Realised after we had paid, looking at the prices displayed, they had over charged us. They just picked a number and typed it into the card machine. Our friend also had the same thing, was charged £15 and should have been 12.95. Not okay.

They made mistake with our order and then when I called them to explainm they refused to correct it - will not order here again

Yet again a banging chicken wrap. Always had good food here, wraps, kebabs and pizza. So polite and always up for a good chat.

Have had nice takeaways in past. However went tonight and ordered 1x double mixed doner with no pitta or chips and extra salad chilli and garlic alongside the same for my girlfriend, but shish not doner. Came home to one having no sauce whatsoever, and chips which we specifically asked not to have. Also had miniscule amount of meat for 20 pound in total!! £20 in total spent and I got a tiny bit of doner and a incredibly small amount of salad with chips I didn't order, and my girlfriend had a small size shish with a tiny salad. No chilli peppers (which we confirmed they would put plenty in). Absolutely not worth £20, in fact feel like I was robbed. Despite multiple visits and takeaways in the past, I won't return if this is the new standard.

Normally love this kebab shop but as soon as got there felt unwelcomed didn’t get what ordered either and when questioned on order basically got told that what we got was all we were having.

They send the wrong food and then argue they didn't. Barely speak any English and had to say over 10 times to get point across. Trash

Ordered a pizza twice now both times it came wrong so I called up to try and sort it out, the owner started being really aggressive and swearing over the phone! Absolutely awful do not recommend!

I ordered my food and I was genuinely out in the next minute (no exaggeration), insanely quick and the staff were absolutely lovely the entire time. Would wholeheartedly recommend, my favourite takeaway in Bristol, I've ordered from here countless times and it always impresses.

I fancied a pizza tonight that wasn't dominos. So we ordered two pizzas from this kebab House. The pizzas arrived hot and perfectly on time. I went with the veggie and my boyfriend had the mighty meaty, they were both really good, not at all dry like pizzas I've had from other places. Generous toppings with lots of cheese which is always a winner! We'll definitely order from here again 👌🏻

Worst kebab in Bristol. Dry and bland. Terrible service and rude staff. Don't eat here! Even after they delivered the wrong food they refused to send the correct delivery.

My friends and I ordered a load of food, including chips, cheese and gravy. All of the chips arrived without any gravy, so I called the restaurant to fix the issue and the guy called me a liar. Why on earth would I lie about gravy missing? I wasn’t trying to get a refund, but I wanted what I paid for. He hung up the phone. Extremely disappointing and rude. Never going to use them again and I definitely wouldn’t recommend them unless you’re happy with poor quality/missing food and service.

Another evening of some serious reflecting. Went on a 6/ 8 mile walk and having done an extensive training and pondering, I craved a few burgers. I purchased two lamb/ beef burgers having walked and explored different parts of Bristol - off the beaten pathway. I wish I had been to this joint earlier - it's been around for over a decade! Reflecting on peer review work and presentations that I've promoted over the years, with a view to present a paper linking nephrology, Islamic faith and medico-legal remit.

Was there couple of times, the food is served very quickly and the quality of it is quite nice. Good place to go after clubbing

Tomé la entrega y cuando la abrí me enviaron papas fritas con queso, nuggets de pollo, una pizza de carne y los dos artículos correctos, pan de ajo y palitos de mozzarella. . . . . . no Fanta Ya había pasado una hora de espera, así que no me molesté en llamarlos. La comida en sí estaba buenísima, sin problemas, aunque no comí las pepitas. Sin kebab y sin bebida. . . . . Pobre.

I order to be delivered to my home from here whenever I want a kebab it is as simple as that. I even order the same thing, a mixed kebab made up of kofta, donna and shish with garlic mayo and a fresh mixed salad. I also always get a side of their home made chilli sauce to liberally pour over the top of this to my heart's content. Bristol and myself are lucky to have it.

Was looking for somewhere to eat and found this kabab shop, looked nice and clean and the staff seemed helpful. I was trying to eat healthy so opted for a chicken Shish Kebab with salad. It was that good I visited another 3 times in the week and had the same kebab. It cost £8 for a large one and it had loads of chicken. Very popular with the local students which is always a good sign

So easy to get it right! Lovely staff and awesome fresh food at s good price I get one every week. Recommend the shish chicken with salad.

Preciosos grandes kebabs mixtos. Salsa de chile es increíble y encantador y caliente. La pizza también es buena. Me llevé un pequeño banquete a casa después de nuestra noche y disfrutamos cada bocado. Tal vez la bebida ayudó pero sé que en ese momento pensé que este era uno de los mejores kebabs que he comido. !Personal amable y educado. La tienda también está muy limpia. Volveremos en el futuro.

Dropped in late last evening for a bite to eat. Staff very friendly, shop very clean. Mixed kebab with garlic and mint sauce was absolutely stunning! Will definitely recommend. Be back soon....5*****

Usually a very high standard of food but tonight, with new staff members working, both the chips and onion rings were undercooked. Hopefully next time will be better!

Reasonably priced and tasty. There's a lot of choice, they also do pizzas and veggie options such as hummus in pitta bread

Had a takeaway from here tonight and it was vile greasy and salty has new management but must of changed the food suppliers won't go again

Wasn't impressed with the advertising, I ordered a kebab and it was advertised on the board with chips, then they refused to give me any chips with my order and refused to stick to what was advertised.

Mi noche mensual fuera siempre implica un viaje aquí para una gran Doner kebab y patatas fritas. Nunca nos ha decepcionado aquí; buena parte de tamaño y absolutamente delicioso. Y las patatas fritas son simplemente increíble; siempre super crujientes, que es lo que quieres de una fritanga francés. Sé que no es comida muy buena, pero después de unas pintas no hay nada mejor que un viaje aquí.

yes l enjoy a take-away especially minutes away from my home l have been a customer for over twenty years ! excellent choice of meats and salads and friendly staff - extremely large portions - a favourite with families wanting a break from cooking

We do enjoy a mixed kebab to share for our dinner occasionally, but we really didn't enjoy the kebabs we bought here on either visit ( we thought we would give them the benefit of the doubt with our second visit). The chicken was very dry as was the actual kebab meat and the salad selection was extremely limited - both times we visited it was relatively early in the evening so I dread to think what the kebabs are like after the pubs shut!

I had the lamb shish, my partner had chipps in pitta with the pickled chillis. The food was excellent, the service was fast and friendly though not quite as good as in Colchcester. Best sit down meal i have had in ages - 5 stars!
