The food is always, without exception, stone cold. This has been a consistent problem at this particular branch of Morrison’s for quite some years.

We went for breakfast this past week. Waited and waited with no indication of what was happening. After 35 minutes a young guy who I assume was the cook came out and went over to a guy sitting towards the front of the cafe and said 5 minutes. What about the rest of us?? My husband then asked the lady serving when we might get our breakfast and she said they are just coming out now. Forty five minutes after we ordered it arrived with not so much as an apology or reason given as to why it took so long. I realise things break and go wrong but giving your customers a hint as to what is happening might have been a good idea. We won't be back

Place is thiley tolits are a mess in the shop things are hanging off doors in the tolits the smell is absolutely terrible the tolits had crapdown them

Poor. Ordered full breakfast and southern fried chicken burger. Tomato missing from both. No coleslaw. All was cold. Didn’t send back or complain because they were so busy and we didn’t have time to wait. Other customers also complained and sent food back. Very disappointing. Not particularly cheap either. Will not return. Standards aren’t what they used to be. Also dirty dishes everywhere, tray store full. Not enough staff me thinks !!!!

Ohnestly the full English is on point as a die hard tottenham fan this was proper footy scran fueling me up for the game on monday i thought those sausages were from god himself i will make sure to go here every time some everton fans need a right telling off

I have to say my experience here was faultless. Clean table, we had everything we needed. The fish and chips were excellent, crispy batter, really nice thick fish, I could not fault it. Left very full.

Came to Morrisons cafe as they opened on a Sunday morning. The booths were filthy so clearly not cleaned upon close the night before. Dirty trays on display from the day before and the cups disgusting even though been through the washer ( still warm) the silverware always looks grubby and the trays they are stored in not cleaned regularly. Tables so sticky I used hand gel and napkins to clean everything

Morrisons at crewe has two cafes. One is more of a restaurant. The other is a barista. We like the barista for just drinks. We quite like the decaf tea but for some unknown reason they had a refurb and now you can’t have it. Also when we asked about a scone you can only have this if you have jam and butter surely this is encouraging people to have sugar in their diet so out of principal we went with out. I must say I felt excluded because I couldn’t have decaf tea but being in a supermarket where you can buy some decaf t bags does not make sense I always thought the customer is always right . We left disappointed.

Went for breakfast, could not change anything I could not eat, awful, everything was either under cooked, cold or not worth anything. Tomatoes went back twice to be cooked properly Previously I am a regular visitor, never again will I go. Menu changed, nothing I would request again.

Went for breakfast. Asked to swap fried bread for toast. Morrisons say NO. Can take fried bread off and then pay for toast but no to swap. Walked out and went to tesco. Won't be eating at Morrisons again. Customer service = 0

Despite there being a wide range of vegan offerings within the store it is disappointing that there is a very limited range within the café. I recently requested a vegetarian breakfast which comprises: vegetarian sausage (none vegan); eggs (none vegan); toast; baked beans; hash brown and mushrooms. I asked that the sausage and eggs be replaced with an additional portion of hash browns and mushrooms. I requested confirmation that the mushrooms were not cooked in butter - they were. I then requested that the mushrooms be cooked in water - unfortunately it was not possible to achieve this. This is very disappointing and so easy to rectify; I am curious why such a simple request could not be satisfied and hope that Morrisonns will respond positively.
