As usual, missing dips. They literally can’t get anything right at Bognor macdonalds

Arrived after 2 changes to the delivery time, very late , driver was tracked going the opposite direction to us and then arrived an hour after we ordered stone cold.

I was given the completly wrong order and the app wasn't keeping me updated with my order

Every time we order food it always comes cold , times of delivery kept changing, not impressed at all

Food wasn't very hot and the sauces we ordered weren't included. I was a bit disappointed to be honest.

The chips were freezing and the burger was warm. I really wouldn’t recommend McDonald’s delivery. This is the second time it’s been cold, the first time I just thought I was unlucky. It’s absolutely not worth it.

Cold very very cold and missed the sauces

most of order missing. macdonalds refused to acknowledge and says its down to just eat. had to reorder whole order as items that were delivered would be cold by the time my husband came back from the store to reorder rest of missing food.

Horrible courier very rude she called me to come downstairs as she have no car park space rushing me when I was alone with my child and have to come with him from 3rd floor absolutely disgusting person

The delivery drivers spilt my coke I had less than half and he laughed about it and walked away!

Don’t worry. If you order Coca Cola and milkshake they’ll just send two orange juices instead. The most idiotic restaurant ever. Not blaming the staff. But DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE.

Drive lovely, friendly and helpful

Easy Monday night order , waited 20 mins in car park, finally food arrived, cold and no drinks , back inside for another 10 mins whilst hot food was returned

Didn't have no milkshakes was very disappointed so I got a breakfast muffin instead that was nice n only £1.99

Called police when should be helping someone in need of aid, highly disappointing behaviour by staff from lower ranks to upper. All in all get ur food and leave, do not interact with there staff and watch ur back at all times.

From order to delivery was two hours. The food was dry and cold. McDonald's was the problem. Unbelievable first experience.

45 minutes to get through drive through and when ood eventually arrived realised after I left it was missing drink from the large big mac meal and no mcflurry as ordered. Also food was cold. Not fast food anymore obviously.

I was sent the wrong order I don’t know how many times this has happened to me. It’s absolutely ridiculous. And the man was convinced that was my order, but told him it wasn’t so ended up with an order I didn’t want. And he told me he would go back but didn’t. Appalled.

Have been sitting in the drive through for 30min and only 5cars infront of me. This is not the first time either.

First thing in the morning it was a welcome fuel for the body.

I don't like to leave bad feedback,.never normally take the time out to do it but yesterday was ridiculous, got ask to park up after placing our order (normally McDonald's give you your drinks 1st when getting asked to park) but on this occasion they didn't even when I asked (they just said no they'll bring them with the food) this straight away made me think is it because it's going to take ages. 10 then 20 minutes went by was still waiting, patience was getting thin so dead on the 30 minutes mark after paying I went in the restaurant, asking what's going on & all I got was a "sorry will get your order now" they then got my order. Had I go in for the counter service no way they would leave customers standing there for half hour so way just leave a car parked outside for half hour!!!

Never turned up, had four missed calls but was busy at the time so couldnt answer, no effort to bring the food into the building and check was made. No other staff members spotted anyone trying to deliver, ordered to this location multiple times and never had issues. Give me my money back please, thank you.

to clarify this is NOT the delivery drivers fault but this mcdonalds constantly forgets items and rarely meets time targets, they need to sort it out.

Ridiculous, got no food and 2 drinks instead of the the 1 drink and food that i ordered. I am completely outraged as I will now have to go without food tonight.

One of the better ones we have been to. We used the offer to get breakfast and it didn't work on the automated screens ,however the staff were quick to sort out which is rare. I would go again if that way out.

So me dinner was so cold and they made it taste like they made it of a moldy dead cow and the worst they gave me extra straws and made me wait 30 minutes and they charged me 50 quid and 17 nuggets instead of 20!!! I'm fuming

food was cold , chips we're soggy and ice creams had melted. we don't live far from this McDonald's so no need for items to be cold and melted. my last order was like this also so I won't be using this service again unfortunately.

delivery time kept being pushed back from when it was supposed to get here, so 30 mins late. by the time it got here, it was warmish and soggy. I also asked for no pickles in the burgers, I bit into one and found pickles. only saving grace was the driver and the milkshake. sorry, but this was bad.

awful! ordered 4:20, after a while of waiting i rang the MacDonalds only to be told the food is sitting in the restaurant but the order has not been assigned to a driver. was told to complain on the app, which i did. The food turned up stone cold at 6pm.. terrible service

This is not one of the best ones. The carpark wasn't that full but used drive through two cars in front of me and had to wait in the carpark for food to be delivered although the lady who delivered the food was very cheerful and nice

this was the only delivery driver who actually got our sauces, may sound silly but very happy with this driver
