Excellent decor and ambience. Wide selection of menu items going beyond the usual but with the old favourites also covered. Some of us went with the happy hour special menu with a starter, main with rice and naan included and a few others plumped for things that caught their eye outside of that menu. Very pleasant and patient staff.

Stone cold chips. Less than 2 minutes drive from house. 1 hour wait. New menu through door and tried something different from normal. No excuses. No, no, no

Very friendly and attentive staff. More of a pub than a restaurant. The food was okay but we all thought it lacked flavour. Had worse!

This restaurant is owned by a family with a few other restaurants, the building is beautifully decorated and clean, the staff are smart, the menu is good and it offers fair value. They have a fair knowledge of gluten free, vegan etc so can cater for most. The main issue is the service. It’s not good. I recommended this place to three separate couples, as well as eating here myself. Every couple reported problems with incorrect orders or courses served incorrectly. Myself, I was given the wrong item twice and served a main before a starter. I hope these guys do well, but in this town we are spoilt for choice, keep getting the orders muddled and I can guarantee that customers will just go into town for food.
