Staff are friendly, great atmosphere. Great seeing a live band. The only thing letting this pub down is the toilets but they have never been great. Always seem to have one blocked or missing paper.

Had no reservation but got a table. Food was tasty, hot and well presented

Food was quite tasteless, I had a small gammon and chips it was cheap but it certainly tasted it

Food was just ok but at those cheap prices it was just what I expected so good value . Update 10-2-24 food has improved hugely so 5* from me.

Delicious food, very friendly/helpful staff and incredible value for money. Definitely worth a visit. We'll be back very soon. Update:- Food and staff still Lovely. However, VERY disappointed they had ran out of Belly Pork as it's Delicious and I was really looking forward to it ☹️

The service was excellent. Food nice and hot and quickly served. The atmosphere was party time a little bit loud but everyone behaved and enjoyed it. We'll done to the staff.

Service, food and ambience were excellent as always, which is why we dine at The Two Brothers two or three times a month. The prices of the food are very good value for money and always cooked and presented to a very high standard.

Friendly staff. Excellent service. Very clean and nice to see a pub with soap in the toilets. It is now my regular go to place and the food looks and smells delicious.

Good value food and drinks, lots of choice of lager but not many options for ale drinkers

The food was nice and good value for money. The barman that served us was pleasant enough but he poured my glass of wine which he gave me and brought over the bottle of beer my husband had asked for. Hubby had to ask for a glass and the barman went to get one. While doing this a big group of regulars came in and instead of bringing the glass over he stopped to have a conversation with them and left us waiting at the bar for the glass which was annoying.

The food was delicious I don’t think it needed improvement 10/10

Me and my partner enjoyed our steaks but the chips and peas and onion rings were undercooked and I had stomach pains later on in the evening and no member of staff checked to see if our dinner was okay or if we needed anything else

Came to Southampton to visit my brother (ironicaly) and we came here for lunch. I had a Chilli Dawg, he had a burger. His burger was good, but my hot dog was excellent. (Although very spicy!) Pub has good atmosphere and the staff are lovely. Despite being extremely busy (football was on) the service was pretty quick. Prices are pretty good too. (£12 each including a drink each).

Lovely friendly pub, good atmosphere with very friendly efficient staff. Food was great, had a great evening with friends and had a voucher so even better value!

Visited on a Monday evening and it was very busy. As it's a family pub there were children running about around other patrons tables.This spoilt our meal as the parents did not reprimanded the unruly kids as the waiting staff carrying hot food were trying to dodge the children . Apart from that the food was great and the staff friendly. I would visit again but probably a lunch time.

Very good value for money. Plenty to choose from. Helpful staff, food was well presented and hot. Can't fault it.

We had a great meal, we will come regularly now.

Me and my wife had mixed grills each and I would say they are possibly the best we have tasted. The steak was cooked to perfection

Was unexpectedly pleasantly surprised. Food was good. A bot of a wsit as it was bery bisy and only two staff on. But they stayed happy and coped with oir wrong order. Will definitely use again

Not sure where to start to be honest.....having never been my wife and I thought we would give it a chance, mistake! The menu looks appetizing but that's about it really. I had ordered the Jacobs ladder....which came with mushrooms but did I get them.....ha no, didn't know I wouldn't get them until I went up to the bar and explained I was missing multiple items from my meal. They explained there were no mushrooms.....fair enough but please tell us that when we order. I was missing gravy and also a concoction of Dorito crumbs and various other ingredients from the top of my ribs. Dorito crumbs on ribs sounds nice I guess and up for trying new things but like the gravy wasn't there. The pulled pork slab of fat that was on bone fragments was at best chewy. The coleslaw had no flavour apart from the overwhelming cabbage quantity in it. The corn on the cob tasted artificial and burnt most probably because it had been cooked and left under a lamp or in a hot pot for quite some time. But to top it off was the wonky table with a sticky surface. Wouldn't recommend it at all.

A midweek stop for a meal. Chose the Two Brothers as have had meals here before and enjoyed them. The place is family run and the atmosphere and quality of food reflects their commitment to customers .

Very busy, food was good, a few bits not in stock, no prosecco singles in stock.

It was an amazing experience, beautiful food, nice staff. Our food took not even 20mins to come out. We had issues with our desert but the staff was very helpful and kind about that issue. %100

Always very friendly in the Two Brothers & they seem hard working. I love the way the pub has been decorated & there is a great atmosphere. However, even though the food came out hot it lacked presentation with my chicken fajitas I had loads of food over two plates, which I struggled with. Some of the vegetables on other meals were quite bland. The curry looked good though & the steak was ate with great gusto. I'm hoping when I come along with my workmates for our Christmas Do it will be good as the Two Brothers is my local & it's lovely to visit for Breakfast or just a coffee ☕️ as long as you can get a table as they are usually booked. 😋 x

Nice cocktails, tasty food and reasonable prices.

It was far too loud, I couldn't have a conversation with those in my group as we couldn't hear above the music. The food was also poor quality and came out cold. I'm afraid I won't be returning and wouldn't recommend to anyone. Huge disappointment for my birthday meal.

Had a lovely meal there today. Took 13 members of our day centre there for a pub lunch. They all had a great time and said the food was delicious. Will definatly be coming back again. The service was excellent too. Thank you for looking after us all so well

Went here today with my wife and my mother to have a nice meal before returning home to Wales as will not be down this way till after xmas. I ordered the meals and had to wait over 30 minutes and then have a lump of chewy meat on your plate was just like rubbing salt in the wound.one of the staff walked by after serving another table, as he was passing he turned to us and said "everything ok " and walked off didn't give none of us a chance to reply.we finished up and left, this was not a very nice experience

Great discovery. Staff couldn't be more helpful and the food and ambience is superb.

Went for a late lunch with granddaughter. The place was busy and friendly. We placed our order for food after looking at the temptations on offer plus drinks. The food was fantastic and served hot .. bonus. Certainly be visiting (and eating) again soon. :-)

We visited the Two Brothers for a couple of drinks and was immediately greeted with the friendly smiles of Nathan and Alisha. We were served swiftly by Nathan and I had a friendly chat with both of the bar staff. I was also greeted by the landlady Kelly who has the most infectious smile and a laugh to die for!! We have participated many times in the quiz which is presented every Tuesday by Evan and he is brilliant, who would have thought that having your brains picked could be so much fun! Thank you all for making our visit extremely memorable and pleasant. You should all be very proud!

Even though it was extremely busy and very hot, the staff were cheerful, efficient and very helpful.

Only recently found this Sizzling Pubs establishment BUT had a voucher for a FREE bottle of Coke on Wednesday to be told there was NONE by the Manager, use it next time!! Voucher only valid till 20/8 and we don't usually eat out twice in just over 1 week 😞

Group of 16 shared 90th birthday with a pre booked meal. Service and food were first class. Surprised though that other booked tables were not occupied!

Popped in randomly today was greated by lovely bar staff, had a drink and ordered food, it was a lovely day so sat outside, the starters arrived which I must say was very nice, the lady who brought the food out made sure we had all we needed ie cutlery etc, the mains arrived and again the food was lovely, so we will be going back sooner rather than later, A lovely experience

Ate here 1st time with friends and the food was great. Came back 2nd time and very disappointing. Found a hair in my food, which stopped me eating obviously. My friends had the vegetable lasagne, which looked more like cottage pie and was not great. Will not be returning.

The lovely bar maid leanne had loads of recommendations on food and drinks. The food was nice and reasonably priced. Nice atmosphere and generally a nice place all over

Really good food. I was surprised as I'd been here many years ago and it was pretty bad all round. But, we went the other day for lunch and the food was really good as was the service. Good value for money and a pretty adventurous menu compared to most other chain pubs.

Staff were very good we had breakfast nice and hot will come again visit most Friday morning.

Made welcome by staff on arrival, which continued throughout the meal. I enjoyed my experience - though the starters were a bit 'Brake Brothers'.

Good food, cheap prices and just a nice place to eat

From the moment we turned up we was rushed. Into having our food when there was 2 people still needing to choose there meals and they had no time to choose. The sizzling fajitas came out stone cold. We was refused the deserts and drinks for the children's meal deal. And when we asked for the key for the baby changing room it took over 20 minuets for them to open. This is the worst service I have had in this type of establishment. Even when 2 people ordered a drink was told to wait 20 minutes because they didn't have glasses. This complaint will be reaching trip advisor and any other websites that are used for advitisement. Un acceptable. The staff had no time or care for their customers. Absolutly shocking service will definitely advise people against this establishment
