McDonald's in Shepway

I go here when I'm visiting my parents because it's close and convenient, unfortunately every time I have been there has been items missing from my order (be it a walk in or delivery) I don't understand why they constantly get it wrong.

Absolute joke order was missing half its contents got it via the app my advice don’t use the app and don’t use McDonald’s con artists take your money but balls up the order and just say we will refund in 15 days meanwhile family still hungry due to items missing off order the only reason I used delivery service is I can’t drive due to a broken leg so now I’m out of pocket and half the food is missing joke of a company

Just popped through the drive through early in the morning 06h10 for a coffee and after paying on my card the young assistant told me my card was declined even though the card terminal displayed APPROVED. After he assured me no payment was taken he called his manager and she said something was wrong and could i pay cash which I did. When i got down the road i found i had a cup of hot milk and the coffee had escaped somewhere. To top it off, after checking my card transactions later in the day i found out that a card payment was taken as well. I will be going back to get a free coffee.....

Due toi a mix-up, my wife and I (both senior citizens!) had spent the night in our car, in a beachfront car-park, in nearby Sandgate. To say that we were desperate for something hot to eat, and for access to a toilet, would be something of an understatement! We happened upon this McDonald's, and quickly decided to stop. Although I had to put 0700 for the opening hour, it had actually been open since 0600. We were glad to be able to deal with our bodily requirements! The bacon & egg muffins were absolutely delicious, and very filling. My wife washed hers down with a Latte, while I had the hot chocolate. However, the real reason for the five stars was the young girl who served us - Savannah by name. How she could be so cheerful at that time of the morning, was a mystery to us - but cheerful she was, and very helpful as well. Thank you Savannah. You helped this elderly couple get off to a good start to the day, after a less-than-good night! I don't know when we will be in that area again but, if we are, we shall visit this McDo's - and hope that Savannah is on duty.

So so slow. New McDonald's, why did they not put enough cookers in. Last visit, no more McDonald's . Tesco or Park farm both slow. just asked for refund

How disappointed I was when on my first visit to this McDonald's at Tesco had one of the longest waits I have ever had at a McDonald's drive-through, not busy or that would of explained the wait. After receiving my food one of the burgers had been put in on its side so you can imagine, no napkins. Very disappointed.
