Really nice. Great service delicious food

Standard Nandos goodness! Smaller restaurant than my local ones but got a table after 20 mins so not bad at all. Forgot my haloumi side too!

This was our first ever trip to Nando’s, food good, reasonably priced, not sure if we'd again? Don't know why, as nothing special.

Always come here a couple of times a month and have an amazing experience every time. Anthony who I normally see is super,so friendly and always happy to see us. He really dose go the extra mile for his customers honestly couldn't fault him. The food is always very yummy and comes out hot.

Staff are excellent very good service, food excellent as always from Nandos. The restaurant is slightly smaller than most hence giving four stars as needs to be abit bigger plus it's on two levels so have to be careful with buggies.

Great place for a break and have a nice meal and drinks served by helpful staff. The atmosphere was a bit dull on Tuesday lunch time but again this was the mid week syndrome I suppose.

A warm welcome, good food and good service.

First visit in this location , myself and family love to eat here kids enjoy the food and atmosphere , I have to say it's very clear and tidy, Staff's are so great and always checking in which was very nice , what was requested was given, felt welcome, decorating was nice to look at and take photos overall nice surroundings, very cosy, will be back again for sure. went on the 4th jan 2024, was served by the most lovely man, didn’t get his name, was working around 3:40pm, mid 20s, always makes our experience here good he’s just the nicest person and is a credit to the company, will obviously be coming back, we do love it

The customer service was really welcoming

Staff was rude and were trying to fob us off saying they don’t have any table … when we asked where is the manager ? They offered us a table … service was slow and disappointing

Sat 2 dec 3:30 pm; no heating, everyone seated together [ for warmth?].....why? My Garlic Churrasco Thigh Burger sat on the hotplate for 5 mins while at staff walked past it at least 8 times....no other food on the hotplate. 27 mins from ordering to table in a more than half empty retaurant. When it came it was not two chicken thighs as advertised but two pieces of thigh meat; perhaps making one whole thigh. Disappointing experience for Nandos.....did not meet the minimum standard. V. poor customer experience. Did not not expect to be 'passed off' by such an established chain.

Nandos has become so ubiquitous on our high streets. But at all the ones I've been to they have been reliably predictable with their range of chicken offerings. With little tweaks over the years but largely the main dishes stay the same. You can customise the spice levels of the chicken itself when it grills to get that perfect kick and if you need that little more they offer a range of peri peri sauces ranging from a mild garlic one to some extreme levels. Personally I got a mild chicken wings with sides of chips and coleslaw. Then topped up with a healthy dose of medium spiced peri peri sauce. Chicken is tender with good levels of seasoning. Chips are your normal fries and a creamy crunchy coleslaw. Nothing special but certainly hits the spot on a cold autumnal day that can be spiced up with a little touch of the spicer sauce offerings.

The worst Nando's I have ever been. There was something weird long and brown thing inside the mush potatoes the chicken was dry very very small piece, like a baby chicken probably.

Ordered online food was ready when I arrived 20 mins later just not the best qualiTY

I like good food and service. Nando’s for me is a bit like fast food in a restaurant atmosphere. The food seems healthier than fast food option (chicken grilled vs battered and fried for example) and as a spicy food fan, I love the range of “heat” options. I have young kids so for me, Nando’s also serves as a good restaurant-training ground for kids because they love the food and the place is very kid friendly…so that’s all true of this Nando’s in Eastleigh, but what’s exceptional in my view is the service. We’ve been several times and had great service every time from a wide range of servers and managers, so it’s maybe not fair to single any out, but we did catch one name, Curly. This Saturday Curly seated us and brought some of the food. With the open layout of the restaurant we could see him and others interacting with other diners and we were really impressed. This kind of efficient, pleasant, helpful service frankly is what I love and expect in a high end place. It’s really refreshing to see it here and will bring me and my family back. Well done and thank you Nandos…and Curly.

Our very favourite Nando’s branch. All the staff are very helpful and the food arrives promptly. Anthony, the Manager, is very approachable, friendly and efficient. His management style works very well at Eastleigh. It’s always a delight to eat there! Thank you to Anthony and his team for all their hard efforts - much appreciated!

Food was alright could be better could be worse, I got seated almost immediately so that was good no queueing, took about 20 mins to find the restaurant however as my girlfriend is useless at directions, after walking round the car park trying to locate said restaurant, we finally found it. Once inside and seated, I made my way up to the front till and was met by a colleague called “Joe”, Joe was delightful, and had quite a few ppl in front of me to serve first, (this lady had some issue with her order idk) so it took a while to get my food ordered, however once Joe got round to me he very was apologetic and sincere, getting food to me promptly. I just want Joe to get the recognition he deserves as a high quality member of staff

Can't really comment on the food,ordered a full meal to be delivered by deliveroo,only thing that turned up was nandos sauce,is it that difficult to place an order,put it together,check it and give to driver,clearly asking too much.Who manages these establishments,great customer service.

My first ever nandos Chicken sandwich was tiny Sauces were really nice but the food was not as good as I expected seen as everyone raves about it

Portions a little small, but tasted great. Halloumi for 2 to share was barely a starter for one. And why provide 5 pieces specifically on a sharer for two? 4 or 6 is just common sense, right? Service from all staff was excellent from walking in to walking out. Would return but would choose different items.

Always a nice time when we visit here, our last visit was made even better by the friendly and quick service. Food always tastes great, and they cater very well to our children, who both have peanut allergys.

Went in on a bank holiday weekend and when seated the chairs were covered in dirt and sauces. Spoke to a manager and asked them to clean it and they denied my request. When I ordered my food using the sit and order was somehow the best part of this outrageous restaurant. My food arrived after almost an hour and was stone cold. I spoke to the same manager again (Kate) I believe her name was and complained about the temperature of my food. She denied it was the fault of the restaurant and stated that the food was hot when handed to me. The whole establishment should be ashamed of this store and while I was leaving all the employees were just stood around with orders on the screen talking about something called ops. Will never go here again and highly recommend that if you are looking for a good dining experience look for other establishments to go as this place is horrific and the prices they charge are criminal.

Visited Nandos this evening and was greeted by such an enthusiastic member of staff called Curley. Considering it was the evening and his enthusiasm was still high, after I’m assuming a busy bank holiday shift-Amazing! You can tell he actually loved his job and made our experience even better!

I attended the Eastleigh branch at 2:50pm today and was told that I couldn't come in although people were eating and ordering takeaways because there was a delivery. I asked if I could at least order a take out and was told no by Annalise. I came back later on at 1830pm to get a takeaway and Annalise just looked at me and didn't ask if I needed any help at all. So I walked myself to the till. Usually there is an amazing manager here, the black guy who makes you feel welcome, polite and always smiling. This is not the reception we received today. Such a shame, her behaviour has really let the experience down. Saying that, Ella was exceptional took my order and was really helpful and courteous.

Great food. Helpful staff. Convenient parking which is free after 6 pm.

Every Time I been here, the service has been second to none. They work so hard to get the orders out within good time and they keep you updated . The food is always hot and well packaged. Nandos is my fav takeaway and the guys here do a great job! Well done, takeaway as it should be

This place has gone downhill since we've started coming here as a family. Everytime we come something is wrong with our meal for example the chicken is cold or a product is sold out. But the staff our very good at trying to rectify the issue

The staff are absolutely fantastic!

Very very expensive. Some flavours got lost in the sauces, a bit too much when the meat, halloumi ect is cooked in the sauce. Tried very very hot sauce which was weird. Wouldn't crave the food. Great caramel cheesecake, salted caramel brownie and choc-a-lot cake. Good experience, lovely atmosphere (a bit cold 🥶) would come back but leave it a while and save money.

From my experience, I’ll definitely be coming again! Waiter was really friendly, the only negative part was that they didn’t have any still water but offered for me to choose any other soft drink with no extra charge! Food was all good, a waitress noticed that we didn’t have napkins and brought us some immediately. Lots of staff checking in on us. Our table was cleaned the moment we stood up to leave. Quick service, friendly staff, food was great! No complaints!

Went here after seeing a film and arrived around 8.40pm. Ordered 2 quarter chickens with 4 different sides. Tables next to us were complaining about a long wait for food. No one came and told us it would be delayed but our food eventually arrived an hour later. The sides were appalling. Lukewarm corn, dried out salad and slaw. The chicken was delicious but the smallest I’ve ever seen. We complained to the manager who offered us vouchers to visit again. No thanks.

Dreadful experience on Saturday evening last night. Waited an hour to be served a quarter pigeon, beige slaw and f*cked potatoes. Never ever going back to this branch which seems to be run by clueless children

Very disappointed Went out for a lovely meal with me and my boyfriend. They couldnt seat us right away so told us they would text us when a table would be free and said probably 20 minutes(which was absolutely fine). 40 minutes later we came back still no text and asked and they said that they tried but it didn't work, we were eventually seated and ordered easily. The starts and main came fast and tasty and the waiters were lovely. Sadly the desserts never came we waited about 30 minutes before we asked a waiter and he said they had none left so they could give us a refund or some brownies. We asked for one portion of brownies since we were full and they said they could refund us. Neither happened the restaurant emptied out and we never got dessert. We left disappointed and with no refund. Overall, good food bad customer service

We shared fries and salad with two chicken pita. Good selection of oils and sauces. Extra hot, amazing.

Had butterfly chicken, wings, a burger, and some deserts. Everything was actually incredible. Best food we've had in England in the 6 days we were here. I cannot recommend enough.

Not much you can say as its a chain restaurant but this one is better than some of the others in Southampton. Loads of parking nearby. To be honest the whole area is a bit run as really suffered when the waterfront west Quay opened.

Great service, I was surprised how quickly it came out considering it was fairly busy. Despite this the food was cooked perfectly and service with a smile and light conversation with the staff. I can't fault the relaxed service!

Nandos like Nandos. Very nice and clean inside, prices like everywhere, kids friendly (colour books and crayons inside :) ). The only disadvantage was lack of vegetarian options or I haven't seen any.

Didn't think it was possible for a restaurant to completely mess up an order, AND completely mess up trying to resolve it. Giving it a 2nd star because I did eventually get a 90% refund.

Tasty Portuguese-African fusion food. Very friendly and efficient staff at lunchtime. You can't go wrong if you enjoy well marinaded chicken.

The wings seemed smaller than the other branches in Southampton. Coleslaw didn't seem very fresh. Chips were overly salted.

I ordered (delivery) a double chicken wrap and paid extra for pineapple. It arrived squashed into the cartoon to the point that I couldn't get it out in one piece. This turned out to a good thing. The lettuce was rotten, brown and slimy. The pineapple that I paid extra for, was half a ring. I really wouldn't bother with Nandos: go somewhere else instead

On Easter Sunday we visited the Nandos in Eastleigh. I was doubtful due to my daughters severe allergies. All my worries were put to rest when I was served by two lovely young men (Connor and Aaron) who allowed me to see the allergies on the iPad and who continued to reassure me they’d do everything possible when our food was prepared. They also provided the best service I could have possibly asked for; friendly, kind and super efficient. Our food was hot and cooked to perfection. The place was clean and tidy too, which makes a change from sticky dirty tables. Thank you guys we will definitely come again soon!

Food and atmosphere was as expected- busy and fun with an unfaltering taste experience bursting in your mouth. We did a whole chicken marinated in medium sauce accompanied with 4 sides. Nandos staff here did a great job of ensuring the experience was 100%

Great Service really good food. Not been to Nandos since pre -Covid and no complaints at all. Visit Saturday about 4pm and walked straight in no wait. Table of 5 including 10 year old, 16 year, 22 year old and parents ...everybody was really happy with their visit.

We had a pitta bread chicken stuffed inside it with lovely flavour with medium peri peri.

Delicious food and smart way to order. The spicy is a little bit intense if you're not used to, but also very nice!!

Nice place, great friendly staff! First time for me to place ly order through QR code, but is really easy to do. The food was superb, you can choose the spice level, quite delicious!

Not too bad but the menu was heavily reduced. Seem to be running low or totally out of stock even on the drinks they only had coke and diet coke. Chicken livers however were available and tasted great!!!!

Something not right. Small menu. Chicken was fine, fries wasn't great. Not enough sauce bottles.
