Absolutely fantastic experience this evening. The welcoming was warm, the venue was clean and the food was lip smacking. I went for the Dumplings which were very tasty not to mention the chilli chicken. Two very good dishes amongst many others on the menu. Would highly recommend this venue to anyone who happens to find themselves in Catterick garrison. Loved it! Back again soon🤞🏽

We’ve just had a weekend away near Catterick and booked for a meal for 6 of us on the Saturday night. They asked us to pre order as Sat is a busy night but that was fine. The food was delicious and so very different. Everything was tasty although some of the dishes had more spice than we were used to. However the thing that made the evening were the staff, they couldn’t do enough for us and were so lovely and helpful. I wish we lived nearer so we could go again to try some different dishes. I played it safe and went for the chicken Thakali set which was a large platter with a mix of rice, curry, dhal and pickles, it was delicious.

Honestly this is the worst takeaway I've ever eaten in my life. Nearly 1 hour wait for poorly labelled food, the food well if you want to die early this is the perfect spot, half was tasteless the other have was near enough pure salt. I've never eaten anything so bad, iam just glad the cans of pop tasted OK otherwise I would of died of thirst.

Very authentic Nepali cuisine delicacies with typical Nepali flavour and spices. Everything we have tasted were so good and to top that, in a very reasonable price. My family and friends will be returning here in a regular basis.

The lamb sukuti and chicken momo was delicious, it tasted like food in Nepal, brought back memories! The staff were super friendly:)

From the start we ordered and had to wait around 50 minutes sat in the shop and was given no expected time for the food to be done. Whilst in the shop a customer came to collect his food and was told ‘ 2 minutes’ ...he was sat there 10 minutes later... on returning home to eat the food we found the sauce accompanying the ‘momo’ was just sweet chilli sauce. The pork chilli was the worst i have ever experienced, covered in a soft batter and tasteless itself. For ‘flavouring’ it seemed again to just be copious amounts of a sickly sauce, the quality of the meet and dish were dreadful. Positives the momo themselves were nice and the mixed chowmein was good.

Called on a Saturday had very long wait, I guess to be expected shame wasn't told at time of ordering. On the plus side the portions are big no complaints there. In terms of quality felt disappointed. The most disappointing was the curry dishes were swimming in oil. Somewhat off putting. Would I go back maybe but I would request less oil in the curry.

I used to go to Leyburn to get a takeaway, but the quality of the food had declined, so I tried Mount Everest Gurkha Takeaway, and wow - I wish I'd found it sooner. All the food is freshly cooked and the flavours were superb. Friendly service and very reasonably priced. Will most definitely returning .... frequently ....

Don’t be put off by the entrance because up the stairs is a cosy restaurant (and takeaway) with some of the best Asian food I’ve had in England. The waiters are really friendly and helpful, and when the food arrived it was piping hot (temperature) and full of flavour. Each dish was a very reasonable price for the size and the Royal Lamb Achari and Tandoori Chicken Murgh Masala were full of tender well spiced meat. The largest crispest Naan I’ve ever had (see photo). It is BYO, but as soon as they spotted our bottles of Tiger, they happily produced beer glasses with no corkage charges. A posh environment it isn’t but cosy, attentive and superb food gets my vote. For the two of us, five dishes, plus rice and Naan were under £40.
