McDonald's in Nottingham

Ok... I get that it was boxing day at like 10pm..but.. we ordered 4 hot chocolates and 2 chocolate pies. They didn't have the pies at all and all 4 hoy chocolates were cold and watery... very disappointing.

It's McDonald's, there's nothing i can say that hasn't already been said really..

Very rude staff who chat amongst themselves without saying a word to the customer. They just passed the food and drinks to me at the last window while they continue chatting. Not a word was said to me. Majority of the time the order is wrong or items are missing. Was charged 3 times equating to a total of £60 in payments as they kept saying my card kept declining and took my card to the first window. Advised that I'm getting notifications that payments are going out of my account and they still said it hasn't gone through. Eventually they said it will be automatically refunded which didn't happen and I had to contact my bank for a refund.

Entró solo por un café, pero esperó alrededor de 10 minutos solo para obtener un café frío, pero logró obtener un reemplazo después de preguntar, el personal era muy amable y se disculpó

Stone cold food and that was £40!!!! NO DIPS ether very poor and not what we expect from McDonald's, we are now trying to sort out how to heat it up. Again very poor quality so you need to get your act together.

Staff can't seem to read table number handed my food to the wrong people and I had to sort it out myself when the guy said it was his food but when I did get my food it was luke warm at best with cold fries

all food came and nothing was spilt but I spent £21 and didn’t get the free nuggets it said when you spend £20 so don’t know if it was a typo or it wasn’t meant the be there .

Cheeseburger had no burger just a slice of cheese and relish. Ordered a banana milkshake but was given a vanilla milkshake. Not good service at all!

Bacon was too dry. Food was almost cold. Hash browns were tasteless. Long time since I ate McDonald’s food. I remember why now.

Mi Fanta estaba más caliente que la comida que acaban de entregar. Los llamé y dijeron que tenía que hablar con Uber Eats uno como se lo ordené, pero solo se pusieron en contacto conmigo a través de un correo electrónico. Servicio absolutamente impactante y comida. Esta no es la primera vez en la calle que he tenido comida fría, ya sea por el viaje a través o por la entrega.

2 meals and 20 nuggets was missing!

The times kept changing first time was 830 kept chsnging didn't get delivered till 913. Results all the food being cold. Also wrong happy meal delivered meaning my child only left eith cold chips amd had the wrong milkshake delivered

Careless delivery. The driver saw The drinks fell on the floor and wandered off. They were upside down. My floor was spilt. The driver could’ve placed the bag upright and taken care of dealing with the drinks and checking first before carelessly losing them in the bag.

I drove to yall because I believe this one is the best I pass 2 mcdonalds to get to you and you forgot my large fries on my big tasty meal and also forgot my orange apple pie, I came at 2 am and there was no onenin the store nor in the drive thru I was the only customer, tried to call 2 times today to complain no one answered very disappointed

Once again u have out done yourself how hard is it to get an order right an ive been a chef for over 12 yrs an one night in ages I've orderd an just like last 2 times u got it wrong an got half my order hence the reason I've not ordered in months not to mention one of those through just eat I was told not eligible for a refund an didnt even get half the order and the bits I did get are stone cold so in my eyes u already owe me £25 and hot food I Tried to ring up and 6 times and when someone does answer you put the phone down or you deny all knowledge or responsibility for the mess that you send you got a 3.6 star already you would think you would want to make things better clearly obvious that you and your managers and high up bosses don't give a crap you just had a full refurb and you continue to get things so wrong how hard is it to read someone order on a screen it's an absolute joke then send me the recipe on the bag that states my whole order.as you can see in the picture got half my order PISS TAKE never ever again will I be ordering from here so to anyone reading this don't order

Never ordering from this place again! Recently ordered a 9 piece chicken nugget and for some reason I found an actual BONE in one of my nuggets!! I advise you don’t order from that restaurant as even the staff were rude and unprofessional.

Mcdonalds has lost all the childlike wonder that you felt going there as a kid. The new colours and set out make it feel and look like a workplace canteen. It is so depressing, such a letdown. What happened to all the vibrant colours, fun characters, the game corner, the colouring sheets, the fun looking tables? I don't agree at all, but some people have said to me the colour of life drains as you get older.. mcdonalds is trying to make that true sadly.

I'm so not happy delivery driver could not find me. I'm disabled and can't walk. Good job my brother was here. driver rang me my brother out in cold looking for him. its totally wrong. I always use you. I'm a big mac short and a double cheeseburgers short. all rest of food cold and scrunched up as if had been thrown in bag. I pay alot of money for your service as I'm disabled but I'm really mad this time. my brother is old and now freezing. no way should anyone go out. I want a refund

Breakfast delivered covered in the hot chocolate we ordered as the lid was broken. Food soggy and no drink that I paid for. Raised a complaint but no response received…. Not impressed.

Recientemente visité McDonald’s con mi mamá, y decidimos probar el envoltorio de chile dulce. Desafortunadamente, la experiencia no fue tan buena como esperábamos. El pollo en la envoltura era duro, por lo que era difícil de masticar y no tan agradable como se esperaba. La lechuga también sabía un poco mal, no tan fresca o crujiente como suele ser. Tenía un sabor inusual, lo que realmente afectó el sabor general de la envoltura. Aunque solemos disfrutar de nuestras comidas allí, esta visita fue decepcionante.

Visité McDonald’s hoy y desearía haber devuelto mi comida ya que no era agradable en absoluto. en primer lugar se equivocó una de las comidas poniendo salsa Mac grande en la hamburguesa cuando pedí que no fuera en las otras dos comidas que pedí era comida de mala calidad el pepino era suave y empapado. La lechuga estaba flácida, no fresca. El pollo estaba demasiado seco y masticable. Picaduras de queso demasiado cocidas y muy decepcionadas. También desde que volví a casa he estado en el baño con diarrea. Esta fue la primera vez que visito este McDonald’s desde que fue renovado y no volveré de nuevo.

what a complete waste of money 5 item's missing. 3 item's I didn't ask for And some well over cooked nuggets I mean if anyone in the household like the stuff sent wouldn't be that bad but I have £10 worth of food but paid £22.41
