Sadly this takeaway thought it was fine to substitute scampi and chips with chicken nuggets WITHOUT informing us. Only when bitten into did I phone them assuming it was an error and ( despite being pescatarian) expecting them to be shocked/ apologetic and therefore understand mistakes can happen - however they were AWARE of it : “Because we didn’t have any scampi”!! Completely unacceptable. A shame because the curry and rice was nice - but hard to trust a restaurant with such a cavalier attitude to orders.

Honestly I don't know where to begin with this, I am so upset as I have spent £50 on an order to receive salad in a dog poop bag ! I also ordered a king prawn bryiani which came with 3 pieces of prawn cut in half which was a big shame. Also they sent us the wrong lamb curry which was coconut when my partner specifically ordered one without any sweet toppings which we had to send back and receive another one bare in mind we ordered two portions ! Eventually we got our curry and it was exactly the same as the last one sweet again! We ended up leaving the food outside for the foxes to eat. Worst experience ever to be honest. I will never eat from here again.I DO NOT RECOMMEND EATING FROM HERE AT ALL UNLESS YOU WANT TO WASTE YOUR MONEY !!!

Sorry Miahs you need to up your game, chicken jalfrezi was as mild as a korma,I quite like a korma, but this jalfrezi was very watery and “tinned tomatoey”.Its like your big pot of Jalfrezi base was getting low and your chef topped it up with a jug of water and a couple of tins of tomatoes. The poppadoms were not crispy and slightly soft,& as for your chutneys and pickles, you sent us 3 pots of raitha and 1 mango chutney.Where were the pickles?.Onion Bahji was undercooked and floury, without a whole lot of flavour. If it was just 1 component wrong, then I could let it slide, but nothing we had was up to standard.

This was my first takeaway/ delivery since the lockdown started, and I have to say Miahs delivered above and beyond. There was a small glitch with the delivery, which was sorted straight away with a minimal delay. That said everything I ordered was fresh and tasty . The delivery itself was straightforward, with no contact but a big smile from the delivery guy. I would really recommend Miahs every time. They always deliver on time and the food is always excellent! Anyone looking for a special treat ( Father’s Day) you couldn’t go wrong with a delivery from these guys 👍 Thanks Miahs, you always happy t the spot.

This was our third meal from Miah’s using their excellent delivery service. We only tried them after lockdown started and we were not disappointed! Great food, I recommend the chicken Shashlik, wonderful! We also had a chicken biriani and mushroom rice and poppadoms which were lovely and crispy. £20 and more than enough for two. Each time we order the delivery comes in record time! Half an hour last night - hot and tasty- what more could you want?! Look out other Indian takeaways- don’t rest on your laurels as Miahs is the top of the tree in my view!

We hardly ever have a takeaway but, in the current pandemic, we are trying to support local businesses and have decided to have takeaway food at least twice a week. We consider ourselves quite well educated in respect of food at least and have travelled widely and often including living in a number of countries. Yesterday I called Miah’s for a takeaway. They have their own delivery service so that meant discussing our food directly with the Restaurant which was a plus point. We ordered a couple of mains including my wife’s test dish, butter chicken. They have a new starter, Fish Pakora, and we had 2 portions. Additionally we had a paratha, coconut rice and sides of aubergine, okra and mushrooms. The total came to just over £40. I ordered for 6pm and it arrived slightly ahead of schedule. The food was piping hot and came with garnish and a sauce for the Pakora. All the food was flavoursome and well cooked. We enjoyed every item and the portions were so generous that we had some “leftovers” that we ate today. We recommend them highly and were impressed by every aspect, temperature, packaging and presentation and the quality of service. We will be using them again and look forward to the further experience. You may ask why not a 5 star; it is such a high grade I reserve mine for truly exceptional places. But Miah’s certainly impressed us and in a positive way. They well deserve the 4 star grading.

Had never used this takeaway although it is not very far from us. Our usual ones were closed as it was Monday (and maybe because of Coronavirus). We rang and gave our order and although they said it would be longer it arrived in about 20 minutes! Wonderful food - lovely spices and perfectly cooked. We will be using this takeaway again! Delivered to our door - only £1 delivery charge. Overall less than £20 for the two of us.

I just pop in for 2 coffees and a porridge and the lady with red hair has been very rude. She put cold milk in my porridge after I specified at the till that i want hot milk. She express her frustration after i confront her saying that i should ask for hot milk next time twice.

I went with a friend who I see every three years, and it had to be right. This really was. I was delighted with the quality of the ingredients, the presentation, and the attentive service from the two staff who looked after us. The week after my wife and I went to Paris for three days, and had meals in top-class restaurants. The Wisley Terrace Restaurant experience compared extremely favourably - the terrace offered great food at realistic prices, served with a real concern that we were enjoying ourselves
