1st class restaurant, ordered something not on the menu,lamb dall Balti,no problem said the waiter,it was just as I like it,& wifes paneer was just as delicious,thought the take your own drinks may put a few off,but doesn't seem to have ,as it was busy,we return shortly 👌

What had happened to Naaz?? Such lovely food 2023 and now just had a takeaway and OMG it was dire, I know they don’t have a drinks licence now but please don’t take it on on the food! We chucked it!

Absolutely fantastic and my best ever Indian meal. Tried everything I hadn’t had before and got some great advise on the flavouring. Perfection and a great price too and will 100% be back again soon. Cant say enough good about this please

We go in here all of the time. The staff are lovely; very attentive, professional and helpful. The food has always been lovely and we’ve tried lots of different dishes with no complaints. The onion bhajis are the best we’ve tasted. This is definitely our favourite Indian in nantwich, although the other two are also good… just nowhere near as good as the Naaz for us.. it’s our personal favourite.

Came here for a work colleague’s leaving do. A sweaty smell greeted us at the door, not a delightful Indian food smell. Got used to the smell after 15 mins. Not a big drink selection for people who don’t like wine. There was 4 of us and all food was good, apart from the nan breads which were so thin and tasteless. Service was good. Very good value if you can get through the sweaty smell (this might have been a one off though). I wouldn’t come back again as it doesn’t match the standard of my local Indian.

I had a chicken dhansak which was very dry and not much flavour Wife had tandoori chicken and said she enjoyed it Price was good compared to other similar resaraunts Service was average Would i go again probally not to be honest

Saturday evening meal with family, as always the food is consistently good. Staff are friendly and attention to detail. Highly recommended.

I went with friends as a party of 20 people. We had pre-booked and the staff were expecting us. The large table was set up for us without fuss, and the staff were efficient in taking our orders and bring our food and drink. Highlights were the pickle tray for the poppadoms, also my Naaz Special for main course. If I had an issue, it was that the Gents toilet area was "cosy", but that did not detract from an enjoyable evening.

We went to Naaz for the first time and was very pleasantly surprised! The food was excellent, as was the service and price. We will be back soon with more friends.

Stopped in Nantwich on our barge holiday, and looking for an Indian restaurant with good reviews and Naaz came so we went, staff were friendly, food was great and lots of veggie options all washed down with some cold cobra’s very nice, all in all would recommend Naaz if you’re ever in Nantwich.

Stumbled upon Nazz when looking for a takeaway and i can honestly say it did not disappoint! The staff were great, taking time to recommend new dishes to try for us, the Chicken Razleck which was fantastic! Make sure you get the lime pickle, it was lovely! Great place and lovely team on site. Would definitely recommend

Best Indian Restaurant in the area. The customer service is outstanding, and the quality of the dishes is remarkable. Wide variety of ingredients, exotic flavours and a good spice level for the British palette. A+++++

Great for any occasion. Superb food, lovely staff, great atmosphere. Five of us went and no one had a duff dush. Onion bhaji was super crispy. Sauces on mains were fresh and full of flavour.

Firstly, i am amazed if not somewhat perplexed that i see 4 stars on the review history and can only assess that as all the previous reviews are written by unconditional friends of the place regardless of the food. This is the 14th nantwich restaurant tried seeking some good places to enjoy just good food, nantwich needs to up its game a bit, bar mansions and chopstix which are excellent within their genre, its a struggle to find a good place notwithstanding i am hopeful about marthas, i havent been yet having lived in crete for 4 years prior to coming home last year, greek food i love and i am finding it hard too compare greek food here with my cretan village of amazing food and ingredients but i will try it next, however we are talking about Naaz, i will start by saying the service was ok, the naan bread ok, unfortunately thats where it stops, the prawn on poori was a starchy soggy slop and whilst the standard wholesaler popadoms were ok, even the mango and the raita with it was watered down, the onions a yellow mass spooned from a jar, almost fermenting, the jhaalduar lamb was actually mistaken and we got a jalfrezi although it wasnt that either, it was old, dry, bits of leftover lamb in a pre-constructed awful sauce, one mouthful was too much, awful. the Jolpurani prawn was cardboard, old dried up thrown in frozen pawns and the sag paneer, so easy to make, was made with spinach that reeked of being old and past its date, interestingly not even a sprinkling of fresh coriander on anything, and this is an indian restaurant? keema naan was nicely heated (bought in stuff but ok) the wine poor but to be fair, cheap but overall a really bad place to go if you value spending your time and money well. such a shame, if it cost twice as much and was twice as good, it might be worth another visit but as it is, its one of the worst indian meals i have had in years, its just rubbish, i get art the end of a night on the booze maybe folk will just go and fill their bellies but in terms of food quality, this doesnt really even make one out of five, avoid!

Last visited the Naaz over 15 years ago this is one of the best in the area for service and quality of food recomend the achari brilliant will be back,booking recommended as this restaurant can get busy well done.

after a long day, we were looking around Nantwich searching for somewhere to eat. we came across this lovely little Indian restaurant and despite never having been before, we decided to give it a go. anyway, it was safe to say that we were not disappointed. the staff were very lovely and the food was great, generous portions and so tasty. waiters were very friendly and attentive, we were made to feel as though we could take our time and we weren’t at all rushed. we’d like to return again.

Cor - i'm ashamed to say I have lived in Nantwich many years and it's a VERY long time since I have visited this place. I recall it being very good, so not sure why we left it so long. Great service ,great menu with all the usual favourites, but also a great range of specials (which we ate from). Was absolutely delicious. Recommend the Jhaal Mishti and also the Mirchi Massala (if you like it extra hot!) Will return!

Food was hot and pretty tasty. We had the garlic naan which needed more garlic. We had garlic rice which just needed more garlic. My issue with the naaz is you are rushed. Once food was finished the table was cleared and the bill brought over. They then came over with the card machine.....we had not even had chance to look at the bill. This happens frequently here where you get the feeling once you have finished they just want you out

I’ve been coming here for years and the food has always been excellent. I’ve never had a bad meal and that’s not always the case when you visit somewhere a lot of times. The menu is varied and authentic and they’ll always adjust any dish...

We ducked in to get out of the rain and so pleased mother nature sent us to Naaz. The mixed tandoori was deliciously seasoned . I had the Jhaal Mishti and it was exactly what I wanted sweet, spicy, creamy- absolutely wonderful with garlic naan....

Good food, presented well. Garlic nann lacked garlic, no salt and vinegar for chips but other than that food was hot and tasty. Staff very friendly.

1030 and told us it wasn't worth serving us, won't try again and will recommend friends not to bother

If you are in Nantwich, or the surrounding area, this restaurant is a must. The foot is sublime and the service perfect. I have never been to a friendlier restaurant and would highly recommend Naaz to everyone.

Best curry in Nantwich. Regularly use Naaz both eating in and taking away and, however you have it, it is always perfect! There are some interesting choices on the Naaz specials and every one I’ve tried has been lovely! They accommodate to their customers well....

Cheap cuts of meat rice not cooked properly. Total waste of money, I really wouldn’t give my dog the food from here

Went onto food hub that asked our address to be then rang up to ask us to collect. Refused to deliver and we couldn't drive. Well I hope you enjoy that £50 ya scroungers

Having tried to eat at another local Indian who were unable to offer any gluten free meals, we went into Naaz slightly concerned that we would have they same response for gluten free meals, but they were fantastic. They were very knowledgeable about what foods...

Myself and my family have been eating here for years and have enjoyed every meal! The staff are lovely and attentive and the food is tasty and very good quality! 100% recommend!

If you want an authentic tasting balti curry, avoid getting one from here! We ordered one on Saturday night with garlic pillau. The curry consisted of an exceptionally bland sauce and tiny chicken pieces. The pillau rice was also tasteless, in spite of the fact...

We have been going to the Naaz for years both for takeout and eat-in. We love the food and the people who work there are amazing. The staff cannot do enough for you. They make you feel like you are part of the family. When they ask you 'How are you today?' they truly are interested. The food has never let us down, it always tastes great, and I'm a really fussy person. The staff always remember our name and seem genuinely pleased to see us. I cannot recommend this restaurant enough.

We have never used Naaz before. We ordered a takeaway of 3 x meals with rice and poppadoms, and 1 x cheese and 1 x peshwari naan. The total cost was £41.Firstly they sent a garlic naan instead of a cheese one, but both naans were chewy.The poppadoms themselves where ok, but the sauces were very runny. The meals were all different, but all had very little meat in them and to be honest we were disappointed with what we had.We wont be useing Naaz again.

My first visit to Naaz in a long time was a great success - mainly because the food was very tasty and also because of the friendly staff.We arrived just before 7 pm when the restaurant wasn't too busy, but within half an hour it was full - and I'm not surprised, as everything about this place is good.We both had lovely meals (see photos), and the prices are very reasonable, so I'll definitely be back.Highly recommended.

Normally a great curry, craft beer can be hit and miss ....so sometimes we go for bottled , but tonight ....the becks ....the bottle was out of date in October 2019 ! There was floaters in the bottle ....they just knocked the price of 1 bottle off the bill,not being funny ...I would have given the drinks for free ...even if only the first round ! It/not busy in town tonight....the restaurant was freezing ....the staff didn’t seem to bothered ....food drink and being with friends...it matters to me and I’m sure it does to you,I’m not dissing this place....and normally it’s a great place...but ...it’s not been the first time it’s been ...not so good if you get my drift .

Very friendly staff, very attentive. The starter of chicken chat was delicious as was the egg fried rice with the main, but my chicken madras was bland, the chicken was so tender, the sauce had a good amount of heat but that's it the sauce did not really have anything else to offer.

This restaurant is excellent. The foods amazing and the staff are the most friendly and helpful I have ever come a cross. The staff greet you when you arrive and nothing is too much trouble. Highly recommend this restaurant. There is a good atmosphere and the staff are bubbly and chatty.

Good conventional curry, 5 star food hygiene certificate. Good reliable menu. Everything you would expect from a Bangladeshi style curry house, food good, tasty, hot, well presented etc. Friendly staff, no complaints.

Had lamb balti, for a change, normally have chicken, portions as always large, and nann bread huge, unfortunately the bread was cold and the lamb a bit chewy hence the four stars instead of five as the chicken has always been tender so should have stuck with it. The atmosphere is good, and the staff are attentive, so will be going again.

Ordered a takeaway which we collected. The food was lukewarm when we got it home. We had a chicken dish. The chicken was dry and the food was very bland.

Five of us went on Saturday early evening and were welcomed in a very friendly manner and shown to our table.We all had different main meals after the obligatory poppadoms which were light and tasty.We all enjoyed our meals and the staff were helpful and very friendly.We all enjoyed and i would recommend a visit.

Firstly we ordered a takeaway and was told it would be half an hour. Fine, we went for a drink and returned 30 minutes later. We then had to wait another 30 minutes with regular "yours will be coming soon" updates. When I finally got my chicken jalfrezi (described as spicy) it was totally tasteless. My partner had a bhuna and that was the same. After all these rave reviews I think we must have caught the chef on an off night!

Great food, extremely tasty, went for a vegetable madras, first time as always had the meat option but was not disappointed at all. Friendly staff will look forward to returning

Typical Indian cuisine done really well! There was nothing on the menu that really stood out because we've eaten most things really. It was really nicely cooked and very well priced. Would definitely go again!

We enjoy a meal at Naaz now and again, as we like to try as many Indian restaurants as possible. In our experience, the meals at most Indian restaurants in the UK are fairly similar, so they have to be graded on ambience and service etc.

After checking the reviews we settled on the Naaz for our meal. It was a fairly quiet night in Nantwich, and the restaurant only had about half-a-dozen people in it. We both selected one of the house speciality meals and these turned out to be fresh and excellent. The only slight criticism was that the staff could be a little over-attentive. Whilst we were eating, we were asked 4 times if we were happy with the food. Perhaps this was due to the fact that the restaurant was not busy.

We visited on a Sunday evening (8;30pm) expecting it to be quiet, but couldn't have been more wrong. The place was buzzing (I recommend booking)! The decor is a bit dated in places but don't let that put you off as this restaurant serves a great CURRY!! We were well looked after by staff with the usual poppadoms, relish etc..We had a chicken dish off specials and a Saag side-dish. Both were delicious & Naans were also very tasty. Highly recommend!

Great family meal with the kids! Our children had never been to a Indian restaurant before, they loved it. The staff are very welcoming and friendly throughout our meal. Quick service although it can get very busy..the quantity of food is great I've been to some Indians and they can be a bit stingy. Left feeling full and happy. Thanks for a tasty meal!! The food is lovely, the boiled rice is definitely the bet I've tasted. The lime pickle is amazing and the Jhal Mishti is so tasty.

We were in Nantwich, and decided to try Naaz on the spur of the moment. It was before 6pm, and they managed to fit us in, as they were fully booked later. The service was excellent, and the food was very good. I really enjoyed the chicken rezella,and my wife loved the balti that she ordered.

On a cold night in Nantwich we had a warm welcome at the Naaz not been for a time first rate service and food only thing I’d point out it was a cold cool inside the restaurant with a couple of fan heaters working overtime to warm it up I’d block of the big open space in the sealing the second thing make sure the plates are hot that your food comes on the restaurant has on street parking and free local parking after six pm

Looking for somewhere to eat late on a Saturday night and popped in here. It was packed! But we somehow managed to get a table for two.

We have eaten in this curry house a couple of times now, and have been very impressed both times. The food is fresh and well presented and plenty of it! They offer mango lasse, which is a must at the end of the night and it is very reasonably priced. The staff are also very welcoming and will always try to seat you even on the busiest evenings.

Although we’ve lived in Nantwich for 4 years this was our first visit to the restaurant.

From the outside, it looked ‘ordinary’ but immediately from going in the staff were friendly and polite. The menu has the usual items you’d expect.

The food was good and the food was very tasty. I thought that the depth of flavour was not as good as some of the local restaurants that we use. When we ordered the drinks I ordered a glass of tap water and the waiter clearly registered his disapproval, I suppose that, as they do not make any money from that, he did not like me ordering it. The other waiters were fine but one in particular was distinctly off-hand. We went on the Saturday evening and it was ever so busy, booking is essential.

It had been a while since we'd eaten at the Naaz and, after a great meal last night, we'll definitely be eating there again soon.

Very affordable and delicious indian food. Called in midweek and grabbed dinner to take away. Food prepped super fast and enjoyed a drink while we waited. Huge portions and few extras in the box... highly recommend...

Always used another takeaway as I have always used it and have always been happy with quality and service but was quite a distance away. Tried naaz and was more than happy. Tried 6 times now and consider myself converted. Excellent food excellent service and food checked at least twice before packed. Plus a massive saving in fuel

I usually go here when I fancy an extra hot curry...hotter than my usually curry house makes...to which they deliver perfectly. So much so, that one of the staff even asks if I am sure I really want it, and give me warnings of how long not to eat another curry for to not upset my stomach!

I visited Naaz for dinner whilst staying at a hotel nearby on a Sunday evening. The restaurant was quiet, and the service was quick and very attentive. The staff were really friendly and welcoming.

For us this was the best curry we have ever had and we have had plenty over the years. You certainly get value for money. Staff cant do enough for you. Portions are very generous. Enjoyed our visit to Nantwich. Hope to come back one day.

Nantwich is blessed with a couple of cracking Indian takeaways -Indian Ocean and Naaz's. Really high quality food and friendly staff.

The service was excellent and staff were outstandingly friendly, genuine and helpful too. Couldn't fault the excellent service or the food and the price was amazing for what we had too. I'd highly recommend the Chicken Balti (made to your taste) and the Naan bread is to die for! We will definitely visit again. Will definitely recommend to friends and family.

The best tandoori /Indian food in the area by a long way. The Naaz is always top of my list and despite trying other restaurants some similar in cuisine, the Naaz remains first choice when eating out for me.

We loved the food here. We were served up home- cooked authentic Indian cuisine. Each dish had a perfect balance of spices. The meat dishes were tender and there was a good choice of vegetarian dishes too. Just be aware that the portions were very generous and we ordered too much. However they packed up our left- overs cheerfully for us to take away. The service was cheerful, friendly and helpful.

Lovely food and friendly attentive service. We were staying in the area so unfortunately unless we go again we won't be able to revisit however if we did we would certainly pay this place a visit again as the food was 10/10 stunning.

My husband & I Visited here while staying on a local campsite for the week . On arrival the restaurant was very busy but were able to have a table . When the waiter was taking our order he stopped me from ordering a side dish as he said the portions were big an we wouldn’t need it found that a little rude if I’m honest . When the food arrived yes the Portions were big but not with meat just very thin sauce I had ordered the makhani & my husband a lamb tikka balti which was also in this very thin sauce apart from the bit of meat there was no other evidence of anything in the dishes An looking around the restaurant at other diners meals they all seemed to be in just thin sauces :/ we had ordered chapattis which were very thick & doughy , the restaurant it self was very noisy not the nice Indian meal we had hoped we were going to have left feeling disappointed.

This time we went back with a couple of friends. I always know what I want but was persuaded to try something new and it really hit the spot! Our friends also wanted to try some new dishes, so just explained what kind of food they like and everything ordered was just perfect for them and simply delicious. This restaurant never disappoints.

We have probably eaten at Naaz in Nantwich at least a dozen times and never been disappointed. Tonight was busy (Saturday evening!) with a large noisy group of men but the staff, especially the young Manager, ensured all the customers were having a good experience, even moving a couple of ladies to a quieter table as they were right next to them. What this restaurant understands, more than many is that service is just as important as quality food....which by the way is consistently amazing ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️! Thanks guys & see you again soon!!
