Very convenient place to stay if you are visiting Nottingham. Out of the town and easy to park. Food available in the hotel and surrounding area. The room was clean and fine for a short stay.

We stayed for a couple of nights in August 2024. The rooms were very comfortable and quiet, and the hotel is walking distance to various amenities. Staff were friendly and helpful. The price was very reasonable. My partner and I have stayed at multiple Premier Inn hotels across the UK previously, including this hotel, and always enjoyed our stay. This visit, I was disappointed by the hygiene standards, particularly in the bathroom. The ceiling and shower/bathtub was mouldy, and the shower curtain appeared old and tired. An awful musty odour emanated from the bathroom. The spoons provided were also visibly dirty from the previous person who used it, and only superficially wiped (at best) as there was dried coffee/tea stuck to it. There seems to be a drop in standards across the Premier Inn hotel chain, as we observed a poor hygiene standard at another Premier Inn. There is no air conditioner in the room, and it was quite warm during our stay, but I can imagine this is only a problem for a few days in a year.

Service was amazing - Curtis went the extra mile to help me when I messed up my booking. Room clean and comfortable and location good for where I needed to be

The room was clean, with good wi-fi, basic breakfast at the beefeater next door, better go to the waters edge across the street, large carpark, but watch out for broken glass.... Overall, good city break accommodation

Always a safe bet with Premier inn, clean, tidy, presentable Only small criticism and it is small is the fan that was already in room (we were on top floor was extremely warm, to warm for me sleep) The fan had not been cleaned for a while coz when fan turned on dust was blown everywhere, shame that this was overlooked When I asked for a second fan as was in family room of X4, the member off happily obliged, yet again though the second fan needed cleaning before use Once done it certainly done the trick of cooling the room down Overall, I would not hesitate to stay here again in the future

Staff excellent. Restaurant staff went far and above to accommodate us after arriving late and the kitchen was closing.

Lovely little place with comfortable rooms and friendly, helpful staff. Definitely will use again when we visit Nottingham next time.

Everything was fiver star but the breakfast was over price and the bacon and sausage was over cooked both days

Comfy beds and bigger sized room for the premier inn plus options. Also had lovely coffee and coffee machine in the room.

Great quality room overall and great service from staff. Only issue was it was a little hot in the room as there is no way of making it cooler through the temperature unit. They do make this clear and that fans are available so maybe we should have done this.

We have been to this and other Harvesters many times before and one of the main appeals is the unlimited salad with the meal. When we took family members to the Wilford, Nottingham pub for lunch 2 weeks ago we were naturally disappointed that the salad wasn't available due to technical issues. We felt even more let down when we were told that there would be no change to the price. We were told that the salad is "complimentary" so we arent charged for it. This is not how we see it. It is priced at £6.49 and is included as very much part of the meal. Without it the meal was barely adequate, the food was not good and poor value for money - rather expensive, in fact, for a very average pub lunch. We stayed anyway, as we felt we didn't have much choice as we had travelled some distance with the family, but filled out an online feedback form when we got home. That was 2 weeks ago and the response from Harvester? Absolutely none! Not even an acknowledgement, never mind an apology. This says to me that either they do not read the feedback, or they do not care. Either way their customer care is awful, and with such good local competition we shall go elsewhere and have done already.

I have to say truly don’t know what’s happened at the Harvester. We visited today half side of salad bar empty and looked poor little salad left in all pots. We ordered steak and it was grissly and overall I thought it was very poor.I was going to ask to see the Manager to vent my anger and sheer frustration at a poor meal.we asked for a medium to well done steak and it was rare inside To top it all the seat my wife was sitting on near the window lifted up as she was leaving her seat. Not happy at all

The meal was OK and the place is nice was slightly spoiled as my wife had recieved two gift cards for her birthday from friends, and when we went to pay was told we can only use one at a time which makes no sense as the gift cards are for harvester and we should be able to use as many as we want it isn't a discount!

Food was delicious and staff very friendly and helpful especially Julia she is a credit to the team couldn’t do any more to help us. Will definitely be visiting again

From the moment we walked in the young lady was great, very attentive and efficient. The food was very nice, and my steak was perfect. Mum had the sweetcorn fritters which she said were fantastic.

Was looking for someone toeat seen harvester and thought great we carnt go wrong how wrong was I waited 30 min to order food whilst 3 workers was wondering round doing nothing it wasn’t very busy in there the salad bar was mainly empty coslaw looked like it had been there for days no butter for the bread and no mayo apart from 2 empty bottles I ordered a steak burger but told not available so I went for Caribbean style chicken with rice when it came out out the rice was disgusting and tasted liked cheap microwave rice not fresh at all the chicken was over cooked and the sauce was cold and tasted weird my son ordered bbq chicken stack was told one of the chickens wasn’t available and would be replaced with a different one which was fine when it came out chips tasted stale and dry some hard and not cooked wasn’t even going to attempt to order pudding we left there very disappointed as usually enjoy visiting harvesters the food left a horrible taste in my mouth

We were supposed to have the 3 course menu with a bottle of wine. However the wine was not available so I decided to have a pint of San Miguel only to be told that only Carling was available. The salad bar was nearly empty, while the coleslaw looked very funny. As we were next to the salad bar, I could see that the bar was not replenished while we were there. The first course came out ok, however the 2nd course we ordered the chicken combo and the rotisserie chicken. When it came out the chicken was overcooked and very leathery which I mentioned to the waiter. We were supposed to have the chocolate brownie with Ice cream, however we were told that the ice cream machine was broken but we could have Vegan ice cream. Not a vegan and cannot see how ice cream can be vegan, we declined.. we were given a 20% discount for the chicken, however I feel that the overall experience was well below that of other Harvester restaurants we have visited. I felt that the restaurant was understaffed, as the two male waiters were running around trying to keep people happy,vehicle the female waitress just hung around the bar or just waddled around. Whoever is managing the restaurant isn't doing their job

We visited here yesterday and had a beautiful steak meal and starters. The only downside was when we walked in we stood for about ten minutes before even being noticed by the staff to take a seat, I think they had all gone on a break!!!!!!! It was a pity as it tainted it a bit, and after the female waitress said she was going to serve us she promptly disappeared, and left a male waiter which served us, which was okay as he was brill and very good. I think they just need to change the system at the door, maybe a bell or something, so they know you've come come in...other than that a fab meal all in all ☺️

Visited for lunch in between meetings. You can’t really go wrong with 2 courses for £9 and free salad. The service was great and fast. Food just as good - fresh, tasty and a decent amount of food for lunch. Nothing bad to say. Will 100% return when next in the area.

I think this was one of the best Harvesters we’ve visited. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the food was ‘delish’ and the it was rather nice sat near the large open doors at the front! THANK YOU x

Had a gorgeous lunch with my family! The Service was great and the atmosphere was calm and relaxed we can’t wait to come back.

We haven't eaten at a Harvester before, was passing by so decided to call in for breakfast, it wasn't overly busy, staff were there immediately to welcome us, show us to a table and gave us the menus, choice of breakfast options were good, we chose the unlimited, a good idea as the breakfast was really good and the staff very attentive, checking that everything was okay and to see if we needed anything else. We have been back since our original visit and we would recommend.

Harvester Castle Bridge Road Nottingham Frankly appalling. Prebooked a table for 3pm. Had a group on voucher 2 course meal for 20.00. Arrived 2.50pm . Spoke with waitress to check what meals and deserts were actually covered by groupon. Turned out very few, but of the limited choice offered and on advice of the waitress who stated that the meals were covered by the groupon voucher we picked 2 meals and 2 deserts, we also ordered drinks, not included. The drinks came 50 minutes later. One glass ordered never arrived at all, (despite politely asking three times over the space of an hour). The food came after one hour and we had asked for our deserts with our main meal together as we knew that the service was extremely slow. The deserts did not arrive after 1 hour and 30 minutes. We had to leave still no deserts and paid the bill. We said we would try to return for deserts but felt too appalled by the service to bother. After receiving the bill we found we had been charged an extra 13.00 for the food which we were told was included in our groupon voucher.. I complete rip off. So be warned. Not even an apology received.

Friendly welcome, then had to ask for menus. Had to ask to order, drinks came quickly. Starter not too long, 30 minutes later no staff had asked if all ok, table cleared never mind the main course. Asked someone, checked and said it was being plated up. 10 minutes later same response, explained going to cinema, said “do you want it to take away”!!! No, can we have the food on a plate as ordered. Manager came over, first words “I don’t usually work here” my response “that’s irrelevant you are supposed to be managing today”, genuinely couldn’t see the problem. Tables around us had same issue including one table where they forgot their starter, we all ended up laughing. They were too busy correcting a mistake with an online order to care about the customers in the restaurant. Service at Harvester always rubbish but this was a different level. The only one I’ve been to that is excellent is Lincoln, will go back there but Nottingham Harvesters avoid!!!

Went here a couple of months back and had terrible food and terrible service. Thought we’d give them a second chance. Big mistake! The food quality is awful for the price charged! The salad bar was empty and there were no bread rolls for the first 40 mins we were there! Took over an hour to receive the food. By which time they had just stocked the salad bar back up. Will not be getting a third chance. Shame as Harvester in general isn’t usually bad.

Fantastic Harvester. From the moment we walked in we felt welcomed (a big deal when you have 3 young boys in tow!) The staff were amazing, unfortunately I didn't get their names, but one lady was a trainee and the other lady had only been there 4 weeks. They were very attentive and polite. Food was lovely. Cooked beautifully. Salad selection was very good. Very clean and tidy. We had a lovely meal out, will definitely be back! Thank you!

no cups or small plates for toast. Dirty mugs, dirty bowls no white bread and then a 50 minute wait for food and when asking the waitress didn’t have a clue and her response was ‘I’m a student’ maybe of stupidity will not be returning

Mi esposa y mi hija visitamos el domingo alrededor de las 6 pm. Dada una mesa enseguida y presentada con menús que incluyen domingo asado. La camarera dijo entonces: oh, el asado del domingo ha terminado, te daré el menú fijo. La camarera nunca volvió con estos. Se sirvieron bebidas y luego fuimos a la barra de ensaladas. La barra de ensaladas no tenía pasta, zanahoria y un par de otras cosas y básicamente consistía en tomate y lechuga. Cuando se le preguntó sobre esto, la camarera nos aconsejó que lo hayamos ejecutado, que es un poco de basura. Lo que más me preocupaba era la limpieza de los platos para la barra de ensaladas, ya que casi todos estaban sucios. Decimos que junto a estos tazones y observamos a un cliente tras otro llegar para obtener uno, levantar 3 o 4 y aún luchar por encontrar uno limpio. Le mencioné esto a la camarera y, para ser justos, retiró algunos de ellos a la cocina, pero la realidad es que la mayoría de ellos estaban sucios. Cuando el chef trajo una nueva tanda pegándolas entre sus manos y su delantal manchado de comida, probablemente fui testigo de por qué, en parte, estaban sucias. Nuestras comidas principales vinieron y para ser justos estos eran adecuados. En general, una experiencia muy mala y no un restaurante al que me apresuraré.

Salí con la familia por el día, menú vegano aunque pequeño era muy agradable. La única desventaja de la comida fue el hecho de que eran las 12 de la noche y que ya se había quedado sin queso vegano. Y la barra de ensaladas debe estar mejor etiquetada como no es adecuada para veganos.

Un amigo y yo visitamos un sábado por la noche cuando no estaba muy ocupado. A pesar de que la barra de ensaladas es excelente como siempre, la comida dejaba mucho que desear. Mi amigo ordenó la parrillada mixta y me pidió su bistec cocinado medio / raro, pero desafortunadamente, volvió bien hecho. La camarera fue de gran ayuda y dijo que la devolvería para cambiarla. Después de esperar 35 minutos (que para cuando terminé mi comida) regresó su plato. Esta vez el filete estaba bien, pero el pollo todavía estaba rosado y poco hecho en el medio. Hablamos de nuevo con la camarera y nos dijo que saliéramos. Durante todo el tiempo que estuvimos allí, ninguna forma de gestión nos contactó para pedir disculpas, lo cual es muy poco profesional. Realmente decepcionante, ya que generalmente amamos The Harvester, pero definitivamente no volveremos a visitarnos.

Visitamos aquí la noche del viernes 12 de abril, y todo lo que puedo decir es que su personal es un mérito de la marca Harvester. Habíamos llegado tarde a un hotel de al lado y teníamos hambre, así que nos metimos en la cosechadora a las 8. 45 pm, no nos dimos cuenta de que este restaurante cierra a las 9 pm debido a su ubicación, la camarera nos recibió sin mencionar que tomamos nuestros pedidos y solo cuando le pregunté me dijeron que cerraban a las 9. Nuestra comida apareció en ningún momento absolutamente excelente. No puedo elogiar al personal lo suficiente después de un día muy largo y difícil para nosotros. Continúe con el buen trabajo gracias por alimentarnos en lugar de rechazarnos muchos restaurantes tendrían.

We had fantastic service from our waitress Lucy. She was amazing and helped our gran around the salad bar and carried her bowls for her! There was 8 of us and our food came out with not one fault. We are all really pleased with our day and will use this place for other special occasions

Went here for a family meal on Saturday afternoon. Visit spoilt by slow service, awful food poor cleanliness in rest areas and totally uninterested staff. Although the restaurant was half empty the staff didn't seem to know what they were doing gave us the wrong food and didn't seem to care. I've not had a good experience in Harvester restaurants for years each time I visit I'm disappointed no change today

Came here for a midday midweek meal. Steak was great and just how I asked for it. Service was good, very friendly and attentive staff whom have a good knowledge of their menu.

We were served by a girl named Alice and she was absolutely amazing. She was attentive and always had a smile on her face. My sisters boyfriend has a nut allergy so she sat with him and went through the allergen book with him to make sure that he got what he wanted, whereas most places will just leave the book on the table. Thank you Alice, we will be returning!

Visited for breakfast on Saturday morning, I especially liked the continental bar they provide with any breakfast, this involved cereals, fruit and crumpets etc. My unlimited full English was piping hot and great value for money, good service and will definitely be back.

Visited Sunday lunchtime, had a lovely table by a window, although incredibly busy the food was fantastic and the Salad bar was fresh and well presented. our server Alice was brilliant and great with our kids, very polite and attentive. will definitely return in the summer.

Finished work Sunday and seeing as we had empty cupboards we decided to try out Harvester. Tanya our waitress was incredibly polite and helpful. Prompt and attentive. The food was ok value for money. And you can't beat unlimited refills!

Walked in at 5pm. I was the only customer, all the staff were congregated around the bqr. I was shown to a table and after ordering I looked around. Rubbish on the floor, rubbish on seats, missing place cutlery at place settings.

Ate here at the weekend with my partner. The food was nice as usual and staff polite and attentive. However fellow customers being volatile, rude and aggressive towards staff ruined our experience. Staff calm under such circumstances but people clearly after a freebie. Will be back at some point in the future.

Me and my family came to this Harvester last night (18th Jan) expecting usually good food from a Harvester, unfortunately this time I was so disgusted I doubt I will visit any others for a long while. The service of the woman on shift was luckkng fantastic and none of this was her fault. Firstly (after the waitress taking our order and reading it back to us correctly) most of our food (party of 8) came to the table wrong; one had what looked like a bite mark taken out of his burger buns, another's gammon was so chewy it was inedible, side orders were not delivered til mains were nearly finished and my main came with a coconut sauce on that I had asked to be removed, this could have been resolved quickly but took close to half an hour when everyone else was finished, this may seem little bit 2 of our party have nut allergies (including coconut) and could have ended differently. These were all little mistakes and dealt with professionally but the manager (as he appeared) seemed not to care and came across disinterested. Shortly after my main finally came (which I did not eat as the chicken was again inedible) all of the chef's walked out the kitchen and got themselves a pint of beer, clearly they were close to finishing and could not be bothered with our custom. Will not be returning in the near future, particularly to this specific Harvester.

I've never eaten at this place before but we booked our Christmas dinner here. First and last time I ever visit. Arrived at 2:15 and was seated straight away. Ate our starter 50 minutes later. 2 hrs after arriving still waiting for our main. Kept asking where it was and was told it's on its way. Not only us in this situation. Loads of people complaining about the wait and cheering when food was brought

Went for lunch on a weekday. Seating service was dire to say the least. Eventually we were seated. We waited so long for someone to take our order we helped ourselves to the salad bar. Order taken, we were told they were out of veg when choosing veg option for childs meal, however we could have peas with it?!? Wtf?

Arrived, stood waiting to be seated, no one came! My mum went and asked the waitress if we were to wait and she said yes my colleague will be with you in a minute! She never came so in the end we seated ourselves!

We chose the Harvester,Castle Marina, Nottingham for it's convenience, parking facilities and easy access. We met some friends for lunch, and were well served. Our drinks order was taken immediately while we selected from the menu. Drinks were quite quickly followed by the food, which was hot and well presented. I always like the salad bar in a Harvester! We will return.

We booked for 9 of us to go as a family, the car park had plenty of spaces which was good, the staff was friendly etc but wasn’t overly impressed

We got there 14:00 on a Monday, restaurant was a third full, There was shift manager, 1 x waitress, 1 young lad that obviously hadn't been there long, he was waiting and serving at the bar, and kitchen staff.

Delicious Christmas roast dinner with gravy and kids portion is perfect.Everytime i come always enjoying salad.I love reddevil sauce with pasta salad,it's just perfect with salad.love harvester.

Visited last weekend with the family.

Very poor. Waited over half hour to be served even though we booked. With a 1 year old this is not good. Once served took an hour to come out and was not hot. Also, child's drink did not turn up until we nearly finished. Gave 2 stars as we got it free.

Met a friend for a meal at the Harvester Castle marina this evening and unfortunately I won't ever be going back. 2 staff on and a Manager that was just barking orders. We saw our meals ready on the side and they remained there for about 10 mins even though Chef had shouted service.The salad bar was pretty empty and brown rolls as hard as golf balls. When my meal finally arrived the salad was whizzened and hot and my 6 pieces of pasta dried up and rock hard and my friends meal was no better so we sent it back. We Waited another 20 mins for replacements which where not much better to be honest. We then went to order a dessert and was told there was no Ice cream at all. The manager was called over and said we should order something else or he could get some icecream from somewhere but it would take 10 mins or so. We decided to leave it and he just went off to fetch the bill. I said I was very disappointed with the quality of food and service so he deducted 20%! The restaurant was nearly empty and other Customers also complained about their food just sitting on the side. Very disappointing evening.

A lovely girl saw us to a table and took our drinks order - 1 pint Lime & Soda and pot of tea.... Pot of tea had no lid and the cup was filthy/stained along with the teaspoon which looked like it had cappuccino froth on. Lime & Soda was a small.

We visited on Sunday afternoon. We were pleased to find that it was not jammed packed. The place was modern and clean. We were greeted well and show to our table. As per the sign at the reception I informed our waitress that I am a celiac. I asked if they had s gluten-free menu. We were told that they did not but that they had a allergen book. We were brought the main menu and the allergen book. So we had to look at the menu to make a choice as to what I wanted then find the fish in the allergen book to see if I could eat it. Our waitress to be fair said that she would help me if I needed it. It took a short time to to this process. It was a pain though. The book could have done with headings to help find the dished quickly.

Lovely meal, nice atmosphere.. manager (ash) was very friendly and made us feel very welcome. Food was excellent.. hot, tasty and well presented. Would definitely recommend :) S-G-M

I ate here whilst staying in a nearby hotel. The food was excellent, as ever. However, service was less than efficient. There only seemed to be one member of staff on duty for waiting on tables which resulted in slow service. It was almost ten minutes before I was shown to a table with delays at most subsequent stages, too.

7 of us went for evening meal at 8.15pm (so not late). Waiter was lovely and not his fault but ......Wine we ordered was out of stock. Beer we ordered was out of stock. One of the meals we ordered was unavailable. Before we finished our main courses we were told we were too late to order desserts! Staff member's child was on next table playing a game with really annoying loud sound effects! - why couldn't they be moved to a table further away??! Very unprofessional and disappointing restaurant. Would never go back.

Mi nieta y yo visitamos el Castle Marina Harvester para el almuerzo. Dimos nuestro pedido a la camarera que era para incluir una papa de la chaqueta. También pedimos bebidas. Nuestro almuerzo llegó sin nuestras chaquetas pero con papas fritas que se veían bien, así que las guardamos, pero mencionamos el error cuando tuvimos que pedir nuestras bebidas que pedimos con nuestra comida. El filete que teníamos era muy gristly y muy duro. Mencioné esto cuando me preguntaron si todo estaba bien y me dijeron que "lo mencionarán a los proveedores". La actitud del personal fue muy decepcionante y, desde luego, no volveré.

Jaymie nos recibió con entusiasmo al llegar y nos hizo sentir bienvenidos desde el principio. Digo la mesa para 1, luego mira su reloj y dice que estamos cerrados. ¿Qué ridículo es eso? ? ? ? Me hacen esperar 5 minutos. . . . . y ahora son las 9. 01 pm? ? ?

He estado en otros cosechadores antes y este fue decepcionante. El servicio fue bastante lento a pesar de que no estaban llenos. El bistec estaba demasiado bien hecho para mí, aunque solo lo pedí cocinado, no me ofrecieron ninguna bebida. No volvería

Second visit here as we thought we would give it another go....stupid decision!! The service is ridiculously slow. There are very few staff (who seem lovely) but they are run off their feet, and food is just piled up on the hot plate and stood for a long time. When it finally arrives the food not great. Wouldn't recommend

Stayed at Holiday Inn next door and on second night decided to go to Harvester. Ordered mixed grill and my wife ordered half a chicken with the upgrade of sweet potato fries. Waitress was not aware that Sauvignon Blanc was a white wine? After 40 mins meal had not arrived, only about 10 people in the restaurant so asked the waitress why and she advised the restaurant manager had decided to serve a large take away order before the restaurant customers hence the delay. After another 10 mins our meal arrived see photos, saying the steak was well done is an understatement the tomatoes were cremated and the egg was rock hard.

This is a lovely harvester. The decor is great, cleanliness is spot on and the food is fresh and well cooked. Add friendly helpful staff and what's not to like! Highly recommended!

The only reason this post has 2 stars was because the food was actually decent. But the service was absolutely terrible. After waiting about 25 mins and watching the 3 wait staff chit chatting around the bar, I had to go over to them to ask about ordering - they said there was a miscommunication on who was serving our table. On finishing the meal, no one came and took our plates. No one asked if we wanted desserts. And I had to go to the bar, again, about paying our bill. Was absolutely ridiculous and can understand why the place was almost empty at 6.30pm.

Went as a family on a weekday evening. One section of the restaurant was off limits because they didn't have enough staff to cover the whole restaurant. Restaurant wasn't busy though so there was lots of seating choice in the "open" section. Ordered food and drinks - all fine up to that point. went to salad bar - no bowls. Asked server who said bowls would be brought out immediately...5 minutes later still no bowls and a few other guests had also asked by now...after another 5 minutes the manager brought out a stack of very large plates as there were still no bowls... when the mains came out there then wasn't enough space on the table for the mains and very large "salad" plates... salad selection was not great - and only brown bread rolls available... our mains were okay - but not great - the chips tasted like they had been made a while before and then reheated...none of our group finished our mains. The "closed" section of the restaurant seemed to be a meeting space for some of the employees and their friends - rather random and not very professional. Overall, not a great experience and definitely not up to the same standard as other Harvester restaurants we have visited.

Cannot fault the harvester at castle marina at all the staff are always friendly and happy to help. Terri goes above and beyond in particularly, always speak to the children and offer them colouring packs. Food is always 10/10 and they bring it exactly how it’s ordered so the kitchen must get a 10\10 rating too.

Went for a meal it was fandabidosi it was the steak hash we tried for a change its to die for we love the chicken ribs and fish the staff are great love it well done

Having just been here for lunch with a friend I found the staff very friendly and welcoming nothing was to much trouble food was excellent will certainly be returning one member of staff was very helpful think her name was Terri great restaurant

Good food, ~Had the simple grilled chicken, which was very nice, baked potato slightly under done. Chicken wrap was very nice, lovely chips. Staff and service was excellent

First visit here since the Trinity Square Harvester closed. Majority of staff very competent and helpful. Had a problem with part of my meal, had the Sea Bass with King prawn skewer. Prawns in middle were raw. Waitress took back skewer for kitchen to do a fresh one. Waited 15 minutes no show so ate meal without it. Manager very apologetic and adjusted our bill accordingly, hands up to them. Will return as love the salad bar too.

We were staying in the hotel next door so decided to come here for a meal. I'm glad we did. The food was delicious, much better than the previous harvester we had eaten in, the service was friendly, we had a nice bit of banter with the young lad serving us, don't remember his name though. Everywhere looked clean and tidy. No complaints and will be back if we are in the area again.

as we all love fish and wanted to go to harvester. we called to confirm about fish which we were told is available and told us that they will close at 9pm.we all reached at 8.10 and were shocked to find out that they were running out on fish .well on reminding them about the phone call the manager some how arranged it for us. i ordered king prawns and was expecting some thing nice and was shocked to see the size of the prawns .

We ordered 4 meals - all came out cold after waiting over an hour for them . service was terrible and yet we still had to pay yet couple who also had cold food but no hours wait had their bill zero'd as he was wearing a suit!! Yet i happen to have been higher paid and in a better job than him ( know this as chatted to them)- shows clothing makes it all .. ( in casual clothing - blouse and trousers ) ..wouldn't mind but hubby ex army catering hc - was appalled

I visited this harvester and found it a lovely place the people are very pleasant and the food great. I was told the rotisserie was being cooked and would be 30mins but in effect only took 15mins and the chicken was delicious and fresh. Lovely meal, salad bar well stocked and the bread rolls unusually fresh for a harvester.

Having visited this restaurant a few times I thing people should know how the staff perform their job at this restaurant service is excellent nothing is to much trouble very polite and friendly

I am usually a bit of a moaner but I must admit I cant knock this Harvester. How clean it is now made me feel confident about the food whilst ordering. The steak was tender and was cooked to exactly how I requested it. My wifes gammon was tasty and unlike before we only had to wait around twenty minutes. There seems to be a lot of new staff but I must admit if they are new staff hats off to whoever does the hiring.

The was not only beautiful but came quickly and was piping hot. The serving staff were very helpful and polite. I will definitely visit again.
