Premier Inn Southampton (Eastleigh) hotel in Eastleigh

Stayed in a Plus room and had a very comfortable stay.

Love this hotel and its fantastic helpful staff !!! Stayed here last year, again in May 25 and yet again will be staying in August. Perfect location for the night before a cruise... Needed medication fridgerated overnight...no trouble at all. Lifts were out of order but lovely girl on reception carried our suitcases upstairs for us( we are couple ancient ladies !! ) Nothing too much trouble...thanks to all of you for fantastic stay.

Lovely and convenient place to stay Friendly staff

A great and easily findable location. For a budget hotel our bathroom had very high quality fittings. Very pleasant modern light and airy bedroom.

Avoid if you have a disability. Wet rooms are not fit for purpose (ridiculously long shower chair without back). Parking is absolute chaos, disabled spaces always taken. It's a massive, busy hotel that mostly serves cruise customers. Noisy and very busy.

We came here for my wife's birthday, we have stayed at plenty of premier inns over the country and have had lots of lovely memories, but I think this premier inn stands out over the rest because of one member of staff who made are evening dinner and breakfast special, her name is Elizabeth and was so professional and polite, she was an absolute joy and made our meal extra special, she needs a pay rise or promotion we couldn't praise her enough, so thankyou Elizabeth I hope you read this review because you deserve it

Does the job, decent bed at a reasonable price.

Perfect overnight stay in a really spotlessly clean room. The whole experience was great. A refreshing nights sleep in a very comfortable bed. The staff were very attentive and even helped to bring in our luggage from the car. Well impressed and will definitely use again.

Such a warm welcome given by Justine & Morgan today. Providing all the details about where the room is located, Premier Plus amenities and free extras if I wanted more coffee or water. Lift wasn't working but offered to help me with luggage. Also booked my dinner and breakfast which saved me time going into the restaurant. Refurbished rooms look lush, a lovely apple scent and very clean. Well done Premier Inn both ladies are an asset to the company.

Nice cheap clean just what we needed the night before our cruise free car park was great as well

Hotel is extremely tired and in need of some TLC. Staff were superb.

Imogen checked us in. It is busy, evening before embarkation for 5 cruise ships in Southampton. Friendly & efficient check in. Thank you. Restaurant was fully booked. Maitre-D Jodie was very welcoming. We were served by Tilly. Excellent service. Friendly and welcoming. Nice atmosphere in restaurant would highly recommend and staff are good ambassadors for Premier Inn with a premier service! Room had air conditioning and was exceptionally cool following an unseasonal warm day. Returned for breakfast, Jodie & Liz on from last night, still smiling and friendly as ever. Lovely service & so friendly. Thank you Liz, you were delightful.

Service was great and staff very friendly. Receptionist very welcoming when I arrived. However after staying at another premier inn that was newer before, this one seemed a little dated. Also was an odd looking stain in my room and the hand towel had a hole in it. Was close to where I needed to be so hence the stay and location for me was good.

Nice handy hotel without the hustle and noise of Southampton

Had not issues with hotel if not rooms a bit small but expected for premier inn. Rooms clean and staff very friendly and helpful. Continental and cooked breakfast available at extra cost. Sweets and a lovely welcome note for our kids were in our room for arrival which was very kind. Only things would say is definitely bring teabags and bottle of milk if you need more than one.

Had a booking for 2 rooms. We had asked they would be near each other (ie same floor) but wasn't given (1 ground, 1 3rd floor). Reception staff very polite. Told us to book evening meal which we did... was nice; not the best meal ever had but tasty. Had a comfortable sleep, shower lovely. Problem came with breakfast we'd paid for - no one told us to book a table for breakfast... we went down at 08:50 and told no availability until 10:30 when would have half an hour as breakfast finishes at 11am. Very poor. Really set us back for the morning.

Usual premier inn smelt fresh on arrival and very clean although 1 bed was missing asked reception and it was sorted immediately. The staff are polite and patient and very helpful from our experience so far thanks

Accessable room ground floor. Bathroom had black hand prints all over door frame but otherwise fairly clean. Probably visit another hotel when next visit to Southampton.
