Lovely setting, very simple menu of about 3 different dishes. We had cheese ploughmans, which was 2 slices of bread and chunk of cheese, with few pickled onions in a bowl and little dish of pickle. Gallery upstairs has lovely views. Some interesting bit's for sale

Very nice food, with seating outside or inside (the upstairs room has lovely views across the fields to the sea, and you sit surrounded by paintings). Just an easy 10-minute walk from the coastal path.

Good value for money, great soup and coffee and lovely service. We ate here a few times during our week away. Upstairs has a view to die for. Would agree with the previous review, excellent apricot flapjack, and I have to admit, I have sampled a good many over the years in various places!

Hidden just off the main road so need to keep an eye out for the signs. Very friendly cafe and art gallery with good apricot flapjacks! There is an art gallery upstairs who at the time had an exhibition of Ken Swift's Sacred Stones work and we ended up buying one of his pictures!

This is a very pleasant, quiet spot. As is to be expected, the menu is limited but the quality is excellent. There was an interesting art exhibition when we visited. Off the beaten track but worth a visit.

Lovely cafe with gorgeous art gallery attached stumbled across it on our drive down the coast and would most definitely recommend. We even came away with a painting.

You could easily by-pass this little place en route from Pendeen to St Ives but well worth the detour. Good food in a calm friendly atmosphere surrounded by frequently changing artist exhibitors in both the café area and the upstairs gallery, along with stunning cliff views. On a cold day a real oasis to rewind and get a bit of art on board !

Lovely little cafe and gallery, not a lot of parking available but we managed. Took our little dog in with us. Loved the exhibition upstairs and could not resist buying a picture. Back downstairs we enjoyed tea and cake. Soya milk available, I am non-dairy. Cafe full of art/craft works, all so tempting. Wished we had lunched there, will be back again.

For many years the School House Morvah has been one of my favourite places to visit. The café with its homemade soups, fresh bread and lovely cakes is always a joy to visit. There are local crafts on sale, and some charming info about the area to browse in the café. Upstairs you will find the spacious and peaceful gallery filled with the wonderful light of West Penwith - not so far away you will see the magnificent Atlantic Ocean. Then there are the great exhibitions to see, I mustn´t forget those! Always impressive and stylishly displayed. This place is a great find just an easy walk along the lane from Pendeen village. Even though I now live in Reykjavík Iceland I visited in 2017 and 2018!

We stopped randomly on the way to Lands End to have a cup of tea. We had a lovely chat and there is some great art. I ended up buying some silver earrings directly from the artist

Walked here in a very misty, thick fog and it was nice to stumble across this place. An art gallery and cafe, with a shop selling books of local interest etc. Had a wander around the gallery, upstairs is a lovely space, with what I imagine is a great view down to the coast, however with the thick fog, we could see nothing. Had a pot of tea and some carrot cake which was welcome while we dried out a bit. Most, if not all the food served seems to be vegetarian, but if you are veggie, steer clear of the Cornish Hevva cake, looks delicious, but is made with lard.

We were starting a long walk and what better than a good cup of coffee and some hevva cake or saffron bun? Upstairs with stunning views out towards the cliff and surrounded by beautiful art.

Lovely little Café, Art gallery and shop. We were very pleased to find this place, having walked about 6 miles and having about a 50 minute wait for the bus and with the weather just looking ready to rain this was a real surprise only had tea and cake but it was just right.

Just off the road to St Just in Penwith is the Morvah Schoolhouse. A hidden gem that has been there for 17 years. We stopped there for lunch today and were very happily suprised to find a great vegetarian cafe and art gallery. There are tables upstairs and down. If you can snag one upstairs grab it! The views are fantastic. The food is simple, well made vegetarian fare. The other half had the lasagna which was fantastic. A huge portion served with a lovely salad. I had carrot and ginger soup with fresh locally made bread. A great find!!

This is a community run initiative with a studio and 4 table cafe. The yummy cakes are moist and made by local farmers in the village from fresh local organic ingredients.Soups , sandwiches and a variety of hot and cold drinks at a reasonable price (elderflower cordial £1.20) Great stopover in the heat or the gales.5 -10 min off coastal path and easy to find by the church. A very welcome cafe.

Friendly staff, prompt service and a nice cream tea. There is seating in the main cafe, some more under the cover of a small marquee and loads more on the lawn. Reasonably priced too.
