I took my daughter here for a treat for dinner after her football match. My Big Mac meal was spot on but my daughter complained that the bun in her happy meal was burnt. It’s was clearly black around the edges so I asked for a new one. The manger, Jake did not even apologise and insulted my intelligence my explaining the process of caramelisation that occurs with a brioche bun which is now how they do them for the past 4 weeks. When I challenged him about the bun he backtracked by telling me it was brioche style and that it can be burnt because their toaster has been calibrated. I really thought that McDonald’s had a good customer service policy have been a regular customer but not any more. I’ve never had to have an argument and be insulted over a burnt happy meal. What a poor example the manager of this store for customer service.

Had I been able to give a negative number for this review I would. The member of staff who took our order at the drive through (we were the only customers) just shouted at us, wanted to get through the order as quickly as possible and wouldn’t listen to our repeated questions. When we reached his service window, I tried to communicate with him and suggest he might slow down and actually listen to sustainers, but he didn’t acknowledge me in any way (I was the passenger and my wife paid). We received exactly the same experience at the service window. The server reached he hand out of the window with a bag of food, but didn’t acknowledge us in any way (the conversation with her colleagues was obviously far more engaging). Again both myself and my wife tried to suggest they may want to actually speak to customers, but were completely ignored. If I was the franchise owner, earnings aside, I would be furious at the dreadful attitude of my staff. We will never visit this food emporium again. It was without doubt the very worst service we’ve received and that is saying something

Never been to such a filthy restaurant. Girl on restaurant floor was more interested in telling us we couldn’t sit at an empty able than cleaning any of the tables when they were vacant. All bins over flowing. Toilets were revolting and there were used feminine hygiene products on the floor. Will be lucky if we don’t catch something from this place. Food was luke warm and tasteless. You don’t expect much from McDonald’s but this disappointed in every level

Never been somewhere that so consistently terrible. Can never get an order right, either items are missing, or items are wrong, just awful every time you order from here. pathetic no pride in anything they make. Ordered a coke with my food and it tasted horrible, how do they make a coke taste horrible it’s the one thing then don’t have to physically touch.

Wanting to grab a quick bite to eat after shopping so tried here. Nipped to the toilets before ordering on the contactless machine. On the external door to the ladies toilets there is a sign saying “1 person Zone”. I pushed the door and as there was already someone washing their hands, I waited outside. A member of staff asked if I needed the toilet and told me to go in…… is it a 1 person zone or isn’t it? I ordered using the touch screen machine. It took a while as the touch screen wasn’t very reactive. The machine couldn’t print my receipt. I stood waiting for my order. The cleaning lady came and asked ne to stand on a dot in the floor (she wasn’t very polite). My order was out of stock but it took a long time to say that. I was offered an alternative. No one said hello and the goodbye was more rehearsed than well-meant. A thoroughly awful experience……

We get at least three times a month a takeaway and there would be almost something wrong. They forget a fries or sauces and dips. Or even forget a burger or desert. I normally don’t call up to complain if it’s a chips or sauce because they just would say can you pick it up but we wouldn’t be up for it. But last order they really nest it up. We called and complained we were told we would get the whole order replaced. When we went next time to get the whole meal, they said they had nothing on the system. Well we didn’t get our meal so we won’t go there again. There are plenty of cuisines in the town.

we visited the drive thru on23rd and my daughter 19 asked me for a breakfast meal. On driving up we ordered at the point then drove to pay. My daughter used her card all looked great face coverings it seemed on all. Then we drove to the pick up point. The lad serving at the window had his face covering on his chin. Everyone was wearing it properly except for him. My daughter begged me not to say anything so i didn't. If he stays in employment with his unsafe attitude it all means nothing. He could infect over thousands this way. I'm never going to visit this place again. They should keep an eye on their staff and sack them for that theres a lot of people out there would like any job now. Look at your monitors

Shocking Cold food, attitude from young girl when requesting replacement fries that are hot. If I hadn’t been hungry the burger would also have gone back as was also cold.. informed girl of this who back chatted... very unprofessional... poor standards and staff that have no customer services ability! As there is an allergy in the family the order was burger no sauce,roll separate,SIMPLE!!! Clearly not covered in sauce & when it was returned to the counter & I explained it again, the blonde haired lady with glasses on prep counter was seen pulling faces & complaining about the order. Rude & disrespective especially when you're being watched by the customer!! Would never use this branch again, every other branch this has never been a problem. Maybe some staff training????

Went through the drive thru and asked for extra onions, a lady called Ann was very helpful with a smile, went above and beyond to give us full satisfaction. Also a gentleman called Johnny at the drive thru was very smiley and helpful. Was very happy with both of them.. thanks alot for excellent customer satisfaction.. Pedido por el autocine. Después de esperar un rato, entré para ver dónde estaba nuestra comida, pero otros clientes ya estaban furiosos con su larga espera y gritaban al personal. No pude hablar con nadie, así que volví al coche. Después de casi una hora, mi hija fue a pedir un reembolso, ¡solo para que le dijeran que no tenían nuestro pedido! ! Finalmente conseguimos nuestra comida, no caliente y las bebidas estaban planas para entonces.

Pedimos dos capuchinos sin espolvorear, ¡pero obtuvimos chispas cuando nos llegó un servicio de mesa! Solo puedo describir esta experiencia como terrible. Regularmente compre comida tibia aquí, pero agártela porque los niños esperan comer aquí los sábados. Pero hoy, cuando todo se volvió frío después de una espera de 15 minutos, me quedé un poco atónito.Las habilidades de servicio al cliente del gerente eran ridículas y claramente mostraron su incompetencia para tratar las quejas de los clientes y cuando se le preguntó sobre quién controla la calidad de los alimentos que salen de la cocina, se encogió de hombros y dijo: "¿qué es calidad que"? A estas alturas ya tenía bastante. Nunca volveré de nuevo a ningún MacDonalds.

Llamado para un almuerzo tardío después de ir de compras en el complejo Ocean Park adyacente. El restaurante estaba limpio y ordenado y el personal servicial. La decoración parece haber tenido una actualización reciente.Los tableros de pedidos son un verdadero dolor y no son en absoluto intuitivos: mal diseño. Ignóralos y ve directo al mostrador. El problema entonces es que la pantalla detrás del mostrador alterna entre imágenes bonitas, pero irrelevantes, de estilo de vida y el menú. ¿Por qué cualquier tienda de comida rápida dificulta que los clientes vean lo que se ofrece? ? Eso niega todo el concepto de servicio rápido y eficiente. ¡Simplemente ata el personal del mostrador y lo retrasa todo!Una hamburguesa, una envoltura y papas fritas vinieron rápidamente con el servicio de mesa (eso es bueno) y estaban bien. No hay problema con servilletas o condimentos.La importante calificación de higiene de la Agencia de Normas Alimentarias es un 5, la calificación más alta, muy buena. (Inspección marzo 2017)

Went to this branch of McDonald's for breakfast this morning. One of the table clearing staff was excellent. She was welcoming and friendly and made the whole visit more enjoyable. Breakfast was fine too!

McDonalds would be ashamed of this franchise. After working 7 day weeks and long hours its embarrassing to say how many times a week we frequent this branch and over how many years. The staff are completely incompetent in getting the majority of orders correct. If its not forgetting bacon in burgers, Jalepenos in the spicy burger, missing burgers completely from meals. Diet coke instead of normal coke and the list goes on.... I'm fed up of being asked to drive back when they have an order wrong, I'm fed up of being offered free food. Why can they not just get it right. The management really need to take a long hard look at the staff as this does not happen at the Cosham branch. This was my final visit, I give up... they don't learn and they don't care.

Cuando hemos visitado en ocasiones, el personal siempre es amigable, el restaurante se mantiene muy higiénico y el personal a menudo está haciendo algo para caridad o días divertidos temáticos. La nueva reforma significa que hay lugares para sillas de ruedas / carritos de bebé. El servicio de mesa es bueno, especialmente si tiene niños pequeños con usted. Los baños son siempre muy limpios. La comida siempre ha sido tan anunciada y caliente como caminar en los clientes.

This store is terrible every time I go there I get the great service of drive thru and pull up for 1 meal the fries most of the time are cold and the box is not placed in the bag correctly resulting in most of my fries in the bottom of my bag just a quick note for the staff it actually shows you how to pack customers food on the bottom of your bags the customer service is shocking too if you want a good burger go to Mick's on the top of the hill and a great prices and a great view over Portsmouth.

I spent 107 minutes shopping at this retail park and stopping for lunch at McDonald's only to receive a fine of £50 for staying longer than 90 minutes. I have shopped here for years and not realised there is a time limit. Surely putting a time limit on how long you can shop means they will loose business if customers run out of time. I will not shop here again and with a large family i have been a good customer. Their loss!

The food is as you would expect, I do not go much (c 3 to 4 times a year) but on 2 occasions on the drive through we have not received what was ordered or paid for! It is not worth going back once you have got home! I did on one occasion write to head office, who did not even have the courtesy to acknowledge my complaint, let alone do anything about it! I think that says it all!

This McDonalds is the same as all of the others apart from having been clean on every occasion I have visited it.There always appears to be someone dedicated to keeping it clean rather than one random member of staff being delegated away from serving to clear up.I like time to choose from the boards what I would like to eat without feeling pressured to order the moment I enter. This is obviously how the staff are taught but is thing one I dislike about ALL McDonalds.

Ordered chicken doner and rice, rice is a microwave pouch taste horrible, chicken has no flavour, salad is enough for a mouse, sauce was tasteless...total waste of money, given it to the dog and even he’s not sure !
