very busy, had to wait a while to get a table. staff need some sorting out.meals and drinks ok. but not one of the better cafes.we would not go again.

We arrived to a queue which didn’t move at all for 30 minutes. Eventually got coffees and gave our toasties to be heated. We sat down, drank our coffees and waited and waited for our toasties for a further 30 minutes. There were 4 members of staff, I cannot understand the time wait. It’s a disgrace.

Met grand chilern for a drink with Daddy... Ordered drink ok staff seem to work ti a system Small cup for child not the best over all it woks if you are theree ...

Popped into have breakfast, as photo of it looked so inviting... what a disappointment. I didn't realise it was all precooked but the toast, even once reheated the 'poached' egg, bacon and beans were Luke warm. Sent the beans back for a second go, not much warmer on return. Still at least the toast was hot and fresh.. won't be returning again.. poor show for £5.95

Purchased a Emmenthal and mushroom toastie but it arrive microwaved and soggy despite the cafe being unusually quiet. On the upside the staff were pleasant and the place seemed clean.

When I went for lunch I had a choice between M&S Cafè or McDonald’s I chose M&S Cafè as I haven’t been in a while and I wanted a cheese sandwich. When we got in the cafè part it was quiet and filled with a friendly atmosphere (which I love :D) so right off the bat it would be the best cafè I’ve ever been to. Had a cookie, cheese sandwich, an apple juice and a piece of fruit which were all very good. All in all a great experience 10/10. - JTS aged 10

We decided to have the Oak-Smoked Bacon with Scrambled Egg on toast...with Columbian Coffee and Fresh Orange Juice... Oh My Goodness!! Heaven on a Plate...seved by angels... We had humour, delightfully prompt service and a peaceful break in a beautiful atmosphere.

The wife was shopping so I wait in the cafe.. Just had a coffee and all was well When wife came another coffee and cake.. Eat up and go.. Good clean place to go..

The M&S Retail Outlet in Gallagher Park is a favourite haunt of my wife and me. It usaually means that I come out poorer than I entered, however, I know that whatever we have purchased, whether major or smaller it be a quality item. It is a very relaxing place for browsing, however, it can be tiring but the good thing for me that makes it worthwhile is the Cafe on the first floor. It is always spotlessly clean, the food is first-class and the service is great. I never balk at being 'taken' into the store because I know that I will be rewarded with a coffee +!

Went today at around 12:00pm was busy, lucky to find a table. I ordered a Tuna and sweetcorn Jacket potato and my son had a cheese jacket potato both very nice and game with a fresh salad garnish. The service was excellent, staff helpful and friendly! We will defiantly be back

Went In Saturday afternoon at 3.30pm...half the cake selection had disappeared...and no intention of putting any fresh cakes out....service slow, but friendly...I ordered the fish finger sandwich...was ok...but the smallest dollop of slaw looked very sad...no ice in the bucket either....all in all disappointing

Stopped many times when shopping for a Cappuccino and sometimes a snack. Always very clean and usually quite busy, Service is always good and staff are polite and professional.

We visited Cheltenham M&S cafe for a lunchtime snack, at about 13:45 on a Tuesday. All the unoccupied tables had dirty uncleared plates and cups on them but three members of staff stood chatting to themselves ignoring the waiting customers and the job they're employed to do.

Muy rudo. El servicio al cliente es atroz. A la espera de 15 minutos para la comida, la niña llamada Ann simplemente dijo "hay otros boletos delante de ti", pidió té crema y recibió una respuesta grosera de "bueno, no es mi culpa, no te oí muy mal".

Pop into cafe after shopping in store just wanted cold drinks, went to one of two tills in cafe, customer in front of queue obivously had big order that had gone wrong three assistants in attendance one said i should go to the other till i pointed out there was 5 people waiting there already they didn't even have a look the assistant on the other till was having to take orders and then make the coffees delaying the queue even more while 3 were still hanging around the till nearly gave up but as family seated and waiting for there drink had to wait took 20 minutes to pay for three small bottles of juice, never again.

Been a few times but always the same most tables full with crockery. everybody on the staff side seem to be rushing around like headless chickens but not getting anywhere.Today i fancied a cold drink as it gets very warm at this branch but bottles of drink were warm and only got ice when asked for.When the store first opened it was very good but standards well slipped since then

Visited this cafe on a midweek lunchtime. Older lady serving us was very rude, no smile as if she was just their to do her job and no customer service. Ordered latte coffees were were nice, toasted chicken and cheese sandwich which was awful not toasted on one side and non exsistent filling, toasted tea cake again not toasted enough and a piece of coffee and walnut cake which was not moist.The cafe was messy, tables not cleared and gave the impression of being grubby.Would not return to this cafe again and most certainly not up to M&S standards unlike the shop assistants selling homeware in this store who were all very helpful and made us feel like valued customers.

Had lunch here with my wife today. The friendliness of the staff and helpfulness was excellent. What let this venue down was the poor value of the meal. I had a Chicken, Bacon & Cheese Toastie pre-packed at £4.50. The chicken filling was four small bits and the bacon was see-through streaky of two minute pieces one in each half slice. The bacon was so thin it was tasteless. Come on M & S you can do better. See your sandwich supplier to get more filling for the price paid.The staff were very willing to refill the teapot with hot water. The staff were very good, pity about the food.

Small cafe selling M&S food. Quality is good, as is value. Daughter loves the cheese scones! Staff are friendly. Perfect stop off whilst braving the Kingsditch area shops.

Couldn't believe it ..... busy lunchtime with a long queue of customers holding trays of food to pay and 3 staff behind the cafe counter stopped to hold up a tape measure to determine and have long debates for about 4 minutes on how long the menus sign was!! When I complained to point out the long queue of frustrated customers I was told head office was waiting on the phone for the size because their having a new sign!! Flabbergasted, I pointed out that tired hungry patient customers are more important than head office and why lunchtime?!?! So I gave up waiting for hot food! Don't go here, as they don't think!

It does what it says on the tin, it's a café. We popped in here recently and had a nice cup of tea and coffee with a very tasty sandwich selection and a gluten free brownie. The service was good and the prices reasonable.

It's ok for a quick pick me up! I was feeling a little light headed so needed to sit and eat. Fair price, quick service, friendly staff, not too busy, most important it was clean!

Often quiet, I have visited this Café many times since the store opened. It has always seemed a rather uncommitted venture. Service is slow, menu narrow and staff slightly unhappy. But, it does allow a break whilst shopping.
