4 de nosotros visitamos el sábado 29 de agosto a las 9 y cuarto en una mañana fría con el bloqueo, tuvimos que sentarnos en 2 mesas tuvimos 1 desayuno masivo 1 desayuno estándar que tuve fue más que suficiente para mí cocinado encantador el desayuno masivo consta de 3 de todo salchicha huevos tocino papas fritas pan frito y morcilla mis otros amigos tenían salchicha y 2 huevos morcilla mi otro amigo tenía 2 huevos en tostadas todos estábamos más que satisfechos con las comidas que lavé con 2 tazas grandes de té mi amigo tomó un café encantador otra mesa tenía coca cola y 2 tazas grandes de té Lo recomiendo por calidad y servicio amigable cualquiera en el área de Burton Stone

El desayuno que tuve aquí fue en general bien, aunque la salchicha podría haber sido un poco más sabrosa. Servicio agradable y rápido, no es el más lujoso de los lugares, pero no es pretencioso de ninguna manera, un típico café de los suburbios. La relación calidad-precio es excelente, huevos, tocino, salchichas y pan frito para 5, incluido el café, la mejor oferta en la ciudad.

Este es un pequeño y encantador café en el corazón de los suburbios de York. A unos 5 minutos a pie del antiguo campo de fútbol; Bootham Crescent y 10 minutos del hospital en Burton Stone Lane frente a la fila principal de tiendas.El personal / propietarios son muy educados y corteses. Se incluye como parte del desayuno.El desayuno tiene un buen precio a las 5. 50 y definitivamente preparará a la mayoría de la gente para el día. Es un café comunitario encantador que da la bienvenida tanto a locales como a visitantes y bien merece una visita o dos.

En una ciudad llena de cafés y cafés caros, la señora Greedys se destaca como un oasis. Una cafetería sencilla que sirve excelentes desayunos ingleses completos, pasteles de té, tocino (traducción para cualquiera del sur de Watford gap = sándwiches de tocino), etc. Estacione cerca de aquí, disfrute de un excelente desayuno durante todo el día y camine por York para visitar los lugares de interés. . . . ¡Perfecto!

Well miss greedy is great huge menu Very VERY clean cafe toilets kitchen as u can see in always staff with a smile food is amazing only reason I gave 4star is I don’t like the sausages but that’s it .. amazing little gem I hope I go for many more years too.. x

Come here regularly for sausage and egg sandwiches. They are absolutely amazing and very good value for money and the lady who serves you is so friendly and nice.

Estuvimos en Nueva York ayudando a nuestro traslado a su nieto alojamiento para estudiantes. Mientras estábamos esperando a mi hijo para obtener la clave que llevó a él y a su hermano para un desayuno (yo le dije que podía ser la última buena comida tiene por unos meses)Bien qué desayuno. El café es impecable, el servicio era genial, aunque un poco lento, pero la comida estaba muy bien preparado y presentado y el café era excelente. No te preocupes por él hambrientos con este en su puerta.

Que desayuno aquí cada vez que pase a través de Nueva York ya que el personal es amable, el servicio rápido y siempre están dispuestos a hacer un desayuno vegetariano de los otros desayunos en oferta. Si buscas un sitio que tiene buena relación calidad precio, y sirve un buen desayuno - este es tu lugar.

Good value local cafe offering breakfasts sandwiches burgers etc etc. The cheeseburger is perfect, a wide flat burger served on a slightly toasted bun with a crispy salad and chips & a cup of tea for £5. Best value and tastiest burger in York.

Ive had a few breakfasts here and always been good ,hard to find somewhere to park but well worth a visit

He tenido el placer de visitar la Sra. codiciosos un par de veces y es precioso. La comida es casera y a la orden de una calidad fantástica y la relación calidad-precio. El lugar está muy limpio, ordenado y agradable también. Estoy esperando a volver muchas veces más.

Fuimos en 14.50 por una bebida caliente para matar el tiempo mientras mi bebé dormía. Como esperaba por mi chocolate caliente a un miembro del personal comenzó limpiando a mí alrededor y el cochecito. Me tuve que levantar mis pies mientras ella fregaba debajo de la mesa. Personal preguntado si estaba en el camino y ella pausada y hombros! Le pregunté al segundo miembro del personal si lo estaban cerrando y fue entonces informaron de que estaban cerrando a las 3:00 pm. No había apertura y cierre a la vista y me ha informado de ello antes no hubiera ido y ordenados.

Fully recommend the standard English breakfast. Great staff and very consistent service. Parking available outside and always plenty of room to sit.

This is a great local cafe. The staff are all very friendly, the food is cooked fresh and of good quality. The bacon in the butties is lovely! Very well priced

Me apareció en con mi hijo brunch hoy, como lo es en Uni y que le estaba dejando atrás a su alumno deje en la misma carretera. Él tenía un jamón y queso panini y yo tuvimos una muy grande de atún, mayonesa y bap pepino (estaba tan fresca), regados con una lata de coca cola y un café con leche de tamaño decente. La comida era excelente, el servicio fue rápido y la factura sin duda no romper el banco. Dice que ahora ve de nuevo y la próxima vez que recoger o dejar a él volveremos. 10 de 10.

This place does gods breakfast at good prices. Staff are friendly and no complaints from us. Clean venue with easy parking

Went in today to have breakfast with my brother.Service with a smile and a fantastic and quick service with a massive portion for a breakfast. Will be going there again from now on

Visited twice since moving into the area as it seems a reasonably popular cafe. First visit it wasn't very busy but service was very slow. Bacon and egg sandwich was tasty when it finally arrived.Second time was equally quiet and the same lady was serving but this time she had a helper so I hoped to be in and out slightly quicker. No such luck. After a few minutes she acknowledged me and said she would be with me in a minute - not a problem as I wasn't in a hurry so grabbed a paper and stood at the counter reading until she was ready. Someone came up behind me to pay for their food and she took their money - again fine only took a few minutes. Then she called someone to the counter to collect their food - again not a problem as I assumed she was clearing a backlog before serving me (even though it wasn't particularly busy and she hadn't taken my order yet). I put the paper down and waited patiently as the cafe was pretty quiet now and I assumed I must be next but no, some-one came in behind me and straight away she took their order ahead of mine. Perhaps she forgot I was there (difficult to believe as I was standing at the counter) or she thought she had already taken my order or they were a regular but either way she immediately lost my custom.Walked across the road to the chippie and never been back since.

Good honest cafe, good enough value, staffed by a pair of very friendly ladies who always remember your face! Thank you!

I live nearby to Mrs Greedy's and have eaten there a few times. I've had a deliciously tasty bacon and brie panini, a good breakfast, and some lovely bacon butties. The only negative thing I could say is that the chips I got with my panini were awful, some of the worst chips I've ever had. I couldn't eat very many. But perhaps I just got unlucky that day and the fryers were maybe due for an oil change. Aside from those chips, I recommend Mrs Greedy's for some good food.

Went car shopping today and stopped here for a quick lunch. Service with a smile and a bit of humour, the wife had homemade soup and toast and I indulged in egg, bacon and chips all of which was cooked and presented very nicely along with a couple of very nice coffees. Very good value for money and my good lady reports very clean toilets.Oh yes and the car shopping was a complete waste of time

We had a lovely, hearty breakfast here this bank holiday weekend. The cafe was open on bank holiday Monday and had a wide range of food to choose from. There was plenty of choice for vegetarians and children!

In the City for the day I called into this Cafe near to my destination. They have a great range of all the usual Panini's, Sandwiches and Jacket's plus daily specials. Very efficient and friendly staff added to the visit. Comfortable seating and newspapers are provided. Good, clean toilet facilities. Somewhat out of the centre of the City but well worth seeking out. Would certainly call again and highly recommend

great food the bread they use for the sandwiches is fresh straight from miss Browns Bakery on the opposite corner to Mrs Greedys ( Ratcliff street )

Mrs Greedy's breakfasts are very tasty and excellent value for money. I live nearby and my partner finds it more economical to eat a cooked breakfast here than at home, and I don't have to do the washing up!There is lots of choice on the menu, the coffee is good and Mrs Greedy is very friendly. Well worth a visit for a buttie if you are in the area.

Although it was quite busy, service was quick and very friendly. We found Mrs.greedys by accident whilst staying in York march 2013. The breakfasts were extremely good value for money, we ate here every day for our four day trip and were treated like old friends. Would definitely recommend a visit!
