Melted in Portsmouth

I drive past this place all the time, popped in for the first time to order a toasted breakfast sandwich and a coffee. Coffee was from a proper machine made fresh in front of me and the toastie was just what the doctor ordered. "Very happy bunny"

Has this place got new owners had a cheese and sausage toastie I used to eat them all the time but now it’s very very cheap sausages and mild cheese which had no taste absolutely awful took it home and gave it to the dogs, will never go back and I suggest you guys never try this awful place.

Very slow service and wrong food. Was very rude when we called to complain. Would not recommend very over priced

original deliver time was 40 min,which quicly went to 1 hour 10. when i called after an hour and ten i was told the driver had just left. i called again at an hour and half to be told more lies. stunningly the food turned up an hour and 3/4's. and amazingly the sandwiches were still hot (after nearly 40 mins in the drivers car???????) the curry on the chips was solid and tasteless. the staff are rude and liars . dont bother orderering from this place.

It takes ages for the delivery guy to arrive, on Uber eats there is no minimum order but they keep rejecting everything below 16£. The delivery guy from Melted just left the order in front of the door ON TOP OF A TRASH BIN without calling or ringing the bell and I estimate it was sitting there for 40 minutes. The coffee was disgusting as it had grounds in it. The full melt toast and the brownie were good but the overall service....

We absolutely love the food that Melted produce and how their menu continues to grow with tasty options to choose from. The brownies are divine ❤️ They are under a lot of pressure at the moment with increased orders where everyone is under lockdown, so you may have to wait a while, but I can promise you the food is 100% worth waiting for - just take the time to plan ahead for when you might want your food rather than waiting till you’re hungry to order. Well done Melted for keeping up your high standards during this difficult time and we hope you continue to thrive!

Worst delivery I have ever had. Waited nearly three hours for delivery. finally arrived and the driver stood at the door trying to hand me the food during quarantine and lock down. we ordered three toasties, Chiili loaded fries and crispy chicken. Driver explained they had forgotten to give him... the toasties, so he would go back and get them. Crispy (!!!) chicken and fries were stone cold. to the point they could not be eaten and went in the bin. called the company to ask where the rest of our food was. they were very apologetic, and assured us they were making fresh, and would send brownies by way of apology. Cold, tasteless limp sandwiches arrived ten minutes later. Sans brownies. all the fillings look like they came out of a tin. Cold and ineddible. I will never go back and would not recommend to my worst enemy

Pedido de este lugar unas 5 veces ahora. Cada vez que he pedido de este lugar me han enviado la bebida equivocada, ya que se han "quedado sin coca cola de cereza" 5 veces esto ha sucedido, QUE BROMA. También te dan la opción de agregar queso a la mayoría de las comidas, he pagado extra cada vez por esto y ¿adivinen qué? No Queso. También dejo los albaranes para que el conductor llame a mi móvil cuando esté fuera ya que tenemos gente que trabaja en turno de noche en la casa. SIEMPRE ha sido ignorado. Este lugar parece estar completamente cómodo ofreciendo a sus clientes un servicio por debajo de la media en todo momento. Llamé a la tienda para quejarme y el chico del teléfono me estaba presionando para que terminara la LLAMADA.

I ordered breakfast this morning, trying out this new place I found. Food arrived and once I had a bite I found a cigarette end inside the sandwich. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING. Apparently the food is made fresh and noone smokes who works there. The other point to add is there is coronavirus out there killing hundreds of people a day and this cigarette end has been in someones mouth and into my sandwich. Avoid this place if you want to live.

This was basically a cheesy sandwich shop that has now expanded its menu to jacket potato’s and loaded fries, I sometimes use it at work for an office lunch, and it is very good, lovey brownies and great sausage rolls, and they deliver for free

Ordered Melted as a treat for breakfast on a rainy sunday morning, understand they would be busy. Ordered though just eat as this is the way it pushes you when you search. Ordered two full melts and two 'britvic orange juice'. Order took over two hours for delivery and when it finally arrived after a call to the company we were disappointed with it all. The ingredients that used to be used were of high quality, but instead it was filled with a cheap sausage and bacon, the taste was very different, also the 'britvic orange' had the label ripped off so obviously was not britvic more happy shopper. Such a shame, when phoning the company they did offer the order free next time but poor quality and ridiculously slow service I really dont think there will be a next time!

Decided to ordered from her for lunch at work as it was my friends birthday.... we ordered cheesy chips, cheese bacon loaded chips and a few toasties chips were great was overly keen on the toastie very greasy! We also order the brownies (I love brownies) but I was impressed these were very wet and just not great!

shop smells but food is ok, nothing special expensive for what you get but its food on the go from 6 in the morning, better than Mcdonalds breakfast

Decent place to eat, not overly price, but not cheap. Friendly enough people and decent food so no complaints. Will use again for sure!

Very very disappointed with my order. I ordered a selection of 12 Brownies for a special occasion at work. Unfortunately what I got I would not consider as a selection, as I only had 2 types. I am sorry but what I received I would not consider as your 'award winning' brownies. They did not resemble the photos of brownies that you have on Facebook or on your website. They looked no better than something I could buy in a supermarket. Half as thick and very boring looking. The selection I got seemed like ones no-one wanted. I have had brownies from here before and was very impressed. I had ones like Malteasers, After 8 & Lemon Meringue topped ones. The most I had was quite a few with Oreos on! As I ordered online there was not a list so I did not know what was currently available but I thought that the staff would have picked me a nice selection so I left that down to them. I was actually a little embarassed when I took them into work as they were not what I had expected and as I said they could have come from a supermarket. They certainly did not look worth the money and at £14 they were not cheap​. Also as I ordered online I had to pay £2 delivery even though on the outside signage of the Melted shop it states "Free Delivery" within 3 miles. I am just under a mile away.

Love it here! Friendly staff and brilliant food, plus we get free delivery. Guaranteed hangover cure!
