McDonald's in Medway

Went in just now for a late night snack and Harriett was lovely to talk to us while we waited for our food, she’s such a pleasure to talk to and truly is just an amazing staff member every establishment needs! She made our evening and had us laughing, the food was also made quickly and we weren’t waiting long at all with everything made right. This is now our late night McDonald’s that we visit. Harriets amazing attitude ‘always got to have them laughing as they leave’ is what also makes this place perfect for kids as well! Could not recommend this place more

This particular establishment is an embarrassment to the McDonalds name. Staff being rude and sarcastic when only questioned of why this establishment was not doing milkshakes is totally unacceptable. The manager should be well aware of how his/ her staff talk to people and should be doing a better job at controlling this issue! McDonalds raise the bar and get some staff/ management who at least have a bit of common courtesy and customer service.

Just went here and confused my order, went back through the drive thru and the girl at taking orders was excellent and understanding, all co-operated as a team to get my new order. Employees of the month.

You need to always check what they're giving you in this McDonalds, The staff don't always understand you.Yet again today my order was wrong. I don't like lettuce in my Big Mac and they were told 3 times 'no lettuce' at the drive through. Should have checked like I normally do because they get it wrong A LOT but didn't. When I got it home, no pickles and a ton of lettuce!I didn't know that 'no lettuce' sounds like 'no pickles', you learn something new everyday...

We needed something fast whilst waiting check into the Premier Inn opposite. The food was fast, good and the staff were so friendly.

Customer service was an absolute joke, disrespectful and unwelcoming. Never let "Prosper" serve you!

On my visit the electronics were playing up and haveing waited a little while I asked what had happened. The problem was very quickly fixed by the manager and she was an absolute delight putting everythng right. She offered coffee etc as an apology which was not necessary as it was not her fault and did a brilliant job to keep us happy. Excellent staff in a difficult situtaion and the place is spik and span. Excellent well done. Very efficient

Stopped in yesterday for drive through as hubby hungry, very fast & efficient. Meal was hot and no mistakes.

Arrived at the adjacent Premier Inn quite late in the evening and decided to nip across the road for a bite to eat and take in the view of river and bridge. Food was good and the latter great.

This evening, after a long drive to Canterbury hospital and back, we decided to pop by a mcdonalds and get a couple happy meals.Now it's been a long day anyway but it was 11pm at this point and we were peckish and wanted a little comfort food so we thought why not?Our order was taken quickly and upon reaching the drive through window to pay was greeted by a lovely young lady (Tia I think it was) who graciously took my mums empty Costa cup as she survives on coffee and is a community carer so spends all her time driving. She was polite and provided exceptional service, we had a bit of a chat with her and found her very accommodating and pleasant to talk to.She went above and beyond seeing as at this time of night everyone just wants to go home and get it over with (I relate so much) and proved to genuinely care what we were saying.We went to the pickup window and told the other colleagues about her service and to mention it to the manager as she's doing a good job and will go far with an attitude like that. Every one deserves a bit of praise every now and then. Well done young lady.

Clean restaurant. Shop floor customer service staff went to lengths to ensure we were happy and asked about our visit on the way out. Nothing seemed to phase them - we were quite surprised.

Ate here a couple of times whilst staying at premier inn opposite. Very clean and fast service, friendly staff, all good.

I often use this McDonald's when I'm in the area. Food is always hot but to top it off the place is gleaming. Emma who is a crew member does a fantastic job making sure it's on top top condition, she always smiles and interacts with customers. McDonald's top employee I would say!!!

Went into McDonald for tea nice clean place people who work there food hot will be using again good parking too

Very busy McDonalds but very convenient as our hotel was across the road. The staff were very good and the food was produced very quickly and a good quality

I do hate to give reviews when it's something negative, but out of several McDonald's in the local area, and out of the too many I have ever visited, this McDonald's, although served by friendly helpful staff, make more mistakes than any other McDonald's or restaurant I've ever been to. Pretty much every other time. Whenever there is a mistake, they never question it, or have any issue correcting it, however, they don't appear to learn from those mistakes.

Visited to get a quick breakfast, as with all McDonald's you get what you pay for. McMuffin tasty enough but hash browns lacked any flavour. Could have been a bit cleaner also, floor quite messy.

The premises are rather small and at busy times I would expect there would be no seats. We had not problem finding seats at 6 o'clock in the evening on a Saturday.

Struggled to get served at 2:00am. Went inside and only serving staff was focused on drive through. Other than that food was normal standard

Paramos aquí antes de entrar en Diggerland para tener café y bebidas para los niños - además de las típicas paradas inodoro!! Un macdonalds muy limpio y moderno, abierto las 24 horas, hay un montón de aparcamiento y no tienen el temido aún la introducción!!! Hurra por!!! Personal excepcional como es de esperar y más que suficientes asientos, posiblemente debido a la ubicación que está fuera de la carretera principal y en un parque de ocio.

Como la mayoría de McDonald's tiene un drive-thru y aparcamiento. Cineworld Rochester ubicado cerca así que es ideal para visitar con niños antes o después del cine. La comida es generalmente caliente y de buena parte de tamaño para todo el mundo. Este McDonald's es limpio, profesionalmente, el personal es educado sirve incluso durante la hora punta. Niños, estado aquí muchas veces, cada vez sin problemas, recomiendo este restaurante de comida rápida a cualquiera. Sigan con el buen trabajo:).

Fui a este McDonald's el sábado por la mañana antes de trabajar. Mi novia y yo pedimos la salchichas y bacon sandwich. Hacía frío. Tomé y cortésmente le pedimos para sándwiches frescos. Cuando el miembro de la tripulación' llevado nuestra comida de vuelta, ella nos dijo que se supone que es frío! Incluye el tocino, eso no está bien, yo soy un chef y nunca sirven bacon frío era repugnante. El equipo no sabía cómo resolver el problema y todos protagonizó el gerente. Esto es ridículo. También nos dijeron, que es como hacemos las cosas aquí!? Así que claramente comida fría es lo que hacen las cosas no volveremos aquí de nuevo.

Good solution for mid night snack after arriving to the preimer inn late on. Typical MC D's, ticked all the boxes.

Es un McDonald's así que la comida es como todos los McDonald's. Este es un lugar muy agradable, el personal es amable, el restaurante es limpio y está justo en el río Medway, así que tienes algo bonito de ver.

Seating very little food slow to receive and over all ok need child area or 24/7 TV to keep kids entering at each booth showing chanels

Slow service inexperienced staff! Shame like their food but need better management ! Seem to be more concentrating on drive through than walk in customers

Although I had previously said I wouldnt return to this particular Macdonalds under pressure from my son and his girlfriend, we popped in. I never use the drive through here due to incorrect orders 80% of the time however I have now realised it is important to remember what you actually ordered even when going inside as when I got my order home it was missing a cheeseburger. Not a big deal you may think but the girl behind the counter actually checked against her till and still got it wrong. This place is an absolute joke I really do not know why anyone uses it. The staff appear to be in a daze.Use the Macdonalds down in Strood town centre it is miles better

Once again I have visited the drive thru and despite asking for nothing complicated, have been asked to park up. This is often the case and all too often the meals are not well presented either. Burgers look slapped together and not at all as advertised. Such a shame.

For some reason the postcode fullAddress etc is wrong for this branch on trip advisor ,anyway every time we go to this McDonalds we have to wait ages for food! Even when it seems quiet

This is one of the BEST we have eaten in, quick service and activities for the youngsters. Tables cleared frequently, floor clean. Burgers and wraps were just right.

These are all the rage in the good old u.s of a so I thought I'd give it a whirl. They have an extensive range of burgers and chicken products, no wine list though so I'm afraid it's bring your own (I poured mine into a cup my daughter had a milkshake in! We stayed for pudding and on the whole had a great night!

This Macdonalds is the closest to my home however I avoid wherever possible due to the total lack of management at the place. It is chaos there, do not use the drive through under any circumstances as you only have a 50% chance of actually getting what you ordered. We all know that the burgers from MCD's have no resemblance to the pictures or adverts but here they seem to go out of their way to make them even less appealing. The fries are always cold. The staff seem to have undergone no training whatsoever. It is embarrassing to watch them review your order over and over again on their till getting the items 1 by 1when you only have 5 or 6 things.

A quick take away breakfast was required and we decided to pop in here. Nice friendly staff and the food was delicious and hot. A vast improvement from my last visit here, well done, lets hope its like this all day not just when it is quiet

Why can't branches be allowed to have some personality?Needs a bit of personality to make it more than just a production line of mediocre food

So the day was busy, late from work and needed some shopping. The eldest ripped his trousers for school so an emergency visit to the shops and we had his little mate with him so three kids in tow, ages 3, 4 and 4.We are hungry daddy I hear, I know I says we will be home soon "DONALDS" comes the cry, why not I think. We stop at the Medway Valley branch. As we walk in the door at least 6 of their staff outside the door, smoking, laughing and joking loudly using foul language in front of my kids! My wife takes the kids to a table and I place the order. The manageress walks past me and I make a comment about her staff outside. She says "ok" no sorry and walks outside. I place my order, 3 happy meals for the kids, a milkshake for the wife and I and 20 nuggets for all to share. A couple of minutes go by and the food is placed on a tray and I take away to the table. As I open the Happy meals, no toys? The manageress walks past and I raise the issue, off she goes to fetch the toys, only after she has a good look round the table to see if the kids had their toys, thanks for making me feel like a liar. She returns again with no apology and the toys. I take a slurp of my milkshake, no flavour? I open the lid, the chocolate milkshake is white? My wife opens hers....what looks like a pubic hair on top!!!! You are joking!!! She goes off to the counter to complain...again! She returns and one minute later the manageress brings another one over for her, nice and brown in colour as they should be. I could not be bothered to complain anymore and just didn't even bother with mine. No real apologies for the lack of quality service, the only reason I even gave this 2 stars was that the food was fine. With another branch in the high street I will go there for the kids next time, you guys need to sharpen up! You may think you only work for McDonalds, but I am sure the big bosses won't feel like that if they read this.

What more is there? Normal prices for Macs. Normal quality and normal price.Nice to sit outside and look over the estuary.....
