If I could rate this as 0 I would!! My food come with no sauce even though I called to tell them extra sauce yet non. Then to find a long hair wrapped around my donner meat! I called in and got called a liar and no call was ever made yet it was I even have proof. And that no hair would of gone in the food. Meat was really oily. Just a bad place and bad food. Wouldn't recommend and staff are SO RUDE!!!

Been using this place a few times , ordered tonight they had no kofte , so replaced with a little extra lamb but not enough and hardly no donor meat in tray , very small portions and hardly no chips , very disappointing

Just had to worst experience of my life I made an order and was told my order will be 10 mins to pick up I got there in 30 mins and was told my order was not made yet and it will be ready in 15 mins. I told the girl at the till that she told me my food would be ready in 10 mins and she replied “do you want it or not?’” 😳 Then she called the manager and he told me what my order cost so I tried to pay with my card and he tells me cash only!!!! 🙈 I told him they should of told me on the phone when I made my order the it was only cash and he replied “it says it here” (at the till) but I made my order over the phone so how would I know it was only cash?????? He started shouting at me telling me that he’s the manager and if I don’t like it to leave 😡😡 Seriously I’m in shock!!! If I could give 0 stars I would 🤷‍♀️🙈😳😡

Be careful make sure they don’t try and do you over with your change

Maybe not have some rude girl serving customers and you might have got a better review. Don't exactly appreciate someone rolling her eyes at me (Yes I saw you in the mirror when I turned around) for no reason and talking down to me.

Taken my payment sat then declined my order as I live to far. No call asking if I could collect. I rang them and said there was a system error but will get money back asap. Still no refund and ignoring me through FB. Email on their details are invalid. Poor customer service

Best chicken about , never had a burger like it my life , chicken fillet meal all the way never change it ❤️ 10/10 and come With loads of chips and drink for £8

The chicken kebab is so tasty. So plentiful with lots of fresh salad and tender chicken chunks. High recommend

Found this place via Google and it's always been our go to since. Food always tastes great, portions are huge for the low price and the delivery woman is so friendly. Would absolutely recommend.

I ended up in this place out of the blue today as I was meeting friend that lives there locally. SO I ordered Lamb Shish kebab with chips, salad and garlic sauce on the side. Shish was GOOD, bit underseasoned but meat was quite good and small portion was generous! Chips were nice too, garlic sauce in little pot was AMAZING, haven't tried salad yet. The only thing what ruins everything there is that young girl with FUNNY ATTITUDE! She pretended NOT to hear me when I was literally next to her till so it was really weird to had to shout out everything to her, her face was obviously NOT happy and she looked like she's constipated or something, weird as hell not gonna lie! All locals told me she's VERY RUDE and no one likes her. I assume someone needs either customer service training or get rid of that STINKY ATTITUDE Miss Princess 😆 🤣 😂

I have let these get away without complaint far too many times. I ordered tonight at 6.30 to be told would be with us within 30 - 45 minutes. 7.30 came still no food. My partner rang to be told it had left 10 minutes before. They then phoned back saying that the drivers battery had run out so couldn’t get directions so had taken the food back to the shop, but that they was cooking us a fresh order. After 30 minutes the food arrived cold, overcooked apart from the chips which were soggy. These closed down to have a refit done before Xmas as they was on the verge of being closed down by heath & safety which they did a full refit. Milton Charcoal Grill should be be giving our top food & should be doing so constantly to save them from being closed down by health & safety next time.

The food is OK and the portion size are adequate, the price if fair with all-round good quality.

Not the same, used to be the best with huge portions and great tasting kebabs, now the portions are just average and they don’t follow order notes

Best keebab and pizza in town always reliable delivery and quality food . Been using for years and only once had wrong order delivered, this was corrected quickly with a sincere apology.

As of today I'll never order food in this place. Some gangster wanna be nephew/son/grandson wanna give me attitude because he simply forgot to add salad with my large mixed donor! When I went back to ask about the salad, apparently.....now you have to tell them you want salad with your kebab otherwise they'll give you none. His attitude was appalling. Learn some manners and customer care son!!!

Didn't get the ribs we ordered, eventually turned up an hour later, smallest portion of baby ribs ever. Worked out at a pound per rib. Won't be using them again.

Was recommended by a friend as our usual had taken a downturn..we was extremely pleased and will definitely be using as our regular now A+++

EXCELLENT food as always - customer not wearing mask so I called on phone - was told staff at that time didn’t have the time to ask the customer ! I was asked for my details so when the non masked customer came in again staff could pass my details to him so I could discuss with non masked person ! A member of staff didn’t have a mask on either - no gloves . The boss was quite rude to me saying I should of asked customer about the lack of mask - Shame as I’ve been coming here for years .

If they can't manage to get rid of the 3 to 4 weeks worth of rotting food waste that it is piling up outside their shop ..could be a very good indicator of the quality of food on offer if they have no regard for hygeine !!!

Well I ordered at 6.15 on a Saturday night and was given a 7.20 delivery time. Arrived just before 7! So here early and the portion size was enormous. I think I have enough food to last till Monday. Food was hot, well packaged and tasted good. May we’ll be the go-to place for pizza and kebab in future.

Been ordering kebabs from here for years and never had a kebab anywhere else. Never have to wait long for delivery food tastes great. Chips can be a bit soggy sometimes but kebab is always fresh and tasty!

Waited over an hour for a delivery called 3 times an got 3 different excuses absolute joke

The food was very greasy, too much for me to be able to finish it.

I used this place many times however they have gone down hill last 2 years. ever time I order a meal deal they all ways miss the drink then I call an have to get them delivered an the woman on the phone is really rude. Will be using a different kebab shop

Ordered yesterday £35 worth. Said 45min... came 1 hour and 30min later. Cold and disgusting!!! Go to Aida Kebab!! Best kebab. Honestly wasted so much food. Do not go! Not worth using just eat delivery.

I have to be honest - its looks run down. Really run down. But they do turn out very good Kababs and Pizzas, probably the best in the area. So don’t be put off and give them a try.

Ordered 2 donner kebabs and both were seriously undercooked. So raw I could still hear the sheep baaaaaing. Waste of money

Ordered in shop which could do with the decor being updated. Had to wait a little longer than expected but the food was well cooked and very tasty. Will use again but will probably order for delivery next time.

Friendly staff, good pizza, wonderful kebabs. Chicken can be hit or miss, but 90% hit! Like most similar places though, the fries come equipped with built-in soggy-ness.

Really friendly staff, easy to talk to, great sense of humour too.. The food is top-notch. I go there every friday and always get whopping service. The Kebabs are to die for, their chicken pieces are really nice and crunchy… The chips are outta this world… Usta, you deserved this! Keep on your hard work!
