I've been in Newcastle for the past 4 years, don't know how I've been missing this wonderful place. The food was good, especially dabba chicken, it was amazing. The atmosphere was nice and vibey but what truly made the experience exceptional was the service. Our server Sushma went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and welcome. She was polite, attentive, and genuinely helpful. From recommending the best dishes to ensuring we had everything we needed, they made the meal feel special. It’s rare to find such outstanding hospitality these days, and this place absolutely nails it. Definitely coming back, and next time, I won’t wait another four years 😃

Food is delicious. We had the ‘Trip to Dehli Tasting menu’, it was sooo tasty. Shruthi was our server and she was extremely attentive! Definitely recommend.

For a start our server Suslima was a breath of fresh air in a struggling service industry. She made sure we were cared for and took the time to speak with us even when the restaurant was busy - the slice of cake to congratulate my boyfriend on his graduation was a lovely touch and really added that extra spark of individualised service to the night! The food was divine with a great selection of vegetarian options. We were all satisfied and sufficiently stuffed after an amazing meal! 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking for a great place to eat with a banging atmosphere!

Came tonight and was served by Shruthi, who was such a lovely, attentive server. We had the ‘Trip to Delhi’ and we were stuffed by Stop 3. Shruthi checked on us at every stop and explained what all the dishes were. Every stop was beautiful and so tasty, amazing service. Absolutely love this place and cannot fault the staff or food!

Sushma was a brilliant server, very attentive and kind!! Our other server who ushered us in was also super!!! (Although I didn’t get her name). The service here is fantastic and the food is so consistent - just as good as our first time here :)

Fist visit today and the service/food/atmosphere was excellent. We tried the curry club which is exceptional value for money.

Great food. The kind of reliable food you can count on. Excellent dal makhani. The service was friendly and everyone trying to be so helpful. The atmosphere on a Friday night was a bit rowdy and the lights could do with dimming. But other than that, a solid homely Delhi vibe 🥰 with Mythili consistently bringing a smile.

On a 2 day trip from Manchester to Newc,in a boozer I got recommended this place. Got my pants pulled down by Uber but my error not walking. 630pm on a Wed and place was rammed. Sat alone at a table for 2 with a queue of hungry revellers outside desperate to get in. Poppadoms, naan,rice and hot thick lamb curry which was stunning Bosh! Polished down with a bottle of rose. Staff attentive especially Mythili, although the general manager and drinks server also impressed. Quality place truly.

We went for restaurant week and chose the dinner offer £20 per person 1 side plate and a road side curry, the food was gorgeous everything we ordered was unreal I could eat it all again right now! The kozhi curry was really good if you like a little bit of spice! ! The staff were very friendly and attentive. Special thanks to our servers Shrutt and Elianam.

An absolutely outstanding Indian restaurant one of the best I’ve ever been to, the many awards are not well deserved. A different choice of menu from your run of the mill menus. One very small constructive criticism is the cocktails appeared to be light on alcohol for the amount of money. I will definitely return when next visiting Newcastle if you choose to go you won’t be disappointed!

My favorite Indian restaurant in Newcastle! I eat there every time I’m in town.

Went for lunch on Friday with it being restaurant week and myself and my partner did the £20 per head menu. We got nibbles to start then samosa chaat, Delhi Chicken Tikka, chilli chicken and Amritsari fish and the railway station lamb curry, rice, plus a peshwari naan and a large bottle of mineral water. The food was amazing!! I wasn't too keen on the samosa chaat as it had a chickpea sauce poured over it which in my opinion made them claggy and not a nice texture. In hindsight I wished I'd ordered the onion bhaji as they looked divine and I had food envy 😁😁. I had heard great things about the railway station curry and it did not disappoint. It was packed full of lamb and so flavoursome. The rice and naan was so tasty too and we filled our boots. Staff were really nice and once again it was a great experience. The bill was £54 and worth every penny and we look forward to returning in the not too distant future!!

Service and food were both excellent, the restaurant was busy but they managed to find us a table after a few minutes wait. I’m gluten free and the menu had plenty of choices for me.

Had a brilliant experience with Eliana. 4 of us came to restaurant week and service/food was brilliant. It was 2 of our parties birthday and Eliana ensured they were celebrated in style with complementary cakes and a birthday song. Thank you very much for a memorable birthday celebration!

Takeaways from here were great so I decided to visit. The place is busy and popular. The decor is nice and the place smells delicious as you enter. Staff were friendly but were clumsy and need more training. One dropped our food onto the table, another tried to show me something on the menu and upended half a basket of poppadoms onto the table and didn’t clean it up or offer to replace. The paneer dishes were tasty but chicken very dry. Naan was dry, flat and hard and not tasty. The cocktails were delicious. Toilets up steep and narrow stairs and were very unclean. They make you pack your own food into containers which is very messy for curry! They also add a service charge which really isn’t worth it considering the shoddy service.

Mythili is absolutely wonderful - top class service and really good at balancing regular checking in with not harassing/coming over too much. Perfect service. We love her! Lovely evening out.

Had bottomless brunch here. Was amazing. All the cocktails tasted very sweet and nice! Crystal was very good! On time with every drink and made sure to fit one more drink in before our time ran out. The butter chicken fondue was amazing too

I've been here for multiple meals now, lunch deal, main menu, restaurant week and they were all outstanding! Made my way through the menu and rate the railway lamb curry and the cauliflower the most, but I've not had a dish i didn't like! They also do bottomless brunch so ill try that next!
