McDonalds in Rushmoor

Horrible children in the soft play which is not manned by any staff. These children were left unattended, no parents in sight. They were swearing at both children and adults and one of the boys slapped my son 3 times across the face, swore at him and punched and kicked two other boys. Noone was there to complain to or get these children out.

Always missing items. It's a lottery whether what you have ordered turns up. When using the delivery partners you can't complain to the restaurant and get directed elsewhere. Its the restaurant that miss the items out and no ability to contact them after items paid for don't arrive. Honestly just don't bother!

We occasionally call into this McDonald's and often treat ourselves to a Mcflurry, which they used to be worth the money. The cone it comes in, the ice cream barely covers a quarter of the cone now. The toppings are so tight, hardly any on it. For £1.49 it really isn't worth the money. Back in the day it used to be a lot more generous. Portion size should be double what you are charging for. This isn't a one off, this has now happened on several visits.

I have been coming here for almost a year and although the restuarant is very close to work, almost every time the food is cold and the order is wrong. Staff at drive thru aaree typically very young and nt well trained. Zero customer service skills. No "Hello" or "Thank You". Just seem like they cant be bothered! Pleanty of othr MCdonalds.. Shame because building is very nice!

I am a pretty easygoing person, all I want is the correct food for my kids (which is a treat) in a timely fashion (an hour or so?) and for it to be edible. Nothing too big. This place just can't manage it, you can't ring them either. It is just an all round terrible place, worse than the nightclub it was before!

Can't even complete a simple order without getting it wrong, not just once either. 2 times in a row. It not hard, read the order, pick up the correct thing ....

Manager had a tantrum when we sat somewhere they hadn’t told us was closed, food took unreasonably long and while we were eating, because they had ‘officially closed’, they turned the lights off during our meal and refused to turn them back on again upon our politely asking.

Absolutely disgusting service from this mcdonalds. When you order for delivery it always has something missing so tonight we went to the drive thou and they managed to mess the order up. When we questioned the order because we had a drink missing they said the meal wasn't on the order So asked them if they could add it and they said go to the next window and we will sort out it, they then told us we would have to go in or drive back round the drive thou. The member of staff a young girl decided to laugh when she was telling us. The manager didn't even show his face just got his junior staff to deal with it very unprofessionally. 1 star is too much for this mcdonalds. 1 family member without food because I refuse to give you the money or time.

Just ate in with my son and there are little black flies everywhere landing on the tables and food. The toilets had the flies on the seats and smelt so bad my 4 year old refused to use it. Visited 05/11/21 18:15pm.

I found 5 black curly hairs in my burger!!!called to let them know and did not even care just said would you like a free one!! No way would i ever go back even for free one!! How the hell has 5 or maybe even more hairs been able to get into a burger!! Customer service is ridiculous!

Came the other day and it was so nice to see someone who is happy to be working. Well done to Lewis keep doing what you are doing. Kids loved McDonald’s as usual

Came to McDonald’s tumbledown dick with family and it was a busy Friday night. Food was served really quickly and was lovely, only thing wrong was it was difficult to drink a milkshake from a paper straw. I would like to mention one of your staff Lewis, he was so helpful to our family and had such a bubbly character, brilliant service from him. Kids loved having a Friday night treat here

McDonald’s is not something I would go to alot but is something I can have every once in a while. The food is great!!!

I went to meet some friends at this McDonald's recently. The parking was fairly full. Waited to park up. My friends were late/also found parking difficult. Went inside; service was slow. At the end of the visit, I went back to the counter to order a fresh drink to take away - again service was slow. These circumstances had obvioiusly contributed to my departure time. Subsequently, I received a parking charge notice from MET Parking Services for £100.00. Spoke with the manager in charge - McDonalds at Farnborough and they said there is little they can do to overturn this parking charge notice as the land seems to be managed by MET Parking Services. Actually the manager seemed very unsure of who owned the land - which I find amazing as you would think the manager would know. Abysmal!! Do not go to this place without being aware of the parking restrictions.

I would rather have all my toenails ripped off without any anesthetic than go back to this borderline brothel. I ordered 20 chicken nuggets I got 4, I would just like that to resonate with you. 4 IS NOT 20....... 20 MINUS 4 IS 16. HOW CAN YOU BE 16 OFF LIKE HOW WHAT HAS THIS WORLD COME TO. I tried to order at one of those card point things- covered in ketchup or blood not entirely sure then I tried to go to the counter, literally no one. So I used to app to order Fanta and 20 chicken nuggets (I am on a diet). AFTER 45 MINUTES MY NUMBER GOT CALLED picked up my bag got on the bus went home. Opened my bag ready for my post lunch pre dunch snack and what was in there???? i'll let you guess. 4 nuggets AND A HAPPY MEAL TOY. So I took a sip of my drink, my alleged Fanta- tasted more like a biproduct of the leather industry that everyone is seizuring about because it's going into the ganges. Grotty, slow and disgusting don't go.

I brought my grandchildren in here for an afternoon meal and left with much more than I bargained for! firstly, my order was incorrect. How on earth can you get 4 happy meals and a signature bacon cheeseburger incorrect! To only then wait 24 minutes for my correct order! Then i had to battle my way through an angry bunch of teenagers in black inflated coats guarding the much acclaimed opposite plastic sofa seating with fabulous window lighting and wonderful accessibility to the balloon stand, but unfortunately had to settle for the wooden stools that further crippled my scoliosis! Again another reminder as to why i live in fleet. Anyway, on the plus I did finally win my mini convertible with my monopoly squares, so not all in all such a bad time! much more attractive way to pick up my men.

I have been to this restaurant on numerous occasions, usually to the drive through; and have to say that I am pretty much fed up with the constant times that food is missing from the order when we get home. Once or twice might not be too bad, but it happens 75% of the time. Sometimes a burger missing from a kids meal, or small items that were purchased as add-ons. Today was for breakfast, and although we were only missing s single Hash Brown, the staff member advising me to return for it, was the last straw. My advice.... spend 5 minutes more driving to Farnborough Gate and use the drive through there. Service is better, I’ve never experienced missing food, and they also don’t have a habit of closing the drive through early to meet the demands of the 1030 change from breakfast to lunch.

I'm a student at a Farnborough college so I come to this McDonald's quite frequently in breaks and after college finishes. Over the course of my entire first year I'd been put off going actually into McDonald's because of the long wait times and employees who just can't be bothered to deal with people, so over my second year I've stuck to the drive through. Here however, they like to do this thing where they send you to the second collection window, then serve another 4 cars behind you at the first collection window before someone actually gives you the food, and I can't express how often this happens. I've been sat in the car park and seen other people at the second order window get out of their cars to ask where their food is multiple times over my visits. Not too happy with service to be honest.

Lovely guy, happy n friendly every time. Excellent service. Everyone at this Mcdonalds are really good. Cant believe some of the sh*t people moan about! Well done guys

Enjoyed a brief visit here on the way home from a trip out pre-Christmas. Good service, ordering on touchscreens and food brought to the table. Easy to order and as some of the food was delayed we even got free drinks!

So this is a pretty local mcdonalds franchise to where I live so I have frequented it on a number of occasions utilizing all it's facilities. The drive through facility here is shocking, I have lost count of the amount of times I have ordered something and returned home to not find it in my bag, but faced with the dilemma of interrupting my kids happy meal or go back to complain I have always chose not to. or am given a coffee and not asked weather I want suger?? And most recently I placed an order and the staff member taking the order misheard my order causing me lost time whilst I had to wait for the manager to check weather I had paid for what I ordered followed by the inconvenience of having to go in and pay whilst the rest of my food is going cold. the service within is much better as you do it yourself via the touch screen order points. But the staff here are largely inept when it comes to customer service and when greeted my an unsatisfied customer the management don't seem interested in addressing the issue. I requested that further training be held as the service is so disappointing here, I will never go here again.

Many drive thru’s aren’t that quick, but this one is quick no messing. Better for drive through rather than park up as the parking is limited.

Great place for a quick eat and very friendly staff. The food is very economical and the place is centrally located.

We were so happy to see a McDonald’s here as we were passing through , quick service and perfect cooked food . Toffee sundae and a coke on a hot day was amazing . Plain double cheese with extra cheese Ofcourse. Thanks everyone no fuss and clean store and nice big car park and seating area if needed.

Although on a busy main road this is a drive in and always busy.Well-organised with WiFi.Parking is very limited.Staff seemed very busy.We have been here several times but it is very difficult to find somewhere to sit.

this is a great location , good staff and the food does come out fast as it should , well run and organised every time we go , well recomended compared to other mac donolds in other locations

Extremely poor service, even for a Mc Donald's

Used the Tumbledown Dick McDonalds on numerous occasions and have generally found it clean and tidy. Service is normally quick, only occasionally let down by serving up cold chips, which are replaced with no quibbles. Our little one enjoys the play area and parking is free for 90 mins.

Visited twice over the weekend of 21st and 22nd October, purely out of convenience and the need for something quick. The food and service were pretty average, staff were fine although when I produced some McDonald's vouchers as part payment at one visit the young lady said "Oh you want to pay with those" - er yes, they are your company's vouchers !

Went to meet grandchildren and daughter, food good but service was exceptional , car park a bit small. But staff are always very nice

At teenagers request we went to McDonalds Drive-Thru. I really don't like the entrance/exit but as it's on our way home, I endure it. I wasn't convinced we'd get what we ordered as I asked for an extra portion of chicken nuggets the voice asked is that a meal!! Waited ages, at least 5 mins to pay. Then waited again to move to collection. We were handed the brown bag and told when the car in front moves, drive to next window, which I did. However, I had to move forward away from the window to allow the cars behind to drive out. Totally rubbish parking system. Waited several minutes for the drink, then I had to get out the car to collect it. Why do they take so long to prepare a cold drink??? No straw given with the drink!! I'd driven off furious before I'd realised the missing straw! My teenager then announced there was only half a portion of fries and the nuggets were hard!!! I have left feedback on mcdfoodforthoughts.com not that it will do much good I'm sure. I will never use this place again!!!

It's beggars belief that this corporation exists.

Deal with a crooked parking company watch out. Charge £100 for parking if you stay anytime over the 90 minutes even thou it is at 10:30 at night. Very unhelpful with regards to helping with the Parking charge.

Ordered meal sat in queue for 4 minutes get to window to collect food to be told miss communication apple pies had not been cooked and would take another 6 minutes told them not acceptable and got a refund will not be using them again total disaster food cold

OK but food was cold. Better than the other McDonalds though. Good parking and good softplay for kids.

As we moved house we did not have the internet. I am not a big fan of fast food but enjoyed coffee and a muffin. They have tablets there and free wifi so was very useful whilst we were there.

A fairly new place with large space. Up to date ordering systems and drive thru. There is a big play area for youngsters too!!

Sunday evening (13/11/16) my family and I went through the drive thru of Mcdonalds, pulling up to the window to collect our food we were told that we had to wait, which was fine, so I pulled into the space marked 'Parking Bay 1' as all do at other drive thru's and waited, and waited, after 10 minutes I went to the window in which I was told the food was ready but he couldn't find us and to wait at the next window no apology, I was confused as the parking bay was outside the food window, so I got back into the car, still waiting unsure what has gone on, I could then see the manager waiting at another window to the side of the food window and not moving, so I got up again, getting angry now that im having to chase after where our food is again, arrived at the window, no apology and was told that I should have pulled up to the window, he continued telling me how they didn't know where I had gone, first of all as a manager its about compromise and not telling the customer how wrong they are! as this was going no where and I was starting to get really angry at the incompetence of this manager I then explained that if I had misheard the other worker that I should have just gone to the next window, then why not use some troubleshooting skills and common sense to see 'oh there's a car parked in a parking bay, lets see if that's the person waiting on the food as that's where usual customers park when waiting for orders' he then proceeded to tell me they don't use them! What, why have them? how stupid! he said they are only in extreme cases, again stupid comment, so calmly I explained if you do use them in extreme cases why not look out there anyway, he said they were looking for a van! By this time I'd lost the will to live, I cant believe the stupidity of this manager telling me they don't use the parking bays and not even to check, I have worked in McDonalds when I was younger and would never have had a manager argue like a moron at a customer who was not shouting but trying to understand why they had not looked or even remembered I was in a little mini not a big white van that they thought!? I'm only sorry I didn't get his name! Other than that as expected the food was cold, but it was all there.

Went here with kids and found the whole experience very quick and easy the electronic order boards are a breaker to use service was quick and iPads in the table great idea

Although I have used the restaurant to great success with my Grandchildren it's the drive-thru that I love best. McDonalds staff there are always pleasant and the service is excellent.

We went for a family birthday meal which was ideal for all the age ranges going. Love the self service tills, thought they were easy to use.

Not really surprised but twice now we've not had what we ordered and paid for when we got home. As always the food is cold and the chips over salted so they go straight in the bin. Consistently inconsistent.

My meal tasted like plastic and rubber. The restaurant was dead and had no atmopshere. Staff were zobified and rude. I'll never go here again. Awful. Avoid like the plague!

Used the drive-thru, ordered at one of the two ordering points, clearly advised what we wanted to order but processed through the till wrong and we got the order as per what the operator had noted down, not what was ordered. Had to wait at the collection window, staff said they were....... but then walked away from the window so we were unsure what they were..... Food arrived through the window soon after. Unsure what the wait was for as the burgers were cold, cooked but cold! We didn't think to check the order and only once home we realised that the drinks were not as ordered. Won't be returning here again
