The food and service (particularly the excellent and friendly service from Damien) were brilliant. Will most definitely visit again.

Good food and drinks. Lots of vegetarian and vegan options. Quick service, sizeable portions, not badly priced. Caters for big groups too, but you only get the table for a couple of hours. Not an issue though really as service is quick.

We visited on a Thursday at 8pm. The blaze was buzzing and yet the attention to detail by Sahil was amazing and the food was delicious. A real change from the run of the mill.

Not as good as the first time I came here. Lamb was overcooked, chicken Kozi was bland. Poppadoms came nearly as the end of the meal. Starters pretty much tasted the same, I had croquettes and my lass had chicken momos. On the plus side...rice, bread and chips were lovely. My sauce for the railway lamb was delicious. Hopefully next time it will be better

This place comes highly recommended for a reason. Amazing food. As good as Dishoom, and any curry place I’ve been to in London. Our server Anna was a delight. Really knowledgable about the menu and so friendly. We’ll definitely be back!

The welcome was enthusiastic and shown to a table efficiently. The choice of wine was a pleasant surprise and the menu interesting, different from your run of the mill Indian restaurant. Rule is good service can make up for bad food but good food can't make up for bad service. Food was lovely and the place was recommended by friends. Everything was great until the last 20 minutes. They asked for our last drink order as we did the bottomless brunch with 20 mins to go. 30 mins later when they were trying to kick us out as we have ended the alloted 2 hour time slot we still hadn't received our drinks. The bill came and were over charged by approx £90!. The manager seemed reluctant to refund us.

Found this gem of an Indian restaurant through TA whist in Newcastle on business. We were lucky to get a table without booking at a very busy, well designed restaurant. The food was outstanding, great portions, tasty and well presented. The bill was reasonable and service from Sophia was outstanding, cheerful efficient and a great character too.

I don’t know where to start. The service was hands down the best one I’ve ever seen in my whole life. The staff are extremely kind, funny and caring! My friends and I were really amazed at the service. Especially from Safia. Such an amazing and joyful person. The food was really good and tasty. Authentic Indian flavours that warm your soul! We visited during restaurant week and we tried two starters with the cauliflower being our favourite! The curries were so flavourful with a very tender chicken! The garlic naan was one of the best we’ve had and the cocktails so refreshing!
