Mirka was amazing and very attentive. She was very knowledgeable about all the products and had a lovely smile on her face. Would highly recommend visiting. The food was amazing and melts in your mouth.

We had four different mains and were well cooked and tasty. Staff were attentive and professional at all times. Well worth a visit.

Came out for a family meal and nothing was too much trouble food was delicious and cocktails were fabulous

Pumpkin was raw,ribeye was undercooked and full of uncooked fat and one dish was missing from the order,pumpkin was replaced and put up with the undercooked steak,staff were ok but the chef or lack of one needs sorting out,won’t be going to this miller and carter again.

Visited last night for a birthday celebration. We were met at door by a smiling host, given a quick tour, taken to our table - quiet one as requested. All our meals were served hot, cooked as requested (being steak), beautifully presented, absolutely delicious and the desserts beautiful. We had someone with an allergy on the table and this was recognised and acknowledged for our peace of mind. The table service was great, friebdly, smilingvand helpful. It felt like a really special dining experience, as it should do.

We really enjoyed our meals. The staff were friendly and Natasha was very good. Nice to see someone take pride in their job. Only disappointment was the crème brûlée. This was very thin and the top not crunchy at all.

Miller & Carter never fail to impress

The setting was nice and the dining area was clean. The service was mostly OK, but some errors were made which required us to ask more than once to be fixed. Some of our food was missing when it was brought out and some of the sides were actually cold. The steaks themselves (and the sauces) were warm - cooked through - but warm. I suspect they had been left waiting to be brought to us too long. Because our wait time between starters and mains was quite long. Plus they messed up our order, despite being able to read back what and how we had ordered. The experience wasn’t great, but it wasn’t awful. I have had much better experiences at other branches of this chain.

This is the best M&C I've been to so far. Staff were very helpful and the food was perfect - cooked exactly how we asked for. We will be booking up to come again soon. Thank you!

The service of Jorden, Ellie and Shannon was excellent, they really took great care of us. The food was amazing and we were made feel welcome in all aspekts.. If your looking for a great experience this is the place to go!

Natasha was a fantastic host, we had a really lovely time! All staff were very accommodating.

Had the £37 10oz fillet. Was fatty? And the fries were cold. The pallet cleanser lettuce with blue cheese was lovely. Best part of my meal. The kids fish fingers were also very nice. Staff were great.

As far as chain restaurants go, Miller is quite decent. We generally go for a Butchers block with some extra sides and it easily feeds a family of four. The only let down are the frozen chips. Some homemade chips would really elevate the experience.

First time visiting, we went for mother's day so it was busy, but the service did not falter. The sharing cookie was divine. Ellie our server was great, a credit to your team.

Great food nicely cooked very tasty steak and sauce. We were served by Charlie who was simply wonderful thank you for making it such an enjoyable meal.

We had an early dinner here for my birthday and it was brilliant. The staff were attentive but not obtrusive. The food was delicious with generous portions. The Calamari starter portion was much bigger than a lot of other local venues, as was the cheesy mushroom starter. We both had burgers for mains and they were huge! And very tasty. To my surprise, after the mains I was presented with the platter (picture attached) which included a non-alcoholic cocktail as they had noticed I wasn't drinking alcohol. This was perfect and such a lovely gesture! Managed to save just enough room for a mini pudding and drink and the chocolate brownie was very rich. All in all, a wonderful meal and experience. We will be back!

Went to MC middlewich on a Sunday evening. EPIC Food was insane, we had the fillet steak, probably the best cooked steak I’ve had for years. Absolutely bang on quality of meat, cooked and served properly. Service was excellent, great knowledge of everything on the menu. A really pleasant dining experience. Good work MC Middlewich 👍👍

We had a lovely dining experience here. The hostess (whose name I didn’t get) was extremely welcoming and checked in with us later on in the evening as well. The food was amazing, however, I am a strong believer that it doesn’t matter how good the food is, the visit as a whole , depends majorly on the service, and this visit did not disappoint. Charlie our waiter was very helpful, explaining everything we were not sure about as this was our first time in a steakhouse. His service was genuine and honest which is rarely seen. Well done Charlie and thank you for a lovely evening

Big Birthday, Big Expectations, Ready to Pay for Quality. Food was an insult for the money and yes I will ring them and let them try to change my experience (no doubt cough up more money in the process) but if I can liken my first experience it's like getting a second hand dog eared stained paperback when you expected mint from the description. I'm not disgruntled I'm actually upset ant takes a lot.

Shannon our server was brilliant and helpful. She made us feel very welcome and made us laugh the whole night. The food was amazing and steaks were cooked to perfection! Can’t wait for Our second visit and hope that shannon will be our server again. We left very happy and full!!☺️

First time at miller and carter. The service was fire and it wasn’t a busy night. We asked for a side order of creamed spinach. She didn’t think they had any and was going to check. Never came back. Food was good although we only had a chicken and a beef burger. £18 for a burger is overpriced. So bad service + expensive = no more visits

First time eating here as a treat for my son's 12th birthday. Everything was fantastic. The steaks were brilliant, the burger was amazing. And the kids menu was great value. Enjoyed the free glass of fizz (for downloading the app) too!! Christian was our server and he was fabulous. Really attentive, helpful and patient. Great dinning experience over two consecutive evenings, a couple of days ago. I was met at the restaurant’s reception by the delightful Mirunka (one of the managers). I was dining alone and I was in the area for a short time, after my car had broken down en route to Cornwall, whilst waiting for my car to be fixed locally. I was met with a welcoming smile and shown to my table. Everywhere was spotless and looking very sharp. A great choice offered on the menus at reasonable prices. The great service I received from all staff was second to none. A great atmosphere all round with other diners seemingly enjoying their evening too. Along with the waiting staff a special mention must go to Mirunka, who went that extra mile to make me feel so welcome! She really is an asset for Miller & Carter, with exceptional customer service and personality! Thank you for a great dining experience. John 🌟

Me and my boyfriend visited the middlewich miller and carter for Valentine’s Day and the service was excellent! Christian in particular was our steak master and he was lovely and when I told him it was my first time to any miller and carter he was so kind to us. Although he clearly has a lot to do he took his time with us and We felt really looked after and enjoyed our valentines meal! The “butchers block” was fantastic! Such good value for money and the peppercorn sauce was to die for🤤 Also the other servers were lovely the vibe was excellent and it was such a pleasant experience thank you everyone. We will definitely be back.

Afternoon Lunch with my friends I was looked after by several members of team have booked in with the hubby for valentines.

Out for a meal last night the team told us the reasons why they ring the bell, why you get a wedge and how a steak is reccomended really great to learn this.

Hundreds of seats and there was two of us and they turned us away straight away saying we only taking booking tn we were looking forward to it and couldn’t even get a meal peak

Excellent food and good service and atmosphere

Turned up at 6pm as a couple on a Saturday night with no reservation. Car park was less then half empty. Lots of empty seating, got told at the desk they were fully booked with the next free table was 8pm. Drove to a nearby Italian that was packed and they squeezed us in. My advice make sure you book else computers says nooo.

Thank you for going the extra mile. My father has struggles walking and all of the team went out of their way to ensure his visit was great. We can’t wait to come again.

A lot went wrong from start to finish poorly ran nobody knew what they were doing it wasn’t a miller and carter experience more of a local pub experience and the price between miller and carter and your average pub is dramatically different.

Carl gave us great service. The meal was excellent.
