was so different 6months ago but now it's not a place we would ever visit again. Such a shame but management obviously not bothered so would not return to a place that doesn't care.

The food was almost cold, the taste and smell were not very pleasant compared to the rest of the restaurants with the same name where we ate, there was not even salt and pepper. But the biggest displeasure were the EMPLOYEES, lacking common sense and good manners, very arrogant and rude. I will definitely not return to this restaurant in Nottingham. The food looked nice and the coleslaw wasn't bad, but I just wasn't very impressed with the half chicken. My friend had to go and ask for his corn on the cob, which didn't arrive with his meal.

Nous aimons Nando’s, mais dans ce restaurant, le coca zéro était plat, le sprite light ne goutait rien et le coca light était plat aussi. Je l’ai signalé à la serveuse qui m’a dit qu’elle allait le signaler, mais elle n’a rien fait. Je l’ai alors dit au manager qui m’a dit qu’il allait agir, mais il n’a rien fait. Il manquait aussi des couteaux et j’ai dû faire deux fois la remarque pour en obtenir. Il semble que se laisser-aller est connu des clients locaux car tout le monde buvait du fanta (plat aussi, mais buvable) et certains se débrouillaient sans couteau. Pas étonnant que dans ce resto, le serveur ne vient pas demander si tout va bien en récupérant le petit Coq à la table des clients.

Nothing special, but certainly nothing that wouldn’t stop me coming again. As a family, we had a chicken burger, a chicken breast, a chicken wrap, loaded fries, normal fries, peas, garlic bread and corn on the cob. Food was served quickly but, despite that, elements of it were only lukewarm. The chicken in the wrap was a little dry, but everything else was cooked ok and was fine. The loaded fries were good, just not hot.

The food was absolutely beautiful! Quick service and very friendly, restaurant was very clean and customers very looked after, I was unsure about a specific allergy requirement and they got it all sorted for me straight away. Will definitely be dining in again !!!!

Been here a few times however today food just above warm chips and chicken warm but waitress was great very polite.

Staff was very friendly and helpful buy the tables are dirty and greasy. Food is taking long to be served without being that busy. Descent enough portions and quality.

Having not visited Nando’s for a while due to a bad experience at the other Nottingham branch I came here last week for lunch and firstly I’d like to say the service was outstanding, I actually felt a little bit like royalty in a chicken restaurant! The guy who seated us was so professional polite and friendly, the food was fantastic. I did have an issue with my chips because they weren’t fresh but my partners were this was no trouble for the waitress at all who quickly grabbed me some fresh ones, as I approached the water machine the chap who greeted us said it’s ok she is bringing you a jug and delivered a jug of ice water to our table (it’s the little things!) overall banging food and even better service, well done guys keep up the great work.

Nando's is really good but busy and service was really good too. Being a vegetarian we have a very short list of places to visit but Nando's doesn't disappoint for the price. Chips are really good.

I absolutely love this Nando's. The staff are very friendly. The food is amazing. Sometimes, there can be a 30 mins waiting time, but to me, it's well worth the wait. Would highly recommend 👌🏽

Always have the chicken livers when I go but noticed in the last few years the base sauce they put on them is getting spicier, so I asked them to just cook them plain. They didn't think they could (Mansfield & Lincoln do no problem) but the Manager came through for me. Very happy. But prices have increased. Used to me £13.95 for meal / bottomless drinks, now it's £17.95.

I've had a friend telling me this place is the greatest chicken place he's ever had. I thought he was exaggerating until I tried it. It's the best chicken place I've ever had. It's so juicy and flavorful. The sides are very high quality as well. For how delicious the food is, the price is also very reasonable. Definitely go here.

Well all I can say is very impressed with the set up. Food was cooked lovely and spiced. Little expensive but cannot fault the quality of the food. Pleasant staff and quick service defo go again

Worst meal I ate out this year,clueless staff and not worth what I paid for.3 tiny legs and a tiny breast for a full platter.who wants to eat 2 legs of chicken and no breast.1st time I took my girlfriend here,she has always not wanted Nandos but this time I took her only to be disappointed indeed and proving her right.I wouldn't go back here.Felt like I was a kid in a soft play area.so playful this place,people need to know we come here to relax from home but I would not go to this Nandos again

We got the boneless chicken platter for around £25. As usual, the food came out extremely fast (5mins ish) and is delicious every-time we go. The chips at nandos are so nice!

To be honest I don't like his roast chicken even though it's a healthy and affordable option. However, his sunset burger is so delicious, two pieces of juicy chicken, tart sauce, fresh lettuce, recommended

Great food, great atmosphere. Well priced too even since the pandemic and inflation.

We only waited about 5 mins to be seated, which was a lot less than we expected. Food was excellent, as always. Only slight niggle was that being sat upstairs, we had to go downstairs for cutlery, ice and sauces.

I am here right this time. The Male Barista with pointy hair on the front was so rude. Very poor services. Very appalling behavior. I know it is busy time of the day, everyone is tired and want to go home, but being rude to customer is never acceptable. I am a silent customer, been always coming here before I catch bus going home. Its just unacceptable. I felt very embarrassed in front of other customer.

We’ve heard of Nando’s before. We just never had a chance to try it back in Toronto. Finally, we had a chance to try it. It was good. My 6 year old daughter found the least spicy option still a bit spicy. She tolerated it though. She especially loved the fries (sorry, chips). I had a 1/4 chicken and was surprised it was white meat. Ordering was interesting as you scan a QR code to order. Quite easy, though. If you have an iPhone, you can pay with Apple Pay if you have that configured. The only issue is that the formatting on the checkout site is a little off. The button for Apple Pay is cut off so it is a little hidden. I don’t have a small iPhone (13 Pro Max) so it’s not the screen size that is the issue (I use Chrome, so maybe that was the problem). Selecting the button still works as Apple Pay popped up requesting the card to use. Once we ordered, the food was served quickly.

Service good, food nice, typical Nandos meal nothing above and beyond.

I’m a huge fan of nandos and normally have no problem but i waited 30 minutes after my boyfriends food arrived before being served. They came over to clear the plates and i asked where my food was. They came back and said it was because it’s an allergy. All id ordered was brocoli and chips !! I had my halloumi arrive fifteen minutes earlier, still a whole fifteen minutes after my boyfriends food has arrived and his was freezing cold by then. Very disappointed

Staff were very helpful as I had a gift card to use,they were efficient and polite,I can't say I thought the food was fantastic,just a chicken wrap and chips,it was ok.

Very quick preparation time and delicious food, one of the best places to eat in Nottingham.

The food was good and the customer service was great. My group of 5 arrived without a booking, but the staff sorted a table out within 5 minutes with no fuss. Will definitely go back when next in Nottingham.

So after just over 2 weeks of hospital food, finding out that I could get food delivered and the nurse would get from the door for me was a super exciting piece of news and there was only one meal for me! I went on the nandos app, true eyes bigger than belly moment I’m sure, and popped in an order for my usual from Nottingham Cornerhouse. It said delivery would arrive between 4.45 and 4.55. Perfect timing and much more appealing than the egg sandwich I was currently expecting. I sat there, expectantly, phone in hand waiting in case I received a call or email. By 5.30 nothing had arrived so I gave them a call. Apparently my order had already been delivered. A bit of investigation found the driver had left the order on the doorstep. Yes, you read that right, the door step of a city hospital! Now you would expect that this point that the ‘customer service’ agent I was speaking to would clearly see the error here. I mean, you might as well drop the order in the middle of a high street and walk away! But no, the guy on the end of the phone clearly has the same number of brain cells as the driver and proceeds to tell me my order has been delivered and nothing more can be done! If I would like to complain, they’ll send me an email asking for feedback in the next 48 hours!! After a bit further ‘discussion’ he agreed I could speak to a manager. After a bit of time listening to some dodgy hold music said manager appears on the end of the line. She did, eventually, agree to issue a refund. My preference was to have my order delivered but apparently they don’t have the ability to put another order through. Incredible right! To deliver the order would cost them less than a refund! I’ve now got to wait up to 5 working days for a refund to be processed! Hospital egg sandwich it is then! Yum!

Efficient service, well seasoned product.

Great food, staff were really friendly. Nando's is always reliable. I wish I lived nearby so I could eat there more often.
