Visitado después de un viaje de cine. El restaurante estaba muy ocupado, pero no esperó a ser sentado por el personal amable. La comida era buena. Lo que me pareció pobre fue que al despejar una mesa cerca de nosotros... el camarero cepilló la comida en el piso desde la mesa con el mismo cepillo con el que estaba usando para barrer el piso después de que una familia desordenada la había dejado usando un cepillo de 3 pies con cacerola. Sé que fue rociado para limpiar después pero me sorprendió esto!

Vinimos después del cine para redondear el día de San Valentín. Ojalá no nos hubiéramos molestado. Nos sentamos rápidamente, un montón de asientos para elegir. y el pollo mariposa estaba muy bien cocinado. PEORES BITS. un solo hongo que venía como un extra opcional, costó £ 1. 95 y tenía frío, fue enviado de vuelta y luego salió tibio. La salchicha arcoíris era una porción diminuta, aplanada para que pareciera más grande. ¡No entiendo como su única col y verdura low cost! Las patatas fritas no eran patatas fritas, sino patatas fritas, (no estoy seguro de que sepan la diferencia). El restaurante tenía el aire acondicionado y estaba incómodamente frío. Muy decepcionado, muy caro por la cantidad y calidad de los alimentos y bebidas. No podíamos quitarnos los abrigos ya que hacía demasiado frío, y no en un lugar donde queríamos quedarnos. Me alegro de salir de ahí.

We come here quite often. It's good. Never been dissatisfied. Portions are getting smaller, perphaps a little too small.

We arrived at Nando’s at midday and were seated straight away with our menus. We were asked if we had been before and whether we had any allergies. We scanned the QR code at the table to order our food, which is always easy and convenient to use. We ordered an extra an extra perinaise rather than pitta by mistake and they rectified this in the kitchen. Casey brought our food to us and he made sure that we knew that if we have any problems to just let him know. We had no problems at all and the service from start to finish was fantastic and the food was delicious. We will certainly be back at this branch of Nando’s.

I recently visited Nando’s near Nottingham Showcase and had a good experience overall. The food was tasty and well-prepared, with the classic flavours I always enjoy. The service was friendly and efficient, with staff ensuring everything was brought out promptly. The atmosphere was decent, though it felt a bit busy and noisy at times, which is to be expected in a popular spot.

I typically do not write reviews; however, I felt compelled to share my experience during my initial visit to this establishment, prompted by my son’s request. He has frequented this chain before but had not previously visited this specific location. Upon entering, my first impression was that the environment was quite cold. I took note that many patrons were dining while still wearing their coats, which struck me as rather unusual and somewhat unacceptable, especially considering that one is paying for a dining experience that requires sitting still. It was evident that even the staff appeared uncomfortable, as they were walking around in T-shirts. The service could have been improved; it seemed to be staffed mostly by young students who lacked engagement and were primarily focused on completing transactions rather than providing quality service. While placing our order, my partner, child, and I experienced an oversight, as one item was missing. To my surprise, a senior manager informed us of this discrepancy before I had the opportunity to raise the issue myself, suggesting an awareness of their staff's shortcomings. This experience marked the beginning of an unfortunate series of events. Had I been aware of what awaited me upon my return home, I might have acted differently. I experienced significant abdominal discomfort, which resulted in diarrhea and illness. Unfortunately, I even fainted while using the restroom, which was quite an embarrassing situation. In summary, I do not intend to visit this establishment again.

Th air in was not working and they donot bother as too many customers. We were cold and so was food

Unfortunately, the vegetarian beanie pitta was cold. We even complained and the second one was also cold, the waitress told us this is fresh, when in fact everything was ice cold from a freezer... On the plus side the chicken was good, and the front desk staff were helpful.

Atmosphere always great, but very busy! Food wasn't hot, and drinks arrived after the starters, after prompting! Staff are warm and welcoming and do try their best, but last visit missed the mark of usual Nandos standard

They said they would contact me within half an hour for a table and 4 hours later and no contact. Disappointed.

Food came very quickly and was okay, the price of a nandos is crazy nower days for what you get. They didn't let us try the new sauce either. Service was weird it was fast but they didn't clear after we finished and ended up with dirty dishes with desert. Food was fine, coleslaw wasn't great and chips where okay. Chicken cooked just fine though I remember you used to get more chicken in your burger. It was quite when we started but large party joined and a few of the kids where running around screaming not nandos fault mind you, just the dice roll when dealing with other people.

Sometimes makes you think that it’s not worth the money

Massive queue every single time, never have butterfly chicken, cannot manage the queues to save their life’s. Allow people to get tables before the people who have been waiting because it’s a big table for 4 and they won’t give it to a party or 2 who have been waiting 30 minutes. Half the tables empty, and won’t sit people down to order. Poor

Sat us down at 9.30 and told us last orders were at 9.45, proceeded to ignore us until then.

It's as good nandos as I have been too

Loved the variety of foods, the options for plain to hot 🔥. Very busy evening yet still able to be seated. Meals took a lil longer than normal - as advised by my daughter and her husband.

Absolutely Brilliant! Everything about this place was amazing! Service was extremely quick - we weren't even waiting 5 minutes for food after ordering, lovely atmosphere, patient and helpful staff that helped us when ordering, all of our food was delicious, other members of our party are already booking their revisits in their calendars! Would 100% recommend to anyone who is thinking of coming here - the price us expensive, but it is due to the quality of food you are being served - Thank you Nando's!!!

All in all a good place, they serve food until late. Even though it wasn't full, they had a little confusion with the orders and the management of the tables, but nothing major. Large menu with many options for different needs.

Ordered 2 meals cost over £35 food was sub standard. Also alot of dirt on the floor around the tables that wasn't picked up.

Haven't been here for a while and my son wanted to come here for his 15th birthday and he loved it. The food was delicious 😋

I ate here as a coeliac on Sunday and I was told that my food would be safe due to the chicken being prepared in a separate area of the grill. The girl who served me was really helpful, went through the menu with me to highlight that my order definitely did not contain any gluten. I ordered butterfly chicken, tenderstem broccoli and rice, so only the chicken was at risk of being cross-contaminated with gluten. I have eaten at Nando’s before and had good experiences, hence the reason for coming back. However, I have never eaten at this particular branch. The following morning I woke up in agony, still am, and I believe that this was due to my food was cross-contaminated. I read on another review from April that the manager advised a particular customer to not order the chicken due to the risk of contamination, and I was not told this upon ordering. It’s a shame that this one experience has ruined Nando’s for me, but I would now deem this unsafe personally and won’t be able to visit Nando’s again. I advise other coeliacs to ask in full detail how and where the chicken is prepared if you are to risk it.

I mean, the food is nice and all, but when a member of staff asked if I wanted anything I politely asked for a glass of water...and she just came back with an empty glass after walking past the water machine 🤦‍♂️ lol I get it's a self service thing with drinks but c'mon man, asking for a glass of water and being given an empty glass, where is service these days? Apart from that perplexing event, the food is about 8/10.

Great family platter and the chicken is extra hot but I hope it can be made much hotter all in all a wonderful place for a family of 6 to go

Unbelievable food and great customer service from Holly and Carlos. Really friendly with me and my sister and were quick to serve us and bring our food out. Would definitely recommend the restaurant and would advise speaking to the pair when ordering :)

Very bad experience first time in nandos ever, very expensive for what you get , a butterfly chicken is nearly ten pounds on it own and 15 with two sides , was horrible tasting , corn on cob was hard and looked cooked to death , chips were ok , fir my daughter, I had sunset burger was absolutely disgusting not chicken breast at all but thigh not cooked well at all, I left most of it after two bites , cob same as daughter hard , over cooked ,chips ok drinks watered down very fizzy , daughter got stomach pains after and was I'll later , cost £ 38 quid a joke ! Phoned up made complain was told to go to website make complaint no number for head office no refund or offer of anything first and last time there very bad experience indeed

Made online order for collection, simply request a breast rather than leg chicken piece, the Manager stated impossible we can’t make changes as such. Told me to cancel my order get refunded in 3days. Worst customer consideration expecially I was coming from 20mins to collect item. Never order/go into this Nando’s awful customer service. 0/10.

Food took a while, probably about 40mins between first dish and last being served. Service was ok but we're a bit quick wanting the table back despite slow delivery of food. Food was mostly good, but chicken was overcooked and there was too much chutney, also my friend's food was missing butter for the corn and peri drizzle with hummus. It was busy being a Saturday, but with limited options, it was ok.

Every single time I've been over many, many years now, the staff, the decor, the food, the atmosphere have been absolutely exceptional regardless. The staff on todays visit were really kind and friendly especially a gentleman with a beard and glasses and the food was absolutely divine and brought out to us I record time despite how packed it was there. Nandos had always brought us happiness in our family especially myself for a few decades and they made my belated birthday and my grandads 80th birthday that a little more special at least. I really love this branch especially, I wish I lived closer to it! They'd see me every week if so! (Ideally) Strongly recommended for the good, the bad, and the hungry, especially!

Chicken skin wasn't even near crispy as described, the corn on the cob was burnt and dry. But the biggest problem with this place was it was so dirty the chairs and tables, cobwebs on the wall absolute joke.

Expensive for what it is. Food was nice enough.

Food was good. Plenty of options. Service very quick. You can order at the counter or at table using QR code.

The guy who served me at the till was really nice. I started with a complicated order, and he paid attention and got it right the first time. My friend's 4 yr old daughter dropped her plate of food as our table was a little tight and it was replaced but the girl ignored my friend when she asked for the corn. It was ok, though, because the corn was tasteless anyways.

Amazing valentines day with my family

Absolute shocking front door customer service today. Went in to grab a table for three, guys said sure we have a table, next minute, an Asian staff member walks up to his colleague “I’m working the door today and my mates are coming in 30 minutes”. We were then declined a table! absolutely shocking. Will not even bother next time. Our last encounter we ordered online for pick up on 3rd February and waited an extra half an hour in addition to the specified pick up time slot. I don’t know what’s happened to this Nando’s but it’s certainly gone downhill.

We went to this Nando’s before bowling. We only had a 30 minute wait on a Saturday night which isn’t bad. The food was very good and the service was very quick. Will be coming again.

We arrived 5 minutes after the branch was open to customers; but the foyer floor was filthy and covered in debris; food remnants were present on the restaurant floor and our vinyl covered seats; and the fabric seat backs were grubby. The gents toilet was equally dirty, with the base of the Dyson style hand dryer full of wet dirt a notable concern. The cutlery needed to be wiped, because it was stained and looked not cleaned properly. The food was delivered promptly, but well overpriced for what it was; and the bottomless drinks are a clear moneymaker! The staff were pleasant and efficient - but clearly led by management who have no pride and accept low standards. We were looking forward to our first experience of Nandos; but, if this branch is representative of the brand, it will be our last.

My family have been going to this Nandos for years, we go for birthday celebrations etc Over the past year or so the service has been going downhill Me and my husband popped in for dinner. We were told the drinks machine was not working and the only other drinks other alcohol was water and iced tea. You would think for a busy establishment like that it would have at least more than 1 machine. We ordered our food and didn’t mind the wait as it was a bit busy When the food came, the fries and creamy mash were cold. The mash had a hard skin over it, like it had been left out for hours. When I pointed this out to one of the servers Martin, he didn’t look too happy. He took it away and I guess just microwaved it. They got our chicken order wrong and at this point we had had enough. I’m not sure if we will be going back again

It's a chain so the experience is much like any other Nandos. As one of the two remaining restaurants by the Showcase, it gets busy but the staff are pretty efficient at turning tables so gave never waited more than 10-15mins. A couple of times food hasn't come out as ordered or there was no cutlery but each time the staff acted to rectify this.

It’s Nando’s, so a bit like a McDonald’s 99% of the time it hits the spot consistently. However it’s not cheap, so you’re going to spend pushing £100 for a family of four. Just bang the heating on Nando’s!… get some more condiments and get some more cutlery out !

Food was great. Service was efficient but the "get your own cutlery" station was dusty and the actual cutlery itself was blatenelty dirty.

Don't understand the hype. It's just cafeteria style restaurant, where you have to get your own plates, cutlery, serviettes, sauces and even drinks. It's just chicken with a hot sauce and corn cobs were dried out!!! Won't be going back.

Visited with my mum who's in her 80's today. It was her first visit and she's quite picky. The manager greeted us and explained everything in detail - he couldn't have been more helpful. The atmosphere was great. Many of the staff were very young but all were engaged and helpful. I was very surprised by the level of service and how welcome we were made to feel. Thank you!
