Just burgers, but when one specialises one can prep a small menu ever so well. Moyos did just that. Freshly cooked & taken to beach promenade (one minute away) was perfect.

Best burger spot in Brighton, great quality burgers, I recommend the soulphoo filly cheese burger to anyone who likes a flavourful fresh burger. The Patties are made by them themselves and great tasting as well as the plantain bites are lovely as well. Great family run business and you can tell the two brothers who run and cook at this place have put a lot of time and quality into perfecting their menu and food! Great and charming service with a smile too! Definitely not your average burger spot. Blows bad boys burger, Grubbs and burgeroff out of the water, taste and quality wise.

Firstly, I’m not one to write reviews but Moyos surely deserves it. I visited Moyos in Brighton 3 years ago and recall savouring every bite of the juicy burger. 3 years later headed back and it was great to see the standards haven’t dropped - quality retained and outstanding customer service by the lovely brothers/owners so much so that we had it for dinner AND lunch the next day on a quick work trip. This time around we went all out and tried everything on the menu - burger, wings and patty which were all exceptional!! As we were unaware of the opening times having returned for lunch, the owner kindly whipped a patty for us despite being closed and I couldn’t recommend this place enough - this was a first for us and resonates with the homely feel it has. Can’t wait to head back on the next work trip and if you’re ever in Brighton - Moyos burgers are a must (plus it’s Halal!!) 🤤

We were staying in Brighton for the recent long weekend, and after a long day of walking downhill and uphill from our accommodation into town and back, and being out and about every day, we decided to stay local to where we were staying and did some research on the nearby pubs. We discovered that Moyos Burgers were doing food in the one very near to where we were staying, and as it was a rainy evening of April 1st, we decided to try it out. My wife has a gluten, dairy and egg free diet and we were wondering how this could be catered for. We need not have worried! Once we eyed the street food van quirkily located inside at the back of the pub, we felt sure it would be our thing. We had a great seat near to the van and the pub seemed popular with locals. The lovely man/owner/chef preparing the food was friendly, helpful and kind. He assured us he could cater for the diet and my wife was very pleased. She was able to have a lovely burger made with proper ingredients, chickpeas, aubergines, cabbage, onions and spices with a selection of delicious vegan dressings and handmade chips. The other burger ordered was the Soulfoo Philly Cheeseburger which was extremely delicious too. There is another location on Preston Street for these burgers which is great for takeaway. We enjoyed chatting with the chef who was clearly proud of his food, and we hope to return on our next visit to Brighton and thoroughly recommend! Thank you.

In my top 3 burgers of all time. The top burger in the past 2 years definitely. We had awesome burgers in Oslo, and there was another gaff in Manchester, bit whenever we are in Brighton we come to Moyos. We bought a few friends in here 10/3/24 and they all absolutely LOVED the burgers. Have recommended Moyos to everybody who visits Brighton

Saw this place on Tripadvisor and I thought I should check it out. Standing outside, it wasn’t what expected - but step inside and you can see how clean the kitchen is and how the food is prepared. Both meat and chicken burgers were spot on, as were the Cajun chips. Was talking to a local regular in there and she confirmed how good it was. Great experience at Moyos Burgers

Order placed via Uber Eats. The order was confirmed but then disappeared. I called twice to enquire about the order and no one picked up the phone.

Me and my wife enjoyed this place, the burgers were made with fresh ingredients and passion. Both chaps were very hospitable and I will definitely be going back. Prices are very reasonable considering the current cost of living crisis.

All I have to say is WOW! The burgers were incredible. We both had the Soulfoo Philly Cheese Burger which lived up to all the hype. I don’t think I’ve ever finished a burger that fast. It truly lived up to all the hype. Can’t wait to go back.

The burgers are made fresh, filling and juicy and well seasoned! Brian and George were super hospitable and accommodating ! Gray for take out or just a spot to come in if seating is available and eat. Seating is very limited! Great service and i would totally recommend ! They place looked busy with people coming in and out for their orders. We asked a group and they said it was the best burger in Brighton !

Simply a fantastic quality burger, and not just offering the standard options. Plenty on the menu to satisfy meat eaters as well as vegans. All served with a smile! I will certainly be returning the next time I’m off to Brighton.

On a cold wet miserable rainy Monday evening in December you just need a bit of heat and indulgence. You certainly get that and more from Moyos, first the skilfully crafted Soulfoo Philly Cheeseburger, which is without a doubt the top burger in Brighton. Warming but not overly hot spice and perfectly matched with salad and slaw in the bun. Secondly the melt in your mouth marinated chicken wings, the Carribbean style sweet chilli sauce is again not too spicy, enough to tingle the buds! And lastly proper chips, not skinny fries, soft middle & crunchy outsides crafted with the same care & attention as the burgers. Never been disappointed by this family run and personal burger joint. If you're a chilli lover then you can always go for Frank's hot sauce or a scotch bonnet burger! And there's plenty of vegetarian options too. I rarely stray from the signature Soulfoo though it's just soooo good. Thanks guys for never compromising on the great quality food or the great friendly service.

Every time I come to Brighton for work I always find an excuse to come here it my favourite burger joint in the south east, I’ve even detoured 30 mins to get it The Scotch burger is just unreal and the homemade jerk sauce to die for Tried the Jamaican chicken patty this time and it’s brilliant It’s really welcome the chef is great This place don’t miss it absolutely slaps!!

Let me start of by saying it's rare I ever focus so much on the service but I could have been served a raw fish and still would have rated this 5 stars across the board. Anetta was incredible! I have never experienced such warmth and attention to detail 10 minutes before closing. We were 5 people and she didn't hesitate to engage with us and ask us a bit about our lives. Simply the best customer service experience I've ever had. And that is coming from someone who is addicted to eating out. She is a credit to the Moyos brand and any place would be lucky to have her. Thank you for making us all smile and cooking with such love. I will certainly be coming again.

Amazing service from Aneta. Walked in 10 minutes before closing, we were 5 people and we were greeted with the warmest reception ever experienced in a fast food type of restaurant. She didn’t make us feel rushed, took her time to explain the menu and gave us recommendations. She cooked our food with love and still managed to engage in conversation and have a laugh with us while other orders were coming through Deliveroo. She was on top of her game. Found this place due to an Instagram advertisement. Service is great, food is prepared in a timely manner and the food itself was amazing. The beef burgers are made from real quality meat, you can tell when you tuck into one. I’m not usually big on takeaway chips because they’re always dry by the time you get home, however that’s not the case at all with these and the jerk chicken wings were very nice too. Excellent food, friendly service, and reasonable prices. I had the jerk chicken burger, which had lovely flavours and a really generous portion of chicken. My wife, being vegetarian, had the Fala burger efficiently was also lovely. It was very refreshing to see a place make it's own veggie burger, rather than getting a generic meat substitute burger from the supermarket. Highly recommend.

Went there for a quick dinner. The shop is quite small, mostly takeaway. I had a Mayos Vegan Burger deal for 12£. One can totally skip the fries if not hungry as nothing great. The burger though was quite nice, tender & juicy! The patty was meat free and full of flavour. Maybe ideal if you take a takeaway and eat at the beach. Sweet staff.

I finally made it to Moyos, the bottom of Preston Street in Brighton, opposite the Casino, and the lovely energy and people in there are like home from home. Even though it is very small, the hearts are big and the flavours even more so. I had a Philly Burger and what a delicious treat. I’d recommend them without any hesitation 10 out of 10.

I have just devoured a double scotch burger. It was definitely the best thing I have ever eaten! I have never had a burger so good!

I ordered the Scotch Burger and my girlfriend got the Soulful Philly Cheeseburger and it truly was the best burgers we ever had. Flavours and ingredients were blended so well together and the staff were lovely. 10/10 would recommend and we will be going back for more.

The food was very average. Loads of bones in the fish curry. Fish and chips ok. Had to send back the burger because it was cold. Would not be rushing back. All in all quite disappointing.

This deceptively compact building is a bit of a Tardis, room upon room bars and restaurant areas, mostly attractive decor and a welcoming atmosphere. It was a bit noisy but then it was busy, with everyone having a good time The food was average price and service cheerful (students), but nothing remarkable here. It was at least as good as the next place... Wine prices are ridiculous, stick to beer!
