Mcdonald's in Arun

Bacon was a bit dry but edible, atmosphere was very business like but I guess it has to be to cope with the volume of people. Unfortunately it can feel like you went through a process rather than an experience for breakfast.

Do not order!!! Last time I order from mcdonalds 🤢 I had already eaten my burger but checked my two and a half year olds and it was all mouldy inside! 🤬 Absolutely fuming! I am 3 months pregnant so not sure if mine was like this as i stupidly did not check mine! Now I'm so worried for my unborn child 😭 Please go somewhere else for food because this is appalling and so not worth your health! Mcdonalds you should be ashamed, if anything happens and i feel unwell and anything happens to my unborn child I will be sueing. Really wish I could upload a picture of it for you all to see

Worst mcdonald's. No ice, no salt and took 20 minutes for a happy meal wasn't busy

It's alright, food was hot this time round, only got McDonald's as was fitting time available.

Staff either can’t count or just can’t be bothered cooking more food. Ordered 20 nuggets, box looked a little empty when opened only 16 nuggets inside

Waited about 10 mins for my food, it was hot when I got it , but other people were getting there food before me even though I had ordered before them

I suffered 5 weeks food poisoning after eating chicken burger and fish burger it could have killed me . Funny how every tim e you put a review on they get someone to put a good one shame ... it's a disgrace they didn't even hold their hands up to it.. .......

I've been there twice now and both time disappointment. First visit via drive through: had to wait a lot and when order was brought to us we didn't check it and left and roughly mile away found out that one item is missing, had to go back to take what's missing. But the biggest disappointment happened when we arrived at the beach and wanted to have a nice meal, we found out that another item was missing ( for which we paid) and also beyond taking order the didn't add few other items (was very angry). Second visit through the self service: waited very long and when order was brought to the till again no raspberry-white chocolate pie as they said it's roughly another 8 minutes to wait (been there for 15 minutes already), offered me apple pie but had only one and something else but value of what's been given is less also ordered few dips but they again forgot to put them in and have found out about it only home. Never again I will be going back to this place. Big improvement needed.

Unfortunately, McDonald's can vary. But I had the best bigmac I've had in a long time here. If only they were all this good.

Poor experience! Missing food AGAIN. Bad staff woman didn't care about missing food she was unprofessional and rude ! Lost out on chicken selects and and big nac burger only had chips and drinks for dinner awful never again will I go here the chips was cold to ! Avoid

Don’t bother, if you go through the drive though you’ll be asked to wait in the car park for 20-30 mins, and be assured that even if it’s raining they’ll send someone out with a tray and open bags so your food gets nice a soggy 👍🏼 if you order you won’t be given your sauces or any napkins or straws, food is always cold on arrival and tastes like it’s been sat around.

Yet to get a correct online order from here. Just received half of my order, cold, after the uber eats rider was there for almost an hour! Thank god they remembered to pack the dips for the non-existent chicken sharebox. £20 down the drain.

If you are ordering meals for more than 4 people always check the order is correct at collection cause several times I've had to go back because they've got the order wrong. I order for 6 of us but, more often than not there's something missing from the order. I can't be the only one so s just be aware. Thanks guys.

Service was prompt fries really good and freshly cooked however the mc crispy burger was not great coating fell off the chicken and chicken was over cooked and abit slimy and mars mc flurry out of stock as was the hazelnut latte

Waiting nearly 40 minutes for some burgers is wild !!!!! 🤬 Management needs to be changed . Unacceptable to wait so much in a FAST FOOD restaurant.

Ordered two meals to be delivered. All I received was two raspberry pies, no burgers, no fries, no drinks. Rang to complain, to be rokd it was not there problem and they put the phone down 0n me.

i personally think mcdonalds need to give the staff a head a wobble forgetting to put things into a bag is there a bunch of 3 year olds working or something 3 times they got my order wrong or food not in the bag sort out staff training or you will have plenty more mistakes

Charged for drinks on top of meals which should include drinks. Run out of most of their stock. Would not recommend. And always ask for us to wait in the car park or go to the next window.

Usually plenty of tables and food can be brought over to the table to save queueing.

About as good as you'd expect a McDonald's restaurant to be however this one is generally kept very clean and tidy and the staff are friendly and helpful. No complaints

Not worth the money. Has definitely gone down hill. Chips were not great, more meat in a meatball than in a burger, burger a mess, long waits, toilets dirty.

5 of us eating, asked for ketchup and was given one pack… Seemed to be dozens of staff in for no obvious reason.

Crap! Stuck in drive through queue for 30 min, not moving. Not been told of any delay. Had to leave my car and go in and ask. Only to be told it would be a 30 min extra wait for food! This is supposed to be fast food! Never seems to be staff correctly! Never coming again.

Awful. Fries were cold, flaccid, and unseasoned; burger had barely enough sauce to taste it in 2 mouthfuls and the rest was bone dry and flavourless; all 4 dips on the chicken nugget sharer were missing; and the McFlurry was nearly liquid it was so melted. Genuinely terrible - I'm surprised all 20 nuggets made it into the box! Nearly £20 for that as well! Never again.

Absolutely terrible service from the Bognor Regis McDonald’s today. We waited for 30 mins for our food (which was only a small order) and when we got it they forgot a McFlurry and the burgers were cold. We spoke to them and finally got the missing McFlurry and they said they would get fresh burgers but they were still cold when we got “supposedly”fresh burgers. I think they went out back and put the same burgers in a different bag!!! Disgusting is the only word I can say. It has been going downhill since they got it re fitted but never quite this bad. I think I will give up with McDonald’s now and maybe go elsewhere. I wish that Tim Horton’s came to Bognor as the Chichester one is lovely and maybe would have given McDonalds a run for its money.

Only one touch screen worked the others were either not working or so slow. No staff on the shop floor. My order arrived wrong. Missing a big mac. Eventually, a staff member appeared snatched the tray away and went off 10 minutes later, arrived back with just the big mac and nothing else! Mc Donald's used to be a fun place togo but now it's just an automated factory place for a burger

Always quick friendly efficient service, cleaned constantly, and food nice and tasty.

Today is the 4th time that they missed an item/ items. I use drive through almost all the time, service is getting really bad today they missed 2 large chips and 1 med which came with the meals. We even asked is everything in the bag as we ordered 3 meals and 1 happy meal staff replied yes everything is in the bags. When we got home 3 chips were missing and we had to travel back to get the chips. Not happy.

Waited 30 minutes for a single wrap meal and mini mcflurry at 10pm. staff were stood around chatting. food arrived stone-cold and flurry melted. definitely worst store I’ve been to.

I'm disgusted with the food l received it was cold no dips ,it was a big order l had my son and young family down, it was so embarrassing as it was a treat for them, lve tryed to get through to McDonald's, but seem to pass it to delivery urber eats , who don't want to know!! But our food was cold lm so disgusted with McDonald's !!!!

Great fresh food but 50 minute wait and very frustrated in the drive through queue, (only about 10 cars ahead of me) defo not fast food! Workers all amazing and food was great when we finally got it

I travel nationwide for work. Got to be the dullest slowest service I have ever received and that's saying something. No get up and go all dragging there knuckles looking utterly miserable. Avoid unless u have all day to wait for your order, 15 minutes wait for a coffee just me and one other guy!!!

Stopped by McDonald’s the other day. The wait was kinda long, which was a bummer. Finally got my food, but when I checked the bag, there were no sauces at all. Not cool. The food was alright, but the wait and missing sauces were a letdown.

Why display orders ready 5 minutes before actually being ready ??

A year ago, my experiences with McDonald’s were far from ideal—missing items and incomplete orders left me frustrated more often than not. However, I’m thrilled to say that things have changed for the better! The service now is excellent: the staff are friendly and attentive, orders are prepared quickly, and, most importantly, everything is exactly as requested. This turnaround has completely restored my trust in the brand. It’s refreshing to see a company actively improve its service quality. Great job, McDonald’s! Keep up the fantastic work!

Never take time to do a review but Bognor Regis McDonald’s customer service is absolutely appalling. No customer skills whatsoever. Ordered 4 small items, only one other car was ordering when I arrived at the drive through and it was quiet. Was asked to park up and waited 15 minutes before having to drive back through to ask for a refund while everyone else around me was getting food taken to their car! Not once did I get an apology for the poor service and was smirked at when asking for one!! Mega rude staff who obviously all muck about like kids when it’s quiet and can’t even get a small order right when a few cars come through. Will not be returning. Foods rubbish there anyway!

Drive through seems to be broken. Keep getting sent to the parking lot and asked to wait for my food. This can take quite a while at times, 10+min every now and then. Not good. 2 out of 10 times they forgot part of my order, on paper I guess this is good?? Check your order before you drive away. They do sort you out quick at least.

My self and my grandson visited at teatime so fairly busy. We decided to eat in whilst watching the traffic from upstairs. My only issue was they were trying to paint around the windows, should this be done whilst people are eating!

I ordered via the in store screens, and although my order was simple, I along with everyone else waited over 15 minutes for their food. The staff did apologise, but this is not fast food.

Something needs to be done with this branch. They always geting your takeaway orders wrong, pretty much every time you have items missing. Be aware people dont even try to use delivery service as it’s the same story. You will stay without your brekfast…

On holiday, went for a late night snack, came back to the hotel and then main aspect of the meal, missing! £8 for chips and a drink....

Guys... Absolutely terrible.... You may as well close the drive Thur... You never have the food ready to serve, we always have to go and wait in the car park.... And the orders are wrong a fair bit of the time!! Missing food, or the wrong food. Bognor McDonald's should be avoided, they honestly have know idea how to run the place. Staff attitudes aren't great, always made to feel it's somehow our fault that the staff have got our orders wrong! by the time the correct food has been sent out the other food is cold. Sort it out You sell burgers and chips...

Arrived after 2 changes to the delivery time, very late , driver was tracked going the opposite direction to us and then arrived an hour after we ordered stone cold.

Food wasn't very hot and the sauces we ordered weren't included. I was a bit disappointed to be honest.

Slow service at the drive through, got coffees straight away then directed to park up to wait for food. 20 mins later husband went in search of our breakfast, another 5 minutes and our food was handed over - allegedly just cooked. It was warm rather than hot, so had obviously been sitting somewhere for a while. Very disappointing. 2/10.

most of order missing. macdonalds refused to acknowledge and says its down to just eat. had to reorder whole order as items that were delivered would be cold by the time my husband came back from the store to reorder rest of missing food.

Cold very very cold and missed the sauces

The chips were freezing and the burger was warm. I really wouldn’t recommend McDonald’s delivery. This is the second time it’s been cold, the first time I just thought I was unlucky. It’s absolutely not worth it.
