Terrible service, very slow & everyone that works here has an awful attitude

I recently visited McDonald’s with my mum, and we decided to try the sweet chili wrap. Unfortunately, the experience wasn’t as good as we’d hoped. The chicken in the wrap was tough, making it difficult to chew and not as enjoyable as expected. The lettuce also tasted a bit off, not as fresh or crisp as it usually is. It had an unusual taste, which really affected the overall flavor of the wrap. While we usually enjoy our meals there, this visit was disappointing.

Visited McDonald’s today and wish I had returned my meal as it was not enjoyable at all. firstly got one of the meals wrong by putting big Mac sauce on the burger when I asked for it not to be on the other two meals I ordered was poor quality food cucumber was soft and soggy. Lettuce was limp. not fresh. chicken was overcooked dry and chewy. Cheesy bites overcooked and . very disappointed. i’ve also since returning home been on the toilet with diarrhoea. This was the first time visiting this McDonald’s since it’s been refurbished and I will not be returning again.

Ordered at drive in got home and food was missing. How hard can it be

we went today after it reopening not sure what happened to the staff while it was closed but food was horrible no gerkins on the double cheese burger chips was like cardboard, also if you want to order a mc rib don't bother from here it's like they have forgotten the toppings deffo will not be going back

Prices up by around 10% presumably to cover the cost of the refurbishment that’s just been finished. Drive through barriers make it hard to get close to the windows and the layout of the drive through is poor.

Never get the delivery order right. Always things are missing. .

CLOSED. It’s closed for refurbishment while saying open 24hours on google maps.

Hardly anyone in here, ordered table service at 8:21am, currently 8:35am, still waiting and staff are stood around like there is nothing to do, all look like they don't want to be here and keep looking over and see me annoyed, can see them laughing between each other, shocking service, first and last time will be eating in Just to add to this review, I cannot even explain how many times they don't have any milkshakes

Every single time I order I always have more than 2 missing items or just the wrong item!

Food was absolutely freezing and drinks were half empty spilled in the bag!

unfortunately wasn't great as we ordered 2 Grimace shakes and these were subbed with coke which we weren't Informed about and we were missing a portion of fries and on the chicken burger we asked for no mayo and was still included!.

Advertising 3 for£3 walk in ignored for a few minutes when served said we don't do that here now its not on till but its in the window I said ,rude response so left ate there before shame staff need some better training and manners

got 6 chicken nugget meal and only got 5 nugget, discrace and diabolical. fuming.

Al food wet and open due to spillage of drinks

Had a delivery from here and they forgot to put the double big mac in. When I asked for a refund I was told that they would only refund the burger not the whole meal. I looked at my email and they have refunded me £2.64. A double big mac costs £5.79. You owe me money.

Ordered through the drive thru, girl on headset was rude just no manners at all. Got to the last window to see 5 people stood there drinking and chatting. Got my order luckily checked as something is always missing and I had no fries. Had to get out the car to go to the window and get them. No apology nothing. Got home which is 5 min drive and all the food is Cold. What a waste of £21.

Big Mac and Fries were of reasonable quality and warm. Was busy when I went and waited 10 minutes for the order. Order screen was broken not displaying order numbers but staff were coping well under pressure and shouting out orders when ready. Toliets were clean. Recently revisited and food quality was still good.

Sometimes when hu go there staff are falling out

Service... people who work there think that the restaurant is a social club and you shouldn't interrupt them. Rude.

bulwell branch always getting my order wrong, never give me my dips and can not tell the difference between a sharebox and chicken nuggets. always getting it wrong.. like ALWAYS. workers need to learn how to read.

Went there for breakfast on a trip and ordered a muffin, hash brown and a large drink and it all tasted delicious definitely should go there

why when you order food that is specially for dips do they always not send them

I've ordered twice through the app from here. Half of the food was missing the first time, and the food was completely raw the second time. However, if you order in person, I found that the quality is better and the staff are far nicer than at other branches.

Food was room temperature. All dips were missing. Big macs had fell apart

all food came, nothing was missing but the coke did spill in the bag so it got all the straws wet so it wasn’t useable but wasn’t a major problem as it didn’t get anywhere other then that .

The food was inside the time slot.... but all of it was cold!! Didn't seem fresh!!!

we had the chicken share Box that offered us 4 dips. we only received 1. what's the point in offering dips, if you don't include them?.

main component of the bacon double big mac meal i.e the big mac itself was missing, its beyond my comprhension how 99% of the time there are always items missing on orders from this establishment seriously makes me wonder if someone is on the take, if was left to me wouldnt order from mcdonalds whatsoever but unfortunately my partner loves big macs, apalling for such a huge establishment

I was missing all of my sons meal and he was no very happy so I had to order him something else while he watched us all eat our food, on the day he broke up from school as well. I expected better.

Very slow no matter what time of day you go. Food is ok, but drinks are made up in advance, so by the time you get them, the fizzy drinks are flat, and the milkshakes are melted, and when you ask for fresh drinks they are rude and roll their eyes at you.

These workers are terrible at their job. I’ve waited too long for my food. Once I git it my mcdouble was as Antarctica. I don’t recommend going here. Periodttttt

Our first order was cancelled. We had to resubmit it again and then when it arrived we were missing large fries, medium fries, small fries from the happy meal and all the dips we ordered. Submitted an issue to Just Eat and was credited the £6 cost of the fries rather than refunded but still dissatisfied as half of all of our meals was missing.

I ordered a big mac and chicken combo. The big mac had no cheese or sauce it was completely dry with a bit of salad! The chicken combo did not come with any dips although you have an option of 4! so again very dry. Very disappointing.

a treat for my grandchilden and 1 of them got no food that was paid for i will never order from mcdonalds again
