Always items missing every time, is it some kind of joke!!

Food was cold. Big Mac wasn't even put together as a burger looked like someone had man handled it before it was given to me. Sent me 3 milkshakes and not the drinks I asked for. No happy with this service at all

was given somebody else's order! delivery guy never came back so I had to gave the order given to me which was freezing

The drivers bought the drinks bag to the door dripping my coke, the bag had a puddle in the bottle and there wasn’t a drop left. The fries were stone cold and so was the cheeseburgers cheese hadn’t even melted. My whole meal went in the bin. Almost £40 I spent, it could at least come warm.

Very rarely have issues with Just Eat. it's McDonald's that's the problem! Food often cold, items missing and today, pancakes rock hard and therefore inedible, I suspect they were microwaved.

Couldn’t tip driver but a very pleasant man very well mannered delivered my food hot and carefully thank you

food was good but was on the colder side. couldn't be helped McDonald's kept the driver waiting for ages

Food order wrong added all salad and bacon into my plain wrap gave me small fries instead of medium and it was cold wouldnt go again terrible food

Within a few minutes of placing the order the delivery time went from 15-30 mins to 25-45, then 30-50 & 35-55, so the restaurant hadn't put the realistic delivery estimates on the Just Eat system. Fries lukewarm, very little ketchup & mayo on burger

Ordered 2 triple cheese burgers (delivery) open the bag wrappers say tripple, burgers are double on both, how hard is it to actually get an order right! Bulwell McDonald's is by far the worse for getting orders wrongs or forgetting to put all the order in.

Food is usual McDonalds standard. Beware if you customise your burger etc they usually get the it wrong 😑 Availability of parking spaces is not very good here, due to the delivery guys taking up a lot of them, including the click and collect bays

Ok... I get that it was boxing day at like 10pm..but.. we ordered 4 hot chocolates and 2 chocolate pies. They didn't have the pies at all and all 4 hoy chocolates were cold and watery... very disappointing.

Very rude staff who chat amongst themselves without saying a word to the customer. They just passed the food and drinks to me at the last window while they continue chatting. Not a word was said to me. Majority of the time the order is wrong or items are missing. Was charged 3 times equating to a total of £60 in payments as they kept saying my card kept declining and took my card to the first window. Advised that I'm getting notifications that payments are going out of my account and they still said it hasn't gone through. Eventually they said it will be automatically refunded which didn't happen and I had to contact my bank for a refund.

They got the order right this time and we actually got the dips we ordered too!

My hash browns where over cooked I couldn’t eat them because they was too crispy and over cooked it didn’t even taste like a hash brown so I would a refund!!!!
