McDonald's in Shepway

Sick of this now it’s everytime I go my child is allergic to onions and for some reason everytime I get a plain cheeseburger yes plain they seem to only ever put onions on there own or everything still in the burger it is ridiculous I should get what I asked and payed for

Absolutely vile, cold food! We ordered a delivery and we only live 10 minutes away from the restaurant. It arrived cold, chips were hard and all food was stone cold. Also the large chips were smaller in size and more like a small portion. Every time I have beeb to this McDonald's there is always something wrong, normally they can't read an order and items are missing. I don't understand why they always get it so wrong and staff are obviously incompetent of doing their job correctly

I go here when I'm visiting my parents because it's close and convenient, unfortunately every time I have been there has been items missing from my order (be it a walk in or delivery) I don't understand why they constantly get it wrong.

Absolute joke order was missing half its contents got it via the app my advice don’t use the app and don’t use McDonald’s con artists take your money but balls up the order and just say we will refund in 15 days meanwhile family still hungry due to items missing off order the only reason I used delivery service is I can’t drive due to a broken leg so now I’m out of pocket and half the food is missing joke of a company

Just popped through the drive through early in the morning 06h10 for a coffee and after paying on my card the young assistant told me my card was declined even though the card terminal displayed APPROVED. After he assured me no payment was taken he called his manager and she said something was wrong and could i pay cash which I did. When i got down the road i found i had a cup of hot milk and the coffee had escaped somewhere. To top it off, after checking my card transactions later in the day i found out that a card payment was taken as well. I will be going back to get a free coffee.....

So so slow. New McDonald's, why did they not put enough cookers in. Last visit, no more McDonald's . Tesco or Park farm both slow. just asked for refund

How disappointed I was when on my first visit to this McDonald's at Tesco had one of the longest waits I have ever had at a McDonald's drive-through, not busy or that would of explained the wait. After receiving my food one of the burgers had been put in on its side so you can imagine, no napkins. Very disappointed.
