Always something missing from the order. They can’t even pick up the phone

Cannot get an order right to save their life! Every time we order from this restaurant there is food and/or drink missing! It’s beyond a joke! It’s paid for, it’s on the receipt that is stuck to the bag, but always something is missing! How hard can it be to check it off as you pack it? This time a whole meal missing plus wrong dips sent and other dips missing - which they are now charging for! (however I’m impressed they even remembered to send dips because usually they forget them all!) As for the chicken share box - shoved sideways into a tiny bag so the box split and the chicken had spilled out everywhere. Rubbish service and never any feedback or improvement to show they are addressing the issues! My husband went to subway instead when we found his meal was missing.

Absolutely fuming. Spent £45.90 on meals at the drive though, till 19, order number 88 at 17:06 on 17th April 2025. Got home to find out I was missing a quarter pounder. I had all ready been asked to park up and wait for my order, and also had to ask where the large chocolate milkshake was. I live in Wollaton, so not a quick nip back, so phoned 3 times and still nobody has answered!!!!

I never normally do reviews but this was disgusting and disappointing service, family ordered mcdonalds, spending £50 and they obviously sent it out missed the happy meal, called up and said its missing, fair enough, tells us that we had to come to the place to get happy meal , we said we had to pay service charge and delivery fee so why on earth should we have to go up there ,30 minutes away to pick it up? My brother picked it up and now hes had to eat his food cold because he had to pick it up, every single time we order theres something missing, the food is always freezing, we called again to say hes coming to pick it up and they didnt answer at all , ridiculous honestly, my brother went in and they tried to give him the cold happy meal and he said politely no you can remake it , its honestly awful, ordering and spending money and things missing, half the time they dont even do refunds, now claims they will never forget it again 😂😂next joke please, do better mcdonalds (im a very forgiving person and customer thats why i go back, however seeing a three year old wait for her food is heartbreaking, i understand if someone may be having a bad day or works awful or it was an honest mistake , however this is every time we order ) food always has 2/3 items missing, freezing cold or undercooked , ive only had one or two good experiences here, but they cant even answer a phone call, sounds silly complaining but what else can you do? If we could of gone in we would have , but we couldnt thats why we got delivery , this is the last time we will be ordering from bulwell unfortunately, wishing them good business , but do better , youll lose customers and money

Ordered delivery I had a medical seizure and the delivery guy drove of before my nurse could go out and get my food and that won't give me a refund horrible people I'm in a hospital for my mental health and that was my last 10 pound I'm so up set I feel like just giving up now nobody cares about me

Who put this burger together ?? My 1 year old could of lined the cheese up better looks like they threw the cheese on from across the other side of the restaurant and did someone sit on my burger becausenits sqaushed flat ? 😐 I mean come on who put that burger together and said yes that's acceptable ????

Good food and a Happy grandson after Karen the member of staff who keeps customers happy was superb in how she looked after him with his Minecraft toys!! A big thank you to her!

Mcdonalds bulwell is a full time joke never is the order right and then after making complete after complete the only thing they ever want to do is refund the items that are missing but not at full price like they charge it's at a discounted rate or you have to travel down to the store to collect it yourself what's the point of having a delivery service.

My order never arrivied... I received a notification at 12:15 showing the status changed to order delivered at 12:30. This was 15 minutes in the future! Order never arrived, tried the just-eat chat which goes round in circles unable to help....

no idea how late it was but the time changed at least five times food was cold yet the McDonald's is literally 800 yards away . appalling service

milkshakes no flavouring added ordered chocolate and strawberry shakes got just ice-cream and milk. and the food stone cold.

When the delivery came, half of all the drinks were spilt. Having paid for everything, we are very disappointed with the service.

The order was delivered in good time, by a pleasant delivery driver. Excellent service. The only negative comment is about McDonald’s you order/select sauces but McDonald’s never put them in.

Always missing my items not happy at all

All the staff is great here. Retno, is outstanding. My son loves Mc Donald’s but got fussy couple of times about the toy. she noticed and brought him the toy he wanted both times and made sure he is happy. Her caring and helpful attitude made a great experience for us.

Delivery was good order came with 3 items missing and not all the sauces chosen. Unhappy children!

The order was awful. My drink was split everywhere in the bag so I therefore didn't have a drink. There were no straws or dips. And it was cold

Massive revamp. I know this appears to be their way forward, but I don't like it now. There is no interation with staff anymore which isn't at all customer friendly. I won't be visiting anymore.

They got some of my order right and then gave me a chicken mayo with ketchup and cheese when I asked from a plain one and it’s all cold

This is the McDonalds I drive past to go to the Hucknall one. It has been updated to one of those hatch type counters. No atmosphere, think it must be all new staff since it reopened, been twice and they are all awful, both times, slow service bad attitude. I will keep driving past…

The spicy burger was inedible and gone in the bin. It was obviously old, dry and chewy. Absolutely awful and the second problem we have had in consecutive orders.

I moved to the area about a year ago, and since then, this McDonald's has been my local branch. I’ve never felt the need to leave a negative review for McDonald's before, but I have to say that every time I visit this location, there’s always something wrong with my order. It’s either missing items, the wrong size meal, or specific requests being ignored, like asking for extra pickles and getting none instead. Each time, I have to park my car and go inside to get what was left out. To their credit, the staff are always kind and helpful when I go in to fix the issue, but it’s frustrating that I have to take this extra step almost every visit. Has the Bulwell McDonald's now gained a reputation for always missing something in orders? I really hope this improves because I would love to have a seamless experience without having to double-check my order every time.

Burger burn to a crisp. No sauce - which I paid for.

Service is terrible, waited 10 minutes for 2 burgers, and a Coke, while they served about 10 other cars, and people, and then laughing when we said we’ve been waiting 10 minutes. Not very professional is it? But if a customer was rude you wouldn’t accept it, so how about you don’t accept it off your staff, on that note sort them out, they’ve gone into a job where they have to be social so they should learn not to be rude.
